MATCH ONE
JFK vs. NICK LOGAN
SINGLES

Simon Daye: Welcome to another edition of Trauma

Jaymie Boone: We are coming to you live from World Arena, in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Simon Daye: We still have two matches for the Road to the Gold Tournament tonight. In fact the first match a Xtreme Rules match will get us started on the right foot.

Jaymie Boone: What about the left foot?

Simon Daye just looks at Jaymie as the fist wrestler of the evening came out from behind the curtain.

"First you have to know... not fear... know... that someday you're gonna die"

Tyler's voice is heard over the P.A system just before Five Finger Death Punches "White Knuckles" comes blasting over the P.A. system. "Oh, f*** it all!" The heavy guitars blast throw the speakers and the opening verse is heard, JFK comes walking out from the back wearing a JFK T-Shirt and his normal wrestling gear. He makes his way down the ramp slapping hands with the fans and rolls into the ring; he stands in the middle of the ring throwing his arms out in a crucifix pose with his body tilted to the side a bit and then heads to his corner waiting for the match to start.

Amber Ashe: In the ring at this time, weighing in at 225 lbs.... James Franklin Karn

Simon Daye: If you remember JFK was going after The Xtreme Championship Belt that was being held by Sexy Jason at that time. Needless to say JFK did not walk away with the Xtreme Belt.

"I Am Loco" by Ill Nino begins to play as Nick Logan walks out onto the stage. He gives a smug look and then slowly walks down the ramp. He reaches ringside and circles the ring and then climbs onto the apron. He wipes his boots and steps into the ring and sits on the top turnbuckle and awaits the beginning of the match.

Amber Ashe: His opponent, weighing in at 215 lbs...."The Natural" Nick Logan

{Just as Amber had clear the ring both wrestlers did not wait for the bell to sound. They both came charging out of their corners and begin throwing fists at each other. The ref had no other choice but to signal for the match to start.

Simon Daye: This is a very unusual start for both of these wrestlers. It is legal being that it is an Xteme Rules match.

Nick goes to throw a left and JFK ducks underneath it and nails a fist right into the side of Nick Logan. This gives JFK the advantage that he was looking for. JFK nails another fist into the side of Nick. Nick move toward the corner. JFK backs Nick into the corner and slams a shoulder right into the midsection of Nick. JFK does it again. JFK takes Nick hand and sends him across the ring into the other corner. JFK goes running. He leaps and at the very last moment Nick Logan moves and JFK goes crashing into the corner with both knees.}

Simon Daye: JFK was going for an early high risk move and Nick Logan counter it.

{JFK falls to the mat holding onto his knees. Nick is gathering his breath and he goes over and grabs one of JFK leg. He holds the leg up and drops an Elbow right about the knee. JFK screams in pain. He does it one more time, and again JFK screams in pain. Nick now pulls JFK over to the corner. Nick is outside of the ring. He brings JFK's leg and slams it right into the ring post. JFK grabs for his knee and at the same time let out a scream. The ref is telling Nick to get back inside. Nick ignores the ref and slams JFK knee back into the ring post.}

Simon Daye: Nick Logan is taking this opportunity of the Xtreme Rules to do early damage to JFK'S knee.

Jaymie Boone: Nick likes to start early

{JFK was able to pull away from the corner. He is holding onto that leg. Nick in the meantime grabs a chair and brings it into the ring with him. He looks over at JFK who is using the ropes to make it to his feet. Nick raises the chair and goes to slam it on JFK's head but instead hits the top rope. JFK had turned just in time to be able to get out of the way. The chair bounces of the top ropes and smacked Nick in the face. Nick drops the chair and he falls backward onto the mat holding onto his face. JFK decided to cover Nick. The ref is in position. 1....2 Kicked out by Nick Logan.}

Simon Daye: It is going to take more then that to beat Nick Logan.

{JFK gets back to his feet. He staggers around on that bad foot. He tries to shake some blood back into it. He leans over and picks Nick Logan up and Slams him back down to the mat. Nick now has his hand on his back. JFK helps Nick to his feet and he whips Nick into the ropes. Nick rebounds and is nailed with a back Elbow. Nick staggers, but does not go down. JFK jumps up and wraps his leg around Nick's head and nails a Hurricarana. Nick hits the mat and rolls out of the ring. He is holding onto his back.}

Simon Daye: What a move by JFK!

{JFK climbs to the top rope and he waits for Nick to get to his feet. Nick is slowly making it to his feet outside the ring. JFK leaps and nails a Crossbody and both men are on the floor. The crowd is going wild. JFK makes it to his feet first. That leg that Nick had been working on still hurts. JFK picks Nick up and lifts him up into a Suplex. He drops Nick Logan right on his back onto the floor

Jaymie Boone: Those paddings does not provide much comfort

Simon Daye: You can say that again. Look at the pain Nick Logan is in.

JFK gets to his feet. He helps Nick to his and he rolls Nick into the ring. JFK goes to the corner and gets onto the top rope. He waits for Nick to get to his feet. Nick finally pulled himself up with the use of the ropes and he turns and is taken back down to the mat with a Missile Dropkick by JFK. JFK gets to his feet and he moves the chair, that Nick bought into the ring early, he made sure it was close to Nick. JFK Hooks both of Nick's arms and nails Nail in Coffin right on the chair.

Simon Daye: Nick Logan's head just bounced off of that chair

JFK rolls Nick over and makes the cover. The ref is in position. 1....2....3!

Amber Ashe: Here is your winner by pinfall....James Franklin Karn

Simon Daye: What an opening bout. Both men gave it their all, JFK came out on top

Jaymie: Don't change that dial. More action coming your way after this

MATCH TWO
Xavier Williams vs. Seth Evans
SINGLES

The PA springs to life...

“He who makes a beast out of himself...

...gets rid of the pain of being a man!”

Avenged Sevenfold’s “Bat Country” blasts out of the sound system as Spike emerges from backstage the crowd respond with boos immediately and Spike just smirks and soaks them all in. The PA Announcer is heard. “Making his way to the ring….from Boston, Massachusetts. Weighing in at two hundred and forty-five pounds….Spike Kane!“ He cocks his head and smirks to the crowd as he makes his way to the ring paying extra attention to make sure the fans can't touch him. He rolls into the ring, and climbs the turnbuckle and outstretches his arms before flinging them into an “X” across his chest as the music dies out and the lights return to normal.

Simon Daye: “You’ve gotta consider Spike the favorite in this tournament.”

Jaymie Boone: “You say that now, but just wait till his opponent gets out here.”

A rustling sound can be heard as the Tron turns on. It’s Gib standing over a lifeless Reckless Jack. Gib reaches down and grabs Jack by the throat.

Gib: “Here is your offering Spike. Now give me my match!” The screen goes dark again and Spike stands in the ring with a smirk on his face.

Jaymie Boone: “What in the hell does that mean?”

Simon Daye: “It appears as if Gib has attacked Reckless Jack as some sort of gift to Spike Kane. How is this going to affect the match?”

“I Wanna Rock” begins playing as the crowd rises to their respective feet. Gib enters the arena and keeps a steady pace as he walks down the ramp with a determined look on his face. “And his opponent. From Oswego, New York. Weighing in at three hundred and forty-five pounds…..Gibbbb!” He quickly ascends the stairs and enters the ring. He looks out at the crowd and waits for the bell to ring.

Jaymie Boone: “I wonder what’s going to happen next.”

Both men get nose to nose as the referee signals for the bell and heads for a corner. Spike and Gib look at each other, and then Spike lies down in the center of the ring! Gib gets on top. 1.…2.…. Spike rolls his shoulder up. Both men get to their feet.

Simon Daye: “I have no clue what is going on here. It looked like Spike was going to give the victory to Gib, but apparently plans changed.”

Jaymie Boone: “I wish they would stop the mind games and start wrestling already.

The two men finally lock up in the center, but Gib gets the best of the encounter and sends Spike Kane crashing to to the mat. Spike quickly scrambles to his feet, and locks up with Gib again. Gib powers Spike down to the mat for a second time as Spike slaps the mat in frustration. Spike gets up again and calls for a test of strength. The two men lock one set of hands, but Spike gives Gib a thumb shot to the eye. Gib holds his eye as Spike kicks him in the gut and gets Gib in a headlock. Gib sends Spike in to the ropes, but Spike ducks a clothesline and hits a spear. Spike goes for the quick cover. Gib powers out at the count of one. As Gib gets to his feet, Spike Kane runs at him and hits a Shining Wizard. Another pin attempt. 1.…2. Gib throws Spike off of him after the hand hits for a two count. Spike steps back and sizes up the opponent as Gib makes it to his feet. Spike hooks Gib and tries to suplex him, but he can’t get Gib up, and Gib nails a vertical suplex of his own.

Jaymie Boone: “Spike couldn’t get Gib up.”

Simon Daye: “Well Gib is a monstrous sized man. He’s going to have to really wear him down to get him up.”

Jaymie Boone: “Gib is in control now.”

Gib punches Spike as he gets to his knees and the referee warns him about using a closed fist. Gib ignores this headbutts Spike. Gib lumbers down on top of Spike in a pin attempt. 1...2... Spike gets a shoulder up. Gib lifts Spike up off of the mat and locks in a bearhug on the member of the Forgotten. Gib squeezes Spike as the crowd cheers. Spike tries to break lose by punching Gib in the head, but he forgets that Gib’s head is remarkably hard. Spike reaches out and pulls the referee close, as he disguises a low blow. Gib releases the hold, as Spike regroups and connects with a dropkick, sending Gib back into the ropes. “The Old School Icon” stumbles forward as Spike quickly ascends to the top turnbuckle and comes off with an Asai Moonsault, but Gib catches him and prepares to send Spike into the corner, but Spike slips out and pushes Gib into the turnbuckle himself. Gib falls to the mat and Spike again goes to the top rope. “The God of Xtreme” connects with the Leap of Faith! 1.…2.….Gib manages to kick out and Spike questions the referees count. Gib gets to his feet as Spike smashes Gib’s head into the turnbuckle. 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.…..Gib overpowers Spike and sends Spike into the turnbuckle himself. Spike falls backwards and Gib slams him to the mat with Gib-Buster. He goes for the cover. 1.…2.….. Spike kicks out again.

Jaymie Boone: “Both of these mean are showing great resilience here.”

Simon Daye: “They’ve each kicked out of some big time moves. I’m impressed.”

Gib uncharacteristically climbs to the top, but Spike scouts it and leaps up kneeing Gib in the head. Spike manages to slam the opponent off of the top, and climbs to the top himself….. Corkscrew moonsault! 1.…2.…Gib gets the shoulder up again. Spike is furious, as he kicks Gib in the ribs. He slips behind Gib and attempts a German suplex, but Gib uses his posterior to break loose. Spike, undeterred, dropkicks Gib in the back of the leg. Gib falls to one knee as Spike attempts the German suplex again. This time he manages to power him over, and Spike hops up, impressed with himself. He plays to the crowd as Gib begins to stir. Spike turns around and hooks the opponent once again. He barely manages to get Gib up….Spinebuster. Spike doesn’t let up this time however, as he locks in the Burning Hell!

Simon Daye: “He’s going to break his ankle!”

Jaymie Boone: “He’s going to have to tap or else suffer permanent injury.”

Spike Kane drops down and grapevines the leg as Gib desperately tries to reach the ropes. Gib uses all his might to try to drag himself to the ropes. Gib gets a fingertip on the bottom rope, and Spike notices this and releases the hold. He tries to pull Gib back to the center of the ring, but Gib sits up and catches him with his devastating right handed punch. Spike falls to the mat as Gib gingerly gets up and hops on one leg. He grabs Spike by the head and tries to lift him up, but his leg gives way. Spike stumbles around on his feet as Gib tries to get up once again. Spike waits for Gib to stand up, and runs at him with a cross body block, but Gib catches him and tries a body slam. Spike slips out once again kicks Gib in the stomach and positions him for the Freya’s Wings. Spike flips over Gib’s back, but Gib manages to keep himself from being flipped, causing Spike to crash to the mat. Spike holds his back and steps backwards unaware that Gib is right behind him. Homeless Hook! The crowd explodes! Gib has his fingers deep in Spike’s nostrils and Spike begins to gag. Gib releases his hand as Spike keels over gagging.

Simon Daye: Gib has Spike right where he wants him.

Jaymie Boone: This is it Daye, Gib is going to put him away.

The ref checks on Spike but Spike shoves him away and the ref turns around and stumbles over into the ropes. Gib turns to look and Spike hits Gib with a low blow and pulls him in with a school boy pin.

Simon Daye: NOT AGAIN DAMMIT!

Jaymie Boone: Daye, Look! A bloody Reckless Jack storms down to the ring and slides in. Spike lets go of Gib but Reckless Jack already has a hold of him and nails Spike with a SPIKE IMPAILER!!!!! Gib looks at Reckless Jack as he rolls out of the ring. Gib pins. One.. Two.. THREE!!!

Amber Ashe: Your winner a moving on to the next round of the Road to the Gold Tournament... GIB!!!

Simon Daye: Gib won the match, but only after Spike tried to cheat and Reckless Jack set the record straight.

Jaymie Boone: When Spike comes too, he's going to be extremely pissed off.

Gib heads up the entrance ramp as Spike rubs his head and stares in the direction of his brother, Reckless Jack.

MATCH ThREE
XAVIER WILLIAMS VS SETH EVANS
SINGLES

Simon Daye: We come off one spectacular match and head right into another one when former World Champion Xavier Williams takes on aspiring X-Division Challenger Seth Evans.

Jaymie Boone: I'm not sure how I'm feeling about this match.

Simon Daye: I'm expecting an over the top x-div classic.

Jaymie Boone: From Xavier Williams? Yeah right, it'd be a cold day in hell before he gives an over the top performance again.

Simon Daye: Wow, someone woke up with a case of the Mondays.

The lights all begin to dim down a bit as the crowd begins to cheer after "Have a Nice Day" by Bon Jovi comes over the audio system, and they all look towards the curtains knowing that Seth Evans is about to make his presence.

Ohhh, if there's one thing I hang onto,

That gets me through the night.

I ain't gonna do what I don't want to,

I'm gonna live my life.

Shining like a diamond, rolling with the dice,

Standing on the ledge, I show the wind how to fly!

When the world gets in my face,

I say: Have a Nice Day!

Have A Nice Day!

As the chorus finally comes over the audio system, Seth Evans comes out from behind the curtains with sunglasses hiding his eyes. A bright smile across his face as he begins to walk down the aisle and shake hands with a few of the fans along the way down to the ring… at the bottom of the ramp, he starts into a sprint and slides underneath the bottom rope and pushes himself back up to his feet. After getting back to his feet, he goes to the nearest turnbuckle and steps up to the second turnbuckle, pointing out to all the fans and gives them a thumbs up before lowering his arms back to his side. He spins in a 180-degree circle while coming off of the second turnbuckle and lands back on his feet… he walks towards the official of the match and greets, and shakes his hand before handing his sunglasses out to the timekeeper and waiting for the start of the match.

Simon Daye: Seth Evans has given up his home until he can capture the X-Division title, that my dear Jaymie is heart.

Jaymie Boone: Really? Sounds like a dumbass to me.

"That Pain, I'm gonna give you... is gonna feed me. It's gonna give me that oh-so elusive happiness. I cant wait to see them cry, I cant wait to see you shiver... I can't wait for you to be drooling out your mouth, not knowing where you are. (laughs) You can call me sick, but the world is cold, BUNDLE UP! "

The somber tones of the song fills the arena as the lights from right to left alternating between white and a deep rep, almost in a marching pattern

"It feels so good to be back.."

Xavier steps out from behind the curtain black hoodie and bandanna on, he walks down the ramp and slides under the bottom rope, he takes off his bandanna and his hoodie and he paces around the ring, a look of determination on his face.

Jaymie Boone: Remember when Xavier Williams used to try?

Simon Daye: Xavier Williams is still a top contender.

Jaymie Boone: FOR WHAT?

Simon Daye: I think Xavier will show you for what tonight. Now lets get on with the...

BORN TO BLEED! FIGHTING TO SUCCEED! BUILT TO ENDURE WHAT THIS WORLD THROWS AT ME!

BORN TO BLEED! FIGHTING TO SUCCEED! BUILT TO ENDURE WHAT THIS WORLD THROWS AT ME!

"In Ashes they shall Reap" by Hatebreed really kicks into gear as Rob Diamond steps out through the curtains. Red, white and blue fire works shot off on either side of him creating a triangular tunnel of pyro as he walks from the entrance to the ramp. He rips the X-Division Title off from around his waist and holds it up in the air with his right hand as the fans boo him. The American Flag blazes on the tron behind him as he smiles and continues down the ramp, walking to the beat of the song.

Simon Daye: What the heck is he doing here again?

Jaymie Boone: I'm gonna guess he's here to entertain use again with his witty commentary.

Rob walks around the ring, all the while waving to Seth with his right hand and holding his X-Division title high with the other. Evans stares daggers at Rob as he walks over to Simon Daye and pulls of his head phones.

Rob Diamond: Take a hike Daye.

Simon Daye gives up his seat and sulks his way backstage. Rob takes his seat next to Jaymie.

Jaymie Boone: Nice to see you Rob.

Rob Diamond: You too Jaymie. Thought I'd come out here and try and keep the fans from turning off this crap-fest. You ever see two more over rated wrestlers in your life?

Jaymie Boone: Not in one place at one time like we have here.

Rob Diamond: Seriously. What has Xavier Williams done to get so much respect? Lose to me every chance he's gotten? And this Seth Evans kid, babbling on and on and on about respect? Respect? Really? Come on kid, get with the times, it ain't about respect, its about winning at all costs, something he has a hard time doing.

Seth continues to stare at Rob as Xavier comes up from behind with a axe handle and a German suplex to start the match. Xavier takes Seth over for two more Germans.

Rob Diamond: Way to keep your eyes on the prize Evans.

Jaymie Boone: Hey, he was looking right at the top X-Division wrestler, thats a prize.

Rob Diamond: Touche my sweet Jaymie.

Evans tries to get to his feet but Xavier clubs him on both shoulders then locks him in a rear chin lock, burying his right knee in Evans back.

Rob Diamond: Xavier is trying to wear Evans down here. You know what'd work better than a chin lock?

Jaymie Boone: What?

Rob Diamond: If Xavier had cut one of those worthless promos where he says the old Xavier is back yadda yadda yadda.

Jaymie Boone: If he did that we'd all still be in the coma.

Evans can't quite reach the ropes but the pressure isn't enough to make him tap so Xavier lets go. Xavier blazes by Evans and hits a spring board into a cross body to take Evans down for a pin, one, two kick out. Williams is right up and steps over Evans then snaps back with a standing moonsault on Seth Evans and another pin attempt. One, two kick out.

Rob Diamond: Holy bat crap, is Xavier actually trying?

Jaymie Boone: Probably late on a rent payment.

Rob Diamond: I like you.

Xavier is right back to his feet and goes right to the corner, he climbs the ropes and flies off with a frog splash but Seth gets his knees up and Xavier crashes right into them. Seth rolls over and gets to his feet. He hits the ropes hard and takes Xavier down with a flying clothes line. Seth runs past and hits the ropes again catching Xavier with a running bull dog. Evans stands Xavier up and hits a snap mare followed right up with a sprint into the ropes and a drop kick to the jaw. Evans with the pin. One, two kick out.

Rob Diamond: Did you see that Jaymie? Seth Evans knows how to wrestle.

Jaymie Boone: I'm shocked, I thought he only knew how to lay down.

Rob Diamond: Perhaps we're giving him too much credit, he has an entire match to screw this up.

Evans goes for a spring board into a moonsault, he nails it and pins again, but Xavier kicks right out at one and throws Evans off. Xavier gets to his feet, Evans goes for a clothes line but Xavier ducks it and hits a spinning back fist to the back of Evans head. Xavier spins Seth around and hits a stiff kick to the stomach and a double under hook powerbomb into a pin. One, two, t KICK OUT!

Jaymie Boone: That didn't take long.

Rob Diamond: I thought he'd hit at least five more moves before Xavier regained control of this match. I guess thats why he didn't get a shot at my title.

Xavier Williams looks like he's setting up the Burning Hammer 2.0 but Seth Evans manages to reverse it into a neck breaker. Seth slowly crawls to the ropes and starts to pull himself up. Xavier doesn't stay down long and comes up from behind but Evans nails a back elbow that staggers Xavier Williams followed right up with the Pele. He looks to the outside and points at Rob.

Rob Diamond: Don't be looking at me sucka, pay attention to the moron your facing.

Xavier Williams is starting to get up but Seth Evans grabs him with Have a Nice Day.

Rob Diamond: Hold this for a second Jaymie.

Rob hands Jaymie the X-Division title and takes off his head phone.

Jaymie Boone: This should be good.

Xavier Williams is struggling to get free but Seth Evans has him right where he wants them. Rob climbs up on the apron and gets the ref's attention. The referee is demanding Rob get down off the apron. Rob is arguing with the ref as Xavier Williams begins to tap out.

Jaymie Boone: Is Rob debating politics with the ref?

Seth looks over and sees Rob and immediately releases the hold. He gets up and storms over to Rob, brushing past the ref.

Jaymie Boone: What is he doing?

Rob pushes Seth pretty hard then presents his chin for Seth to strike, Seth thinks about it for a second then shoves Rob back, causing him to stumble off the apron. Seth turns around and Xavier Williams goes for a clothes line but Seth ducks it and turns Xavier right into Livin' on a Prayer. Seth Evans makes the pin. One.. Two.. Three!

Amber Ashe: Your winner by pin fall... SETH EVANS!

Evans doesn't even have time to celebrate as Rob Diamond slides in the ring and nails a Diamond Cutter. Rob gets up and beckons for Jaymie to bring him his title and a mic.

Rob Diamond: You know, when you first started running your mouth about my title, I'll admit, I was worried... Worried that nCw had run out of real competition.

Raucus boos from the crowd.

Rob Diamond: But now that I see just how much of a little BITCH you are, I figure whats one shot gonna hurt? Its not like I'm going to lose to you Seth. So tell you what bucko, you can have a shot, pending you get past one little challenge. Next week, live on Collision it's going to be Seth Evans versus... XAVIER CROSS IN AN XTREME RULES MATCH!

The fans pop at the announcement.

Rob Diamond: If you can some how manage to beat the last guy who defeated me in an xtreme rules match, then you can have a title shot.

Rob drops the mic as Seth Evans starts to come too. The fans boo as Rob's music hits the PA and he struts up the ramp.

{COMMERCIAL BREAK}

MAIN EVENT
Glen Nodoveit vs. Steve Awesome
SINGLES

Simon Daye: Tonights main event is match 10 in the Road to the Gold tournamnet.

Jaymie Boone: Tell them how Steve Awesome is taking on nCw's newest nut job.

Simon Daye: I wouldn't call Glen Nodoveit a nut job, but he definitely takes what he does seriously.

Jaymie Boone: I'd call him a nut job.

Simon Daye: From what we've seen, Glen Nodoveit is a top contender and personally my pick to win the whole thing.

Jaymie Boone: Eww, really? The guy is totally whacked. Who would want him as World Champion?

The lights dim slightly over the arena as the opening riff to "Obzen" thunders over the audio system.

Nodoveit appears from behind the curtain slowly, arms raised above his head. He stops at the top of the ramp and takes a long look at both sides of the crowd, who present him with a mixed reaction, some heckling him violently and some throwing rude hand gestures his way as an odd sign of appreciation.

Nodoveit strolls down the ramp staring holes into the ringside fans. As he approaches the side of the ring he simply slides in, circles around whilst giving "the finger" to the surrounding audience and television crew. He then finally ends his pointless jeering, leans against one of the turnbuckles and awaits his opponent.

Simon Daye: Nodoveit is in the ring and waiting for Steve Awesome, a man who has made it his personal mission to win the whole damn thing.

Jaymie Boone: A man who also seems like a shell of his extremely sexy self.

Simon Daye: I don't know whats been bothering Awesome lately, but I hope he's able to get over it, I'd hate to see Steve Awesome walk away from this company like Angel and Philip Burns have recently done.

Jaymie Boone: I say good riddance to bad news Daye. Out with the emo losers and in with the sexiness that is Awesome. COME ON STEVE!

The lights fade to black as a single guitar note blares over the P.A system much like Orton's old theme. As the drums kick in the lights begin to flash from black to red on beat. Then the guitar begins to rip a good solo as Ronnie Winter starts to wail on the mic.

"YYYYYEEEAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!"

It's at this point that Steve Awesome comes blasting through the black curtain with a huge amount of energy, holding his arms high in the air. He beats on his Steve Awesome T-shirt and throws his arms in the air before walking down to the ring, making sure to toss his shirt to a lucky fan in the crowd.

Simon Daye: You can feel the raw intensity in the ring right now as these two men stare each other down.

Jaymie Boone: Their sizing each other up for what I'm sure will be an extremely hard fought match. But in the end we all know Steve Awesome will over come because he's my... The hero.

The bell sounds and the two men lock up in the center of the ring but Glen goes right in for a side head lock that Steve turns into a waist lock followed by a German suplex. Glen is right to his feet and goes for a clothes line that Awesome ducks. Steve throws a jaw breaker super kick at Glen but Nodoveit catches his foot and drops Awesome on his face. Glen twists Steve's ankle as hard as he can, nearly snapping it right off, Steve stretches out and wraps his arms around the ropes. The ref breaks the hold.

Simon Daye: Nodoveit going right for the kill as he tries to force Steve Awesome to give up.

Jaymie Boone: No way it's going to happen Daye. Steve Awesome doesn't give up.

Glen doesn't waste anytime and stomps the back of Steve's head driving his face into the mat. Nodoveit reaches down and pulls Steve up by his hair and whips him hard against the ropes, as Steve comes back Nodoveit goes for an atomic drop, nails it then clothes lines Awesome hard to the mat. Nodoveit drops down and goes to lock in a STF, he's got it, but Awesome is within inches of the ropes. Nodoveit pulls with everything he has but Steve gets his finger tips on the ropes and again the hold is broken.

Simon Daye: Another submission hold, but Steve Awesome was just too close to the ropes.

Jaymie Boone: This Nodoveit guy is pretty B.A. but he had little to no ring awareness.

Nodoveit storms around the ring, then approaches the ref, he begins arguing and yelling at him. Nodoveit shoves the ref hard into the turnbuckles and receives a stern warning, Nodoveit laughs it off. He turns and Steve Awesome finally nails that jaw breaker super kick. Awesome drops down for the pin, one.. two KICK OUT! Awesome gets up, he brings Nodoveit to his feet with him and Irish whips him into the corner. Awesome runs in and goes for a body splash, hits it to a big pop. Steve goes across the ring and runs in nailing Nodoveit with a shining wizard in the corner. Nodoveit stumbles out of the corner as Awesome comes in with the Heart Attack.

Simon Daye: Awesome almost had the 3 right there but Nodoveit kicked out, but Steve didn't slow down and dropped Nodoveit with a heart attack.

Jaymie Boone: Nodoveit is learning a hard lesson tonight, you have to hit Awesome with everything you got or just go home now.

With Glen down Steve Awesome heads to the top rope. He looks all around the arena and gets huge pop from the crowd. Steve Awesome leaps off the top with the Wrath of the Dragon. Steve Awesome makes the cover. One.. Two.. KICK OUT! The entire arena erupts as they can't believe it, Steve can't even believe it but it happened. Awesome pulls Nodoveit up and Glen hits a hard elbow shot to his jaw. Nodoveit hits another elbow, and another, backing Steve up into the corner. Nodoveit reaches back and just whales Awesome in the face with a hard right hand, receiving his second warning from the ref. Glen spits on the ref before turning back to Steve Awesome hitting three successive shoulder blocks to Awesome's mid section.

Jaymie Boone: Wow, Nodoveit has no respect for anyone, did you see him spit on the ref?

Simon Daye: I think he's just getting madder the longer this match goes on.

Nodoveit looks around and smiles another sadistic grin as Awesome takes a step out of the corner. Glen comes out of no where with a roundhouse kick that levels Steve Awesome. Nodoveit storms to the top rope and flies off with a frog splash. He makes the pin. One.. Two.. KICK OUT! Nodoveit gets right to his feet and pushes the ref, knocking him down on his butt. Nodoveit begins screaming at the top of his lungs, furious that the ref could be so stupid and not count that three. Nodoveit points at the ref and with his right hand drags his thumb across his throat. Glen turns around and walks right into Steve Awesome who scoops him up for the STEVE KO!!!! Awesome covers and the ref doesn't hesitate to count. One.. Two.. THREE!!!!

Simon Daye: STEVE AWESOME OUT OF NO WHERE WITH THE STEVE KO!!!!

Jaymie Boone: ITS ALL OVER!

Amber Ashe: Your winner and advancing to the next round of the Road to the Gold Tournament... STEVE AWESOME!!!

Simon Daye: Glen Nodoveit had Steve Awesome right where he wanted him, but in the end it was Steve Awesome who persevered and picked up the win.

Jaymie Boone: Tough luck for the psycho Glen Nodoveit, but I'm sure he'll find a kitten to kick later and feel better about this loss.

Simon Daye: Awesome moves on to the next round and Nodoveit showed us all that he's a serious threat to all nCw champions.
