{Trauma Wildly comes exploding onto your Television screen as the sounds of “Enemy” by Papa Roach blare. When the opening video is done we head straight to Simon and Preston, ready to call the action for the night.}
Simon Daye: First match of the night on Trauma features the National Champion, and the #1 contender for the National title teaming up to try and stop the momentum of The Rat Pack.
Preston Marshall: Not an easy task. Ander is undefeated, and this team has already created some buzz in an already exciting tag division.
{AC/DC's TNT blares as Ander Carvetti and Johnny Holliday make their way to the ring to the delight of the fans. They take it all in and talk strategy, awaiting the start of the match.}
Preston Marshall: Looking as strong as ever, Ander Carvetti and Johnny Holliday are huge names in this industry.
Simon Daye: They've brought their exciting and effective brand of wrestling to the nCw to compete wit the best.
{The arena goes black and the opening drum pattern for Nonpoint's “In the Air Tonight” starts up. A chorus of boos erupt from the crowd. They know who's coming, and they don't like it. The suspense builds as spotlights circle the otherwise dark ramp.}
I can feel it coming in the air tonight, oh lord
I've been waiting for this moment for all my life, oh lord ..oh lord
{Pyro erupts, momentarily drowning out the loud, rabid fans. Jason Blair emerges from the smoke, an angry, cocky smirk pursed on his lips. His eyes are focused on nothing but the ring. He walks slowly to ringside, reaching it as the second chorus hits. He steps through the ropes methodically, before looking out into the crowd in disgust. He leans on the turnbuckle, awaiting the start of the match.}
Simon Daye: Fresh out of his short stint in the church of Gabriel Karras, Jason Blair is a man on a mission for the National Title.
Preston Marshall: He qualified for number one contender at Battlegrounds, and last week he may have cost our National Champion his spot in the Road to the Gold Semi-finals after a brutal chair shot.
{The Music begins to play and several moments pass. The lyrics begin and Freakke steps out from behind the curtains. Freakke looks to the crowd and his beloved cretins as he outstretches his hands and exhales, basking in the moment. As the song escalates into the chorus, he begins down the ramp. He walks slowly, making his way down the ramp. He reaches up to the ropes and climbs up to the apron. Freakke flips over the ropes and lands on his feet. He then goes to the center of the ring and looks around to the crowd again. As the lines 'I won't, I can't, I'm a Freak' are sung Freakke throws his arms into the air and poses for the crowd, showing life for the first time since entering the ring. He tosses his top hat away and his sullen look turns to a smile that nCw has grown so used to. Freakke then walks over and hops on the nearest turnbuckle and begins to psyche the crowd up. He repeats with the opposite turnbuckle and then turns to face his opponents, and his partner.}
Simon Daye: There he is, nCw's National Champion Freakke The Carnival King!
Preston Marshall: Other than the little detour last week again Dave Holland, Freakke has been on an absolute tear.
Simon Daye: The question is, can he and Jason Blair set their differences aside and compete against Carvetti and Holliday.
{All four men stand in the ring. Carvetti and Holliday deciding who's going to start off the match. Jason Blair stands in the corner, staring coldly in the direction of Freakke. Freakke moves to the middle of the ring, and Blair is willing to step to the aside and let Freakke start. Holliday and Carvetti decide that Ander will be the first member of The Rat Pack.}
Simon Daye: Looks like Carvetti wants Blair.
Preston Marshall: It doesn't look like Freakke's going to oblige him.
{Carvetti stands in the corner and points to Blair. Freakke looks to Jason, and then back to Carvetti. Blair shrugs and holds his hand out for the tag, and Freakke bursts into laughter. He shakes his head no, and moves in on Ander.}
Preston Marshall: So it looks like the two legal men will be Freakke and Ander Carvetti.
Simon Daye: Looks like The Rat Pack may have it out for Blair, though.
{Freakke and Ander circle each other quickly. Ander goes for a leg kick, and Freakke dodges it carefully. Freakke moves in again, and Ander feints a kick with his left leg, and swings into a kick with the right. He connects with Freakke's left leg, and is quick to throw another. Freakke takes the shots in order to get inside and grapple the martial arts specialist. Freakke throws an arm drag, and Ander rolls through it back to his feet. Freakke hits the ropes, looking for a dropkick, but when he bounces off the ropes Blair slaps him in the back, forcing a blind tag. Freakke's momentum stops, and he glares at Blair before reluctantly stepping through the ropes to the ring apron. Jason smiles as he enters the ring, and Carvetti returns it, looking eager to get some of Jason.}
Simon Daye: I think we're about to see some fireworks here!
Preston Marshall: Both members of The Rat Pack that are participating tonight had some harsh words for Jason Blair.
{Blair and Carvetti circle each other. Jason lunges for a tie-up, but Carvetti ducks it before slamming a knee into the side of Jason's rib cage. Blair is hit hard, but lunges again for another tie up. He gets this one and whips Carvetti to the ropes. Blair telegraphs a backdrop, and Ander hops over it. He bounces off the opposite side and throws himself into a spinning back kick that hits Blair right in the side of the head. Jason goes down hard. Carvetti goes for a quick cover, thinking maybe he got an early KO}
{1....2..kickout}
{Blair is out fairly easily, but obviously shaken up by the blow to the head. He makes his way to his feet before working to get in again. Ander strikes quickly with a shin kick to the side. He throws another, and then throws a step-kick that connects solid with Jason's head. Blair hits the ground again. Carvetti picks him up off the mat and leads him into the Rat Pack Corner. He pushes him into the turnbuckle before throwing three consecutive kicks to Blair. He crumples to a seated position, and Carvetti takes a step back before delivering a running knee to the head of Blair. The fans are delighted by the violence, particularly that against Jason Blair.}
Simon Daye: The Rat Pack having their way with Jason.
Preston Marshall: Looks like Johnny Holliday wants some.
{Holliday reaches out, anxious for a tag. Ander slaps his hand and Holliday springboards himself into the ring. Showtime and Carvetti get on both sides of Jason; Carvetti hits a knee to the Blair's stomach, turning him around into a left jab by Showtime, which turns him around into a thai kick to the stomach by Carvetti, which again turns him into a right haymaker by Showtime. As soon as the haymaker lands, both Carvetti and Showtime simultaneously hit a sweeping low thai kick (Carvetti) and a somersault kick (Showtime), the assaults sends Jason's head slamming into the bottom turnbuckle in the corner, and his momentum carries him out of the ring.}
Simon Daye: They call that one Imperia Wrestling Fightnight, and it's got Jason Blair on the verge of unconsciousness here.
{The fans are really behind Johnny Holliday, and he's feeling the momentum. Jason stumbles around on the outside, and Johnny takes a step back before running up the ropes to the turnbuckle, and leaping off with a huge missile dropkick to the outside! Blair flies into the barrier with a loud smack, as his side is impacted hard.}
Preston Marshall: Huge move by Showtime there!
Simon Daye: The fans are loving this guy! Can Jason get out of the ring, or will The Rat Pack keep the target on his back? We'll be right back!
-[COMMERCIAL BREAK]-
Simon Daye: We're back, although not much has changed since we left!
{We fade in to commercial break to see that Holliday is still in full control, but the match his moved back into the ring. Blair is on his knees, and Johnny shifts his feet quickly, delivering powerful, well placed punches to Jason's face. He makes another quick shift, and throws a high speed roundhouse kick that smacks Blair in the side of the face. Holliday goes for the cover..}
{1.....2.....kickout!}
{Blair is able to kickout, but just barely. He obviously doesn't have much left. Johnny shrugs off the kickout, and continues to press the advantage. He grabs Jason by the hair, lifting him back to his feet...Blair tries a roll-up!}
{1......2......kickout!}
{Holliday kicks out emphatically. Blair crumples back to the ground, and Johnny is back on his feet. He grabs Blair by the hair, and successfully gets him to his feet this time. He throws a quick snap DDT to keep control, lifts Blair to his feet again, and whips him into the corner. He reaches up and tags Carvetti back in, stopping to throw a few lefts and rights into Blair's midsection before he gets out.}
Preston Marshall: And Jason Blair desperately needs to get out of the ring.
Simon Daye: Freakke hasn't fallen asleep yet, but he may if he doesn't get in soon. He looks incredibly bored on the ring apron.
{Carvetti throws another knee into Blair's midsection, sending him to a seated position once more. Ander backs up before running into a devastating yakuza kick! The fans begin to chant “OLE!” and Ander is feeling it. Jason stumbles to his feet, and Ander is looking for the Boom, Headshot! He throws the kick to the head, but Blair desperately dives out of the way. With a burst of energy Blair scrambles to the corner, where Freakke's waiting for the tag! Freakke gets the tag and springboards into the ring. Ander isn't ready for the change in speed, and the clown elevates into a dropkick that hits Ander solid in the ribs.}
Simon Daye: Momentum changing here! Freakke's trying to take control!
{Ander bounces up quickly, but right into an arm drag. Freakke chains the arm drag into a snap mare before bouncing off the ropes and delivering a dropkick to the back of Carvetti's head. Holliday quickly moves into the ring, looking to stop Freakke's momentum. Freakke ducks a haymaker, and avoids another left hand. The referee restrains Holliday, trying to push him back out to the ring apron. Freakke turns around just in time to see that Jason Blair has snuck back into the ring! Jason hooks Carvetti and nails the Extra Ordinary (spinning fisherman suplex) on Carvetti!}
Preston Marshall: Shocker, Jason Blair's going to cheat the Rat Pack out of a win...
Simon Daye: I think that's called being an opportunist..
{Freakke walks up to Blair and shoves him, obviously taking offense to the underhanded tactic. Blair is livid at being shoved, and slaps Freakke in the face. Freakke barrels Blair into the corner, and Blair shoves Freakke out, but he shoves him into Carvetti, who rolls Freakke up from behind!!}
{1......2......3!}
Preston Marshall: The Rat Pack pick up a well fought victory!
Simon Daye: We had to know that Blair and Freakke couldn't work together for long.
Preston Marshall: What a match to open Trauma!
{Freakke gets up, shocked that he's just been pinned. Blair comes up behind him and lifts him up for Devotion (torture rack)! But Freakke slides out! Freakke counters with a smiledriver! Smiledriver right in the middle of the ring! Blair is out cold, and Freakke, Carvetti, and Holliday head to the back.}
-[COMMERCIAL BREAK]-
{“This Calling” hits as Emma Danielson makes her way down to the commentary table, grinning to the fans and signing a few autographs before she actually sits down at the booth. Emma nods to the regular team as she slips on her headset.
Emma Danielson: Nice to see you two gentlemen. How are you?
Simon Daye: I'm doing fine, Emma. Good to see your concern.
Preston Marshall: Yeah, good to see you too. Let's hope we can make it work.
{As 'Night by Night' by Chromeo begins, Kris Titan comes out from the entranceway and stops for a moment before she begins to dance walk her way to the ring, giving high fives to various fans and lip syncing to her own theme song.}
Amber Ashe: The following non-title contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Tokyo, Japan, weighing in at 115 pounds, Kris Titan!
Simon Daye: Kris certainly hasn't had the best of luck in nCw, having lost all of her matches so far.
Emma Danielson: Hey, I started out that way here, and look at me now. Don't write Kris off just yet.
{She eventually gets in the ring and goes to a turnbuckle, climbing up the middle and raising her fists into the air before jumping down and waiting for the match to start.}
{Zelda's theme kicks on as the LoZ remix starts off with smoke filling the entrance ramp. "Call to Action" by Pillar hits now and the strobe lights around the ramp begin flicking on and off as Zelda slowly steps out with her arms stretched out.}
Amber Ashe: And introducing her opponent, from Dallas, Texas, weighing in at 115 pounds, she is the Undisputed nCw Women's Champion of the Woooooorld, Zeldaaaaaaaaaa KNITE!
Emma Danielson: And here she comes, the Queen Bitch herself. I feel sorry for Kris, but this happens to everyone at some point. You get fed into the meat grinder, and she chews you up like you're nothing. All with a smarmy little smirk on her face.
Preston Marshall: ...bitter at all, Emma?
Emma Danielson: Not at all, why do you ask?
{The music picks up and Zelda sprints to the ring. She hops onto the nearest turnbuckle and plays to the crowd for a bit. When the music dies down, she jumps down and waits for the match to begin.}
{The bell rings and immediately the two women charge each other, Zelda decking Kris with a spinning heel kick. She goes to make a cover, but Titan boots her in the face and gets back up. Zelda charges again, but Kris manages to pop her in the jaw with a stiff kick of her own. Zelda staggers back and Titan, sensing the opportunity, kicks her a few times before delivering a sharp one to the gut and hooking her leg, spinning and popping her with the Lightning Spiral neckbreaker! Titan covers. 1...and a kickout by Zelda.}
Preston Marshall: Knite showing that legendary resilience that's kept her Women's Champion for all these months.
Emma Danielson: Just a matter of time before I take her down, and Road to the Gold's gonna be my moment to make it happen. If a scrub like Titan can give her trouble tonight, what chance will she have against me?
{Titan stomps away as Zelda tries to get to her feet, prompting the ref to move in and separate the two. Zelda gets all the way to her feet, stunning Titan with a quick single arm DDT as she charges her. Zelda moves out to the apron, watching Titan get to her feet, and springboards in with a big dropkick, taking down Titan once more. Zelda with a cover of her own. 1...2...and a kickout by Titan. Zelda stands up and shouts at the referee, insisting it was three. This allows Kris to catch her with a quick schoolgirl attempt!}
Simon Daye: Could we see the upset of the decade tonight on Trauma?
Emma Danielson: Come on, kid! You got her! You got her!
{The pin only gets two, but Titan's fired up now. She pops Zelda with a big European uppercut, catching her with another one as she staggers around. Kris runs off the ropes, delivering a running boot to Zelda's jaw. Zelda slumps against the ropes, leaning forward as she pushes off only to eat a big Evenflow DDT from Kris! Titan covers again. 1...2...and a kickout once more. Titan grins to herself, feeling the momentum in her corner, and she backs up, going to the ropes and trying for an Ozakick as Zelda stands. The eternally ring-savvy Knite, however, catches her legs and slams her back onto the mat, stepping through and crossing Kris's legs over each other.}
Preston Marshall: Rookie mistake from Titan, and she could end up paying for it if Zelda can lock in the Triforce here. Not many people have the endurance to survive a hold like that. Fortunately, one of them is sitting right next to us.
Emma Danielson: You're damn right I have. The Triforce ain't something you want to feel at all, Preston. Thankfully, all Zelda's going to get at Road to the Gold is a quick Detoxifier and a thank you note for the title.
{Titan, in desperation, thrashes around on the mat, trying to avoid getting the hold locked in on her. She manages to hook the head of Zelda, rolling her into a small package! 1! 2! 3! No! Zelda just kicked out in time from the surprise pin! Zelda, furious at herself, picks up Titan and hits a snap suplex. She rolls through and turns it into a Perfect-Plex, and rolls through that before capping off the vicious combo with a swinging neckbreaker! Zelda covers...1! 2! Kickout at 2.75 by Titan!}
Preston Marshall: Zelda just needs that one big moment to completely put the ball in her court. What's it going to be this time for the Pixelated Princess?
{Titan lashes out with a knee to the ribs, forcing Zelda to back up. She connects with a dropkick, staggering Zelda, and charges with a clothesline, knocking Zelda down. Titan motions for her to get up, shouting at her only to deck her with another big clothesline the moment she stands again. The third attempt, however, is interrupted as Zelda ducks under the arm and grins, planting Titan into the canvas with the KNITES OF THE ROUND!}
Simon Daye: Devastating Knites of the Round, and that could be all she wrote for Kris Titan!
Emma Danielson: Kick out! Kick out, dammit!
{Zelda lazily rests one foot on Titan's chest. 1...2...and Kris shoves Zelda off. Zelda, shaking her head, charges with a clothesline of her own, but Kris Matrix dodges under it. Zelda, undeterred, just hops out to the apron and waits for Kris to turn around again. Zelda springboards in, looking for a hurricanrana, but instead receives a stiff superkick to her springboarding jaw! She looks like she's basically out of it, as it's now Titan's turn to move back and ready for her finisher, as she seems to be signaling for her trademark running knee.}
Simon Daye: If we see that charging knee to the temple she calls the Winter Funeral hit its mark, Zelda Knite could be out for the pin for the first time in what feels like an eternity!
{As Titan charges the slowly standing Knite, she drops down and lets Titan sail into the turnbuckle, her knee impacting the padding. She falls back holding her knee, only to meet a boot to the gut which doubles her over. Zelda grins, making a suspiciously familiar signal to the Zombies before hefting up Titan and putting her into the mat with the ICE BREAKER! She covers. 1...2...3!}
Amber Ashe: Here is your winner, Zelda KNITE!
Simon Daye: That...that was Andrew Jacobsen's finisher! Why the hell would she be using that?!
Emma Danielson: It's all mind games, Simon. She's trying to act like she's better than me in every part of my life. Using Andrew's finisher is just another part of that. She's a little punk, and I promise she'll get that long-overdue asskicking in a few weeks.
{Zelda saunters over, trash-talking Emma. Emma just sits there patiently, waiting a few seconds before standing up and beginning to walk around the table. Zelda quickly retreats into the ring, Emma chasing her in. She gets to her feet just as Zelda gets out on the other side. She looks down and realizes that she's missing something. Emma grins, hopping out of the ring and grabbing the Women's Title. She taunts Zelda with the belt as Trauma goes to commercial.}
-[COMMERCIAL BREAK]-
Simon Daye: We are back and what a night we've had so far.
Preston Marshall: We haven't even gotten to our Road to the Gold match and it's been a great night of action.
Simon Daye: And next we have two men who have the talent to be headlining pay per views.
Preston Marshall: And certainly have, here and elsewhere.
{The somewhat triumphant opening to "Into The Lungs of Hell" by Megadeth begins to play through the arena, the lights dimming down. Once the fanfare start of the track gives way to the more heavy guitar playing, everyone can see a shadow standing in the entry way. Standing in the middle of the entry way is Brad Kane with Megan right behind him. The crowd begins to give him a huge ovation as he stays in the entry way for another few moments, letting all the suspense build. He begins to move his head, looking out into the thousands of fans that are in attendance tonight. More moment follows as he takes a few steps and throws his right arm out into the air, letting out a war cry before walking towards the ring. Many of the fans extend their hands out, looking for some form of contact. Brad slaps their hands as does Megan. When he reaches ringside, he walks completely around the outside of the ring, high fiving more fans. Once he's done walking around ringside, he heads up one set of the stairs and gets onto the apron while Megan follows him in. Brad Kane enters the ring through the middle rope as he heads to the nearest turnbuckle, going to the top. He looks out into the crowd, seeing the cheering fans taking pictures. Brad leaps off and heads to the other side of the ring and proceeds to do the same thing as more pictures are snapped. Jumping back off, he then backs into that corner, leaning against the ropes as Megan gives him a kiss for good luck. As she leaves the ring, he waits while his music fades off.}
Simon Daye: Brad Kane returning for the 1,001th time.
Preston Marshall: It just looks like Kane can't sake the itch
{The lights dim as "Swagger Like Us" begins to play. The NCW Tron lights up with the name 'Venom' and black spiders begin to fill the screen until the banner is completely covered in black, then one spider leaps towards the screen and leaves bite holes in the screen. As the Chorus hits Green laser lights flicker on the stage as the hooded Venom walks out onto the stage. He looks from left to right at the screaming fans ready for the next match and then ascends down the ramp. He stops halfway down and drops to one knee and spreads his arms as Pyro's blast up on the stage behind him. As the last pyro blasts he runs and slides into the ring and stands up in the center and rips off the hood and spins around in the center of the ring as the music dies down. }
{BK tackles Venom down and starts to wail on him, Venom tries to cover up but BK drives some elbows in his face. Venom grabs the throat of BK, and tosses him off, and Venom sits up with an angry look on his face. BK rises to his feet and runs toward him and Venom catches him and swings him around...SIDEWALK SLAM!! Cover on Kane 1...2. Kick out. Venom goes right back on the attack and lift him up in a suplex, he drops him on his back and mounts him for punches, and BK quickly gets out of the ring. He circles around the ring, but Venom never takes his eyes off him, he hits the ropes and comes forward… SUICIDE DIVE CONNECTS!}
Simon Daye: Brad Kane and Venom, starting this match off with a bang!
Preston Marshall: Indeed, it looks Venom is out to prove a point
Venom does a little posing for the fans and is caught with a step-up enziguri from BK, he slides him into the ring and goes for the cover, 1... kick out as Venom quickly kicks outs. He gets up and charges to him and BK catches him with a quick jab, it stuns Venom, immediately. BK catches him with a spin kick to the gut, Venom drops to a knee... MUTA POSE~
Simon Daye: Shining Wizard hits home!
Preston Marshall: And Brad Kane has swayed the momentum in his favor.
BK charges for another one, Venom with the quick go behind. He locks BK around the waist and hits a high release German Suplex, and BK lands folded in half. He covers 1…2…kick out! Venom can’t believe it. He gets up and starts to stalk BK
Simon Daye: Kane is reeling from the nasty German
Venom quickly charges.. Xed Out.. NO! BK counters with a hip toss gets out and nails him with a quick flurry of kicks and a STIFF chop of the chest and Venom rolls out of the ring, holding his chest and BK follows suit. Kane starts to run after Venom, but Venom baits BK in with a quick elbow and he smashes BK's face into the steel steps, he does it again, and again, AND AGAIN! BK falls down, holding his head and a little red trickle down
Preston Marshall: Holy Crap! Kane is busted open!
He tosses BK into the ring and takes him down with a hard clothesline. He then hits a standing leg drop and covers 1.2..NO! BK rolls the shoulder up. Venom, curses under his breath and lifts BK off the mat. He tosses him into the ropes and hits a BEAUTIFUL V-Nominal Variation 1
Preston Marshall: Venom is rolling on all gears
Simon Daye: Indeed, with Kane bleeding he is gonna have to dig deep to pull this out
Venom goes to lift up BK but he quickly reverses it into a reverse STO, DRIVING Venom’s face into the 2nd turnbuckle. BK quickly hops to his feet and hits the ropes and catches Venom in the face with a HUGE facewash. He looks out into the crowd, the blood, still dripping. He hits the ropes again and hits ANOTHER FACEWASH! And BK charges and nails a 3rd facewash! He drags Venom into the middle of the ring and stands him up, Venom is on wobbly legs BK Backfist! Venom sits up and gets nose to nose with BK, a look of intensity in their eyes, and they just starts slugging each other as the crowd chants “N-C-DUB!” Venom hits the ropes, BK pops Venom in the air and EUROPEAN UPPERCUT OUT OF MID AIR! BK quickly picks Venom up BACKDROP DRIVER! Cover 1..2.. NO! BK, just rolls off Venom as he stares into the lights, just breathing heavily
Simon Daye: BK can't believe it... Venom just broke out of that.
Preston Marshall: I can barely believe it myself.
Both men are slow to get back to their feet, but finally they start pushing up. Venom is back up and so is BK who is holding the ropes to keep himself on his feet. Venom comes up behind Brad and takes his arms and appears to be going for his X'ED OUT but Kane slams his head back and catches Venom in the face, driving him off. Kane spins around and BK BACKFIST! Brad falls to his knees and throws an arm over V's chest 1...2...3
Preston Marshall: And Brad Kane just gets the pin!
Simon Daye: That was a close match all the way Preston. Could of gone either way.
Preston Marshall: You can say that again Simon, but please don't.
Simon Daye: We'll be right back fans.
