Simon Daye: We simply put have two great matches tonight for the Road to the Gold tournament and the matches in between are fantastic as well.

Preston Marshall: We've got some debuts and we have some rookies in action, so how about we get straight to it and not dwell too much on the Road to the Gold until those matches get here?

Simon Daye: Sounds like a plan Preston.

MATCH ONE
LATOYA RYDER vs. TRISH NEWBORN
Singles Match

{“King of the World” By Porcelain and The Tramps begins to play as the confident, but strong Trish Newborn makes her way from behind the curtain in a boxing-like robe. She stops and glances up at the crowd of roaring fans from either side of her chanting profane name calling. Newborn shrugs it off and begins her march down the ramp zoning out everything, and everyone to focus the task at hand as the music continues to play. Newborn slides under the ropes and enters the ring picking herself up, and twirls around making talents to the crowd letting them, and her haters know exactly what she thinks of them; walking to the first turnbuckle she sees, and pulls herself up to raise her arms high into the heavens before met with heavy boos coming from the fans. She overlooks them as well as hops down and begins testing the ropes keeping her eye on the entrance way for her opponent at all times. }

{A Jamacan like beat hits over the PA system as the lights go red.

Lucifer, dawn of the morning! I'm gonna chase you out of Earth Lucifer, Lucifer, dawn of the morning... (I'm from the murder capital, where we murder for capital)

Plays and smoke billows from the entrance ramp and LaToya Ryder walks out from behind the smoke. She looks out into the crowd. As a sick smile creeps over her face. She pound her ches and raises her arm into the air pyro rains down. LaToya makes her way down the ramp as the fans cheer or boo, she doesn't acknowledge them. She slides walks up the step and walks into teh ring and walks to the camera, waiting for the bell to ring.}

Simon Daye: Here we go Preston... Newborn has her work cut out for her.

Preston Marshall: She certainly does.

{The match begins with Latoya rushing Trish and sending her flat to her back with a running body attacking and boxing Newborn's ears with her forearms. Trish falls to her knees in pain and LaToya forces her up and lifts her into a military press. She lets Trish fall onto her shoulder, then she spikes her into the mat with slam! Trish holds her back in pain while Latoya takes her by the arm and drags her to the corner. Latoya climbs to the middle rope and begins bouncing, she comes off with the BANZAI DROP but Trish rolls out of the way!}

Simon Daye: Good awarness by Newborn....

Preston Marshall: More like good job running for her life. Ryder was about to crush her.

Simon Daye: Same difference.

{Newborn jumps back to her feet and drop kicks the back of Ryder's head as she sits on the mat. Ryder falls face first into the turnbuckles, grabs them and begins working her way to her feet, the whole time Newborn is clubbing her in the back with axehandles and kicks but it has little effect. Latoya turns around, puts both hands around Trish's neck then spins around throwing her into the corner! Trish hits hard and arches her back in pain. Ryder backs away and measures Trish out, she charges and goes for a big running pancake but Trish nimbly avoids it and Ryder crashes into the corner chest first! Trish comes behind Ryder grabs her head as she staggers out of the corner and hits a neckbreaker! She goes to cover 1... but Ryder throws her angrily off.}

Preston Marshall: Just look at that power by Ryder.

Simon Daye: Newborn just can't matchup with Ryder in size and strength.... it's a hudge disadvantage.

Preston Marshall: She'll have to do her best to overcome it.

{Ryder gets back to her feet and smiles devilishly at Newborn whose eyes go wide looking at the mudh bigger Ryder. Ryder charges at her but Newborn side steps it she kicks at Ryder and then after Ryder catches her foot goes for an enziguiri but Latoya ducks her head and it misses and Newborn falls flat on her face. Latoya grabs her by the air and pulls her back to her feet. Ryder irish whips and looks for the spinebuster but Newborn jumps up onto the ropes instead and springboards off with the AIR TRISH VERSION IV! She catches Ryder right in the head, and covers with a big smile on her face 1...2...3!}

Simon Daye: What a mvoe by Newborn!

Prston Marshall: She totally caught Ryder off guard that and walks away with a victory for it!

Simon Daye: A great debut for her.

-[COMMERCIAL BREAK]-

Simon Daye: Second match of the night, and the first Road to the Gold match of this week!

Preston Marshall: Here we go! Can't stress enough the importance of these matches. There are 8 men left, all vying for a shot at DDK's world title.

MATCH TWO
RICKY JOHNSON vs. ANDREW JACOBSEN
Road to the Gold Tournament Match

{"Perfect Stranger" plays over the PA system. Ricky Johnson emerges from the backstage area, He pauses at the top of the entranceway, soaking in the atmosphere. He stares ahead at the ring and begins a slow walk towards it. Once at the edge of the ring, he walks over to the guardrail and turns around, facing the ring. Then, he speads his arms and leans back into fans. After a moment, he steps on the apron, and enters the ring through the ropes.}

Simon Daye: Ricky Johnson beat newcomer Hugo Conway in the first round last week.

Preston Marshall: It was a tough victory for Ricky. This week will be even tougher, not only is he dealing with the emotion of losing his wife, he also has to battle this man:

{An air raid siren splits the air, followed by the pounding opening riff of Disturbed's "Indestructible". Andrew Jacobsen strides out onto the stage. He looks around at the fans, absorbing the atmosphere. Andrew begins walking down the ramp, pyro flares going off on either side of him as he makes his way to the ring. He slides in, jumping onto the second turnbuckle. He poses for the crowd, a broad smile on his face. Andrew jumps down and awaits the bell.}

Simon Daye: Andrew Jacobsen, fresh off his win at the expense of the one and only Doc last week on Trauma!

Preston Marshall: Jacobsen still somehow remains under the radar. I don't know how someone can pull of a win against Doc and NOT be the favorite to win the whole thing.

Simon Daye: A win here will put him in the final 4, and he'll certainly be able to say he didn't have an easy road.

Preston Marshall: I don't think he'd want it any other way. Jacobsen is one of those that welcomes competition.

{Both men meet in the middle of the ring, before the bell starts. Cheering from the fans begins to swell, and soon the arena is roaring with anticipation. The two men exchange smiles, and a head nod, before returning to their corners. The ref signals the bell, and we're off.}

Simon Daye: Both men are fairly good technical wrestlers, so fans are in for a treat tonight.

Preston Marshall: The great thing about the Road to the Gold tournament, every match showcases main event talent.

{AJ and RJ approach each other cautiously. They meet in the center of the ring, and Ricky holds his hand out, looking for a tie-up. Jacobsen feels Ricky out for a second before reaching out and grabbing the hand. They tie up briefly before Jacobsen is able to get the advantage, twisting Ricky's hand behind his back with an armbar. He works it for a few seconds, but Ricky is able to quickly reverse the hold, applying an armbar of his own. Jacobsen is quick to reverse, and quickly drops his level to lock in a german suplex. He lifts Ricky into the air and tosses him overhead, but Ricky lands on his feet, directly behind AJ. Ricky puts his arm around AJ, looking for a Russian legsweep. Ricky tries to execute the Russian legsweep, but Jacobsen blocks it. Ricky tries again, and again Jacobsen blocks it. This time it's AJ with the quick reversal, using the momentum provided by Ricky to flip up and over, landing behind his opponent. Ricky turns around and Jacobsen goes for the LIGHTS OUT! (superkick) but Ricky just barely manages to duck it. Both men reset the match, taking a moment to catch their breath, as the fans applaud the fantastic display.}

Simon Daye: Jacobsen was almost able to end this thing early. What an exchange from both men.

Preston Marshall: Both of them trying to take an early advantage, neither of them able to establish momentum. Excellent wrestling, as we expected.

{Once again, the two wrestlers meet in the center of the ring. Jacobsen puts his hand up first, looking for the tie. Ricky fakes the tie-up and instead delivers a boot to the gut of Jacobsen. AJ doubles over, and Ricky deliver an axe-handle smash to the back of Jacobsen. AJ falls to his knees. Ricky pulls Jacobsen in quickly with a front headlock. Ricky manages to work Jacobsen to the ground, and tries to hold him there.}

Simon Daye: Ricky looking to slow this thing down a bit.

Preston Marshall: This is a submission maneuver with the primary pressure being on the neck area, and secondary pressure on the shoulder area. It hurts because of the leverage Ricky's able to get with both of his arms wrapped around the head of his opponent.

Simon Daye: Thanks Mr. Striker?

Preston Marshall: What?

Simon Daye: I was just saying what striking commentary that was.

Preston Marshall: Thanks?

{Johnson releases the wear-down submission after a good 15 seconds, and applies a boot to the back of Jacobsen to keep him down. He then takes a few running steps to the ropes and leaps off, landing a lionsault to the back of Jacobsen. He rolls him over quickly, going for the cover..}

{1...kickout}

{Johnson moves quickly to maintain his advantage after the kickout. He whips AJ to the corner, and moves with speed and caution to meet his opponent there. After another boot to the gut, Ricky places the dazed Jacobsen up onto the top turnbuckle before hooking him for a superlex! He flies off the top rope, and both men bounce off the mat hard.}

Simon Daye: High impact move there from Johnson!

Preston Marshall: He's gotta be careful he doesn't wear himself out in the process of wearing Jacobsen down!

{Ricky rolls into a cover}

{1.....2.kickout}

{Ricky looks slightly frustrated, but not enough to lose his concentration. Jacobsen is able to make it to his feet, but not before Johnson. RJ looks for another boot right to the gut of Andrew, but Jacobsen catches his foot! He throws the leg to the side, spinning Ricky around, and this time he nails the release on his German Suplex. Ricky's head bounces off the mat. Both men are down.}

Simon Daye: AJ able to stop Ricky's offense!

Preston Marshall: But was it too little, too late?

{1......2......3....}

{Both men begin to move}

{4.....5.....}

{Jacobsen's almost to his feet.}

{6.....}

{Jacobsen is up! Ricky is up!}

{Ricky is quick to try and regain the advantage, looking for a clothesline. Jacobsen stops him dead in his tracks, however, and throws a belly-to-belly suplex. Ricky bounces off the mat, but is able to get back to his feet fairly quickly. AJ is on top of him again. This time Jacobsen opts for an irish whip. Ricky comes off the ropes, and AJ lifts him cleanly up into the air with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. This time Ricky stays down.}

Simon Daye: Now things have turned around, and it's looking up for Jacobsen!

Preston Marshall: Can he do enough to keep Ricky down?

{Jacobsen is on top of Johnson before he can get up. He, in turn, whips Ricky into the corner. He seats Ricky on the top turnbuckle, and hops up to join him before spinning Ricky's head into the mat with a super-tornado-ddt. AJ rolls into a cover}

{1.....2....kickout}

{Jacobsen looks a little disappointed, and a little winded as he moves to continue his offense on Ricky Johnson. He bends down to lift Ricky up and... THE SOLUTION (codebreaker)! Both men are down. The ref begins the count again.}

{1.....2.....3....5....6...}

{Ricky stirs a little, beginning to move toward his feet.}

{7......8...}

{AJ begins to move, and Johnson is almost upright.}

{9....}

{Both men lurch to their feet, beating the ten count. The fans show their support for the effort of both men.}

Simon Daye: Both men push on, hoping they can end this thing and claim one of the final four sports in New Championshp Wrestling's Road to the Gold!

{Ricky stumbles to a corner, holding onto the ropes to stay on his feet. Jacobsen pounces on the opportunity, hurtling toward RJ and looking for a Body Check!! (spear) but Ricky ducks it, sending Jacobsen head first into the corner. AJ takes a nasty bump on the pole outside and falls back into the middle of the ring with a small cut opened up on his forehead.}

Preston Marshall: Can Ricky capitalize!?

{Johnson makes his way to the top rope, looking down for a moment at AJ before turning his back and leaping into the air, twisting into a “Burn Out” (phoenix splash) he stays on for the cover...}

{1.....2......3!}

Simon Daye: Ricky Johnson wins it! Ricky Johnson will be one of the final four men in the Road to the Gold!

Preston Marshall: Congratulations to Ricky! What a hard fought battle from both men.

-[COMMERCIAL BREAK]-

Simon Daye: We keep the theme of women love here on Trauma. The debut of Christina Vyper against another fairly new face in Annabella La Rouge.

Preston Marshall: Hehe.. you said Women love.

Simon Daye: ...Thanks for pointing that out, clown.

Preston Marshall: Part of my job.

MATCH THREE
ANNABELLA LAROUGE vs. CHRISTINA VYPER
Singles Match

{The opening chords of Bring me to life by Evanescence plays over the speakers as a cloud of smoke rolls across the floor.}

How can you see into my eyes like open doors? Leading you down into my core where I've become so numb Without a soul, my spirit sleeping somewhere cold Until you find it there and lead it back home

{As the music bursts into life, strobe lights begin to flicker as AnnaBella appears at the top of the entrance as she looks at the crowd for a moment. She then blows a kiss to everyone before skipping down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans before sliding into the ring. Once inside the ring, she poses for the fans before warming up inside the ring readying for her match.}

Simon Daye: La Rouge looked impressive in her first win last week, but can she keep it going?

Preston Marshall: I hope so, I like the new influx of estrogen.

Simon Daye: You would.

{As her theme hits the speakers Christina bursts through the curtains, pausing at the top of the ramp to look about the crowd before heading towards the ring. She walks around to the steps and walks up onto the apron, then crouches as she steps into the ring between the bottom and second rope. She takes her jacket off and tosses it down to a waiting employee who folds it over her arm and carries it away while Christina loosens her tie just a bit, then places her hands on her hips, ready to fight.}

Simon Daye: Man that hair is sweet...

Preston Marshall: Why don't you tell her that to her face?

Simon Daye: Cuz she'll kick me into next week... something about her says I don't play around.

{The match starts off with a bang as Annabella goes right at Christina with a clothes line attempt but Christina ducks it, swings behind Annabella for a neck breaker. The two are quick to their feet and Christina toe kicks Annabella before lifting her into a quick snap Sambo suplex with a pin attempt. One... kick out. Annabella rolls back to her feet and Christina drop kicks her in the chest and sends her into a corner. Christina is right up and runs in with a running back elbow followed by a running bull dog out of the corner. Christina jumps up and stomps on the back of Annabella's head.}

Preston Marshall: She seems to be putting those feet to good use..

Simon Daye: Tell me about it, I can feel it from here.

{Christina grabs Annabella by her head and helps her to her feet, she brings Annabella where she wants her, then lifts her off her feet and hits her with a quick snap DDT, putting her down close to the corner. Christina climbs up and sits down on the top rope. He waits and when Annabella stands up, Christina leaps off and hits Annabella with a leaping bull dog off the middle rope! Christina flips Annabella over 1....2... but Annabella kicks out. Christina turns Annabella over, she takes Annabella's arms puts them at her side and sits on her back before repeatedly putting her forearm into the back of Everyman's head with continuous blows. Annabella desperately tries to move her head out of the way but Christina just keeps striking her until finally the ref forces her off.}

Simon Daye: Christina is relentless.. Could she possibly be the one to dethrone Zelda?

Preston Marshall: I don't know.. but it's gonna be fun to watch either way.

{Christina grabs Annabella and by the back of her pants and yanks her to her feet, but as she does Annabella throws an elbow behind her and catches Christina in the mouth. Annabella turns around and hits a fast discus lariat that takes Christina off her feet. Both women get back to their feet and turn to face each other, Christina throws a punch but Annabella blocks it, and kicks Christina in the gut instead, she takes Christina by the head and looks for the Vertaebreaker! However, Christina lifts Annabella off her feet, she tries to flip Annabella behind her back but Annabella begins kicking her feet, swings forward and plants Christina with a DDT! She turns over and throws an arm over the chest of Christina 1....2.. but it isn't enough!}

Simon Daye: Annabella almost made a comeback there. Countering a counter..

Preston Marshall: This just shows you how awesome our wrestling is, women or women.

{Annabella gets back to her feet, but Christina throws punch after punch into the stomach of Annabella. With Annabella stunned Christina runs backwards bounces off the ropes and comes back, but Annabella ducks under her clothesline attempt. Christina hits the breaks but, Annabella comes up behind her and lifts her off her feet with a German suplex! Annabella holds onto Christina's waist and gets back up and hits another, Annabella holds on, gets back up and another this time he releases Christina and throws her with a release German suplex! Both women are down, but Annabella turns over and crawls to Christina and throws her arm over Christina's chest 1...2...3.... NO! Christina throws her shoulder off the mat!}

Simon Daye: Say what you want about women wrestlers, but they're tough, strong and beautiful.

Preston Marshall: Had to add that last part, didn't you?

Simon Daye: Little flattery goes a long way.

{Annabella is up, setting up and waiting. Christina gets her feet under her and Annabella lashes out for a French Kiss Super Kick, but Christina ducks under it! She darts across the ring, slamming into Annabella as she turns around with a Rolling V elbow! Annabella drops to the mat, in a daze. She manages to sit up, only to have Christina come back across the ring and nail a Sliding V elbow smash!}

Simon Daye: Those strikes are sickening to watch.

Preston Marshall: But oh so awesome.

{Christina with the pin. 1....2...3!!!}

Simon Daye: And the Vyper wins it!

Preston Marshall: Impressive debut for the flame haired brawler.

Simon Daye: Stop stealing my flattery. We'll be right back.

-[COMMERCIAL BREAK]-

Simon Daye: Welcome back, we're in for a treat right away.

Preston Marshall: Two lovely dark haired ladies will be going at it in the middle of the ring.

Simon Daye: Maybe you should rephrase that?

Preston Marshall: I stand by what I said.

MATCH FOUR
AYLA ST. JAMES vs. KRIS TITAN
Singles Match

{"Her Kiss" by In This Moment starts to play. Three photographers flank the curtain, ready to take photos. Ayla emerges, and they snap away. She brushes past them, even knocking one over, as she makes her way to the ring. She ignores all the outstretched hands, and steps up the stairs onto the apron. She grabs the top rope and vaults herself into the ring, moving to the corner. She stands there holding the top rope on either side, trying to maintain her composure. She drops to her knees, her face in her hands until the match starts.}

{As 'Night by Night' by Chromeo begins, Kris Titan comes out from the entranceway and stops for a moment before she begins to dance walk her way to the ring, giving high fives to various fans and lip syncing to her own theme song. She eventually gets in the ring and goes to a turnbuckle, climbing up the middle and raising her fists into the air before jumping down and waiting for the match to start. }

Simon Daye: Time for that Ayla on Kris action.

Preston Marshall: Maybe you should be wating your words now?

Simon Daye: Meh, whatever. This is going to be a great match... Kris Titan despite being defeated last week was impressive and Ayla is one of the best, should be a great matchup.

{The match begins with Kris immediately going for Ayla, and hitting her with a European uppercut that rocks Ayla into taking a few steps backwards. With Ayla staggering Kris begins kicking her with alternating kicks to her side, when Ayla drops her head, Titan kicks her stiffly right in the side of her face. Ayla falls forward and Kris spins and drives a kick into the back of her skull now and St. James hits the mat face first. Titan flips Ayla over and poins 1...2.. but Ayla shoves her arm up. Kris takes Ayla by her hair and punches her in the face a couple of times before pulling her back up to her feet. Titan takes St. James and Irish whips her across the ring, when Ayla comes back she spins around and puts a spinning heel kick right into Ayla's jaw and knocks her flat on her back. Titan covers, hooking a leg and laying across Ayla's chest but again 1...2.. before Ayla shoves her arm up again.}

Simon Daye: Kris Titan isn't showing she's intimidated by Ayla at all here.

Preston Marshall: If there is one thing you can say about Titan is... she's got a lot of confidence in her self.

Simon Daye: That's a good point.

{Titan takes Ayla right back to her feet now, but Ayla begins to fight back. She shoves her shoulder in Kris's stomach and pushes her back. Ayla runs to the ropes and comes back with a running knee lift that catches Titan in the jaw and drops her on her back. Ayla stands at the ropes, jumps up and comes off with a springboard moonsault that connects with Titan as she's trying to get back up... no, Titan catches her then drops her shoulder first on her knee with a shoulder breaker! Ayla hlds her shoulder in pain. She slowly pushes herself up off the mat and gets back to her feet, but Kris Titan is waiting there and when Ayla is back to her feet, Titan kicks her in the gut and hits the even flow DDT! Kris Titan quickly covers 1...2... but Ayla just gets the shoudler up in time.}

Simon Daye: Another close one for Titan right there....

Preston Marshall: She's giving Ayla a fight, that's for sure.

{Titan goes to the ropes and climbs to the top turnbuckle where she perches there on the top and readies for Ayla to get back to her feet, when she does Titan leaps off and hits a flying European uppercut! Ayla looks rough as she tries to get some air laying on the mat. Titan backs off and smiles, she waits for Ayla to push up, setting her up for her WATER FUNERAL. When Ayla is half way back to her feet, she charges and goes for the move, but Ayla turns and rolls out of the way. That's ok, Titan keeps running and hits the brakes, she turns and see's Ayla trying to get up again and charges for another WATER FUNERAL but this time Ayla rolls out of the ring to avoid the attack and is on the apron. Ayla jumps to her feet, she springs up onto the rop rope and into the ring and catches Kris Titan with the OMEGA TORNADO! Ayla goes for the cover 1...2...3!}

SImon Daye: But St. James comes out on top!

Preston Marshall: She's made it a habit of coming out with the victory when you least expect it.

Simon Daye: OH man... Titan put up a heck of a fight, but in the end Ayla just proved why she's so well respected in this women's division.

-[COMMERCIAL BREAK]-

Simon Daye: Here we go fans... we saw Andrew Jacobsen continue on in the Road to the Gold Tournament earlier in the night and now, we'll see who keeps moving up between Alex Jones and Evan Andrews.

Preston Marshall: Oh man Alex, this should be a good one. These two are very talented wrestlers who've been around that ring a few times. They know how to win big matches.

Simon Daye: This is definitely one of the biggest matches in this tournament so far.

Preston Marshall: I can't wait, I've been eagerly anticipating this match all night.

Simon Daye: That's why it's our main event Preston, however lets not torture you any longer... the fans are on their feet and this match is coming up right now!

Preston Marshall: Finally.

MAIN EVENT
EVAN ANDREWS vs. ALEX JONES
Road to the Gold Tournament Match

{The arena lights dim to near-total darkness and twin bursts of white pyro erupt as Evan Andrews appears at the top of the stage, acknowledging the crowd's mixed, but generally positive reaction with a slight smile. As "The Dagger" begins to play over the PA system, Andrews strolls down to the squared circle, keeping his eyes focused on the ring as he walks down the entrance ramp. Andrews then slides under the bottom rope into the ring, and stares out at the crowd for a moment, before drawing his thumb across his throat as he makes his way to the corner and awaits the beginning of the match. }

{{The start of Time to burn by Taking Dawn comes over the PA, the lights dim down as strobe lights follow the first few seconds before the guitar riff explodes.}

[Song Lyrics]

{"The American Nightmare" Alex Jones emerges in a short sleeveless orange vest with a hood covering his facial features and black tracksuit pants, he makes his way down to the ring and leaps up onto the ring apron he climbs between the ropes and flips his hood back before removing the vest and pants}

Simon Daye: There it is Preston, the bell is ringing and Alex and Evan are slowly pacing around that ring.

Preston Marshall: They're both waiting for the other to make that first step into the action, oh this is going to be good.

{Finally Andrews makes the first move and rushes ar Alex who drops down and hits a drop toe hold. Andrews hits the mat and Alex spins over and back to his feet. He waits as Andrews gets to his feet, and Alex hits a perfect dropkick right to his face that sends Andrews back down to the mat. Alex grabs him by the head and brings Evan right back to his feet, he Irish whips him into the ropes and goes for a spine buster but Andrews jumps into the air, grabs Alex's head and spins out into a DDT that spikes Alex's head right into the canvas. Andrews quickly jumps straight up to his feet. He stands on one side of Alex, backflips and hits a standing moonsault right to AJ's chest. Andrews stays on top for the cover 1....2... but Alex shoves his arm into the air. Andrews pulls Jones to his feet where he begins throwing alternating punches and alternating knees/kicks to the side that drives Alex back first into the corner. When Alex is leaned up against the ropes, Andrews jumps and puts a spinning back kick right to Alex's jaw and Jones falls limply on the ropes.}

Simon Daye: Oh man Andrews is almost lethal with those kicks of his.

Preston Marshall: He's a quick and just fast fighter, he can totally throw you off your game with one of those well placed strikes of his.

Simon Daye: Alex needs to be more aware of those attacks if he has any hope of winning this match.

{Andrews grabs Jones's head in a three quarters facelock, takes a step forward and snapmares Jones hard to the mat. He gets up swiftly, jumps and puts a dropkick right into the back of Jones's head. Alex holds his skull in pain as he crumbles to the mat and Andrews isn't down yet. He steps through the ropes and climbs onto the apron where he ascends to the top turnbuckle. He holds his arms out and leaps off for the double foot stomp but Alex rolls out of the way and Andrews rolls forward after the impact of the miss. Jones gets back to his feet as does Andrews, when they are both back up Andrews runs at Jones, but Alex catches him with the overhead belly to belly suplex! Alex runs and jumps onto the middle rope and comes off with a springboard moonsault, landing right on Andrews' chest. He goes for the cover 1....2... but Evan shoves his arm up and breaks the count. Alex isn't going to be stopped by the breakout, he pulls Andrews back up, takes him by the head and hits a suplex, holds on for another suplex, then lifts one more time and hits a brainbuster! Alex quickly flips over and covers 1...2....3... no! Andrews gets the shoulder up!}

Preston Marshall: Alex almost had it there!

Simon Daye: Oh it was close, a split second away.

Preston Marshall: He's rebounded nicely and now he has Andrews against the ropes... metaphorically of course.

{After picking himself up off the mat Alex reaches down and brings Andrews back up from behind, he takes Evan and looks for his FADE AWAY submission but Andrews throws his head back and catches Alex in the nose and drives him back. Andrews spins, comes back around and hits the tornado kick right to Alex's face and sends him flying off his feet and onto his back. Andrews climbs up to the middle rope and stands there, he looks back at Alex who is holding his face, getting back to his feet, with his back turned. When he's standing Andrews flips off and hits the BEGINNING OF THE END! Alex's head bounces off the mat as the fans erupt into cheers and Andrews quickly scrambles over for the cover 1...2...3.NO! Alex just gets the shoulder up in time. Andrews waists no time and brings Alex back to his feet one more time, he holds Alex's head under his arm then hits THE EXECUTIONER'S SONG! He goes for the cover again 1....2... but Alex again throws the arm up! The fans at ringside can't believe it as they let out a large “aaaahhhh”.}

Simon Daye: How is Alex taking so much punsihment!? This match should be over.

Preston Marshall: Just look at what's at stake here. Neither of these men are going to go down that easily.

Simon Daye: But come on.. there is no way Alex should be conscience right now.

{Andrews can barely believe it himself as he gets to his feet. He stands over Jones, takes his arms and spins over intot he ST. ANDREWS CROSS! He's got Alex in the middle of the ring with the submission! Jones fights to break away but can't get his arms free, so with all the strength he can muster lifts Andrews off the mat slightly and slams him back down back first, breaking free. Jones staggers backwards into the ropes breathing heavily. Andrews gets back up and Jones comes off the ropes and connects with a SPEAR! Jones gets back up and grabs Andrews back to his feet, he takes Andrews by both arms in a full nelson then throws him over with a Dragon suplex! AJ bridges for the pin 1...2... but Evan just breaks away from it! Both men turn over and get back to their feet with Jones being the quicker. Andrews dazed tries to attack but AJ easily catches him and hits an Exploder suplex! Jones heads for the ropes and climbs up. He stands on the top turnbuckle and measures he leap, he jumps off with the SPIRAL TAP but hits the canvas as Andrews rolls out of the way! Jones comes up onto his knees holding his lower back in pain as Andrews lays face first into the mat trying to catch his breath.}

Preston Marshall: AJ goes for the high risk move and misses!

Simon Daye: He thought he had Andrews put away but Evan just keeps coming back.

Preston Marshall: It was a great heads up move by Andrews but, he's still on the mat and needs to get up and capitalize on the miss.

Simon Daye: He certainly does and I think he can, but he has to beat Jones back up if he wants a chance.

{Jones is the first one to his feet, he angrily looks over at Andrews trying to push himself back to his feet. AJ climbs the ropes again, but this time stands on the middle rope staring at Andrews. When Andrews makes his way to his feet, AJ leaps off with the ANGEL'S DEATH but Andrews shoves his foot up instead and catches AJ in the jaw with a big boot that causes AJ to hit the mat hard. He holds his head in pain but quickly tries to get back up to recover, when he gets up Andrews kicks him in the gut, sits up and hits the REQUIEM AETERNAM! Andrews covers 1....2...3!}
