MATCH TWO
TARA FENIX vs. SARAH RICHARDSON
Starlets to the Gold Match 2

{Glamorous by Fergie begins to play loudly all over the Pa system and Sarah emerges from the backstage. She smiles at the crowd, and the crowd greets her with a loud ovation of boos. She ignores the fans as she turns her nose up to them as she slowly begins to strut her way to the ring and as she does, sparkles begin to go off from the ceiling. When she reaches the ring, she just looks around for a couple of moments before slowly walks up the stairs and entering the ring. She stands in the middle of the ring, and awaits for her opponent to come out.}

Preston Marshall: She is SOOO Glamorous

Jaymie Boone: You better put a coin in the douche jar.

{The lights quickly go out throughout the entire arena, the titantron going completely black for just a few seconds... before the vocals come in, we see the famous logo of Tara Fenix appear on the titantron in a blue flame. The crowd erupts into a cheer as Tara emerges from behind the curtains. Many of the fans are showing their respect to the veteran by bowing down, especially those in the front row, and as she comes down to the aisle entrance she turns to the crowd and returns the gesture, and shaking hands with the ones right at the corner before going up the steps. She goes a little down the apron before turning to face the crowd, and hooking both of her arms around the top rope, a confident smile on her face as she looks back and forth at the fans. Her right arm releases the rope first so that she may turn towards the ring and she drops her arms to her side, allowing her jacket to fall just to the outside of the ring, before finally getting into the ring and running to the opposite side of the ring... she balances herself on the middle rope, and uses her left arm to hold the rope to keep herself balanced, and her right arm goes up, doing the devil horns. She comes down from the rope, still with that smile on her face, as she waits for the match to begin.}

Preston Marshall: That was such a flashy intro!

Jaymie Boone: Another coin please.

{Sarah and Tara stand across from one another looking ready for this huge match. The two circle each other and tie up, Tara ducks under with a hammerlock and immediately hits a forearm to the back of Sarah, she holds the arm and nails another forearm and another before releasing the arm. Jaymie Boone: She doesn’t seem to be in wonderful spirits.

{Tara stand behind Sarah as she tries to make it to her feet, as she pushes up Tara runs at her nailing a knee strike to the side of the head, this sends Tara back to the ground. Tara gets behind her again. She waits until Sarah is to her knees and then she grabs a hold of her head in a sleeper hold. She then jumps backward driving her head to the mat with a sleeper hold slam. Tara covers Sarah and gets a two count}

Preston Marshall: Tara just stalking and striking Sarah

Jaymie Boone: Yeah, Sarah really hasn’t been able to get anything going so far.

{Sarah is trying to get back to her feet but Tara lays a hard stomp on her leg, then she pulls her arm out lifting her foot and stomping on her fingers. Sarah pulls them back and Tara turns her over grabbing the arm. She straightens it into an armbar but Sarah has the wherewithal to roll to her side. Tara, countering wraps her legs around the head of Sarah in a triangle choke with an armbar. Tara is trying to straighten that arm, Sarah gets to her feet in the squat position and lifts her in powerbomb position. She runs to the ropes and drops Tara over the rope, Tara’s grip breaks and she falls to the floor, Sarah drops inside the ring as we hear a thud from the body of Tara.}

Preston Marshall: Holy crap, how did she find the power to do that?

Jaymie Boone: It was reverse the hold or lose her chance at the title.

{Sarah starts to get to her feet and Tara is climbing back onto the ring. They meet at the ropes and Tara throws a right hand at the face of Sarah. Sarah reels back and Tara goes for another but Sarah dodges it, grabs her head and runs to the cornerpost, crushing her head against the steel. Tara starts to drop back and Sarah grabs her, She lifts her into the air with a suplex turning and flapjacking her stomach first in the ring. The crowd pops}

Preston Marshall: Sarah showing some great technical moves here!

Jaymie Boone: This match is exceeding the hype!

Jaymie Boone: These matches have been amazing, the Road to the Gold brings out the best in all the combatants!

{Sarah rolls off Tara and slaps the mat in frustration, she then lifts her back up, kneeing her in the stomach. After this she grabs her head and nails a neckbreaker.}

Preston Marshall: Sara is relentless

Jaymie Boone: But Tara is showing her resolve.

{Sara lifts her again and whips Tara into the ropes, she leap frogs and Tara continues she turns putting her arm out for an arm drag but Tara reaches up under her arm and locks her in a double underhook, she jumps spinning her body and nails a spinning double underhook tornado DDT.}

MATCH THREE
JOE EVERYMAN Vs FREAKKE
Road to the Gold V Match One

{The music begins to roll in and the lights flicker. Freakke comes in just as the guitar breaks out of the opening sustain and into riff. He walks out onto the ramp and nods his head to the music. He then explodes down the ramp with the music, twirling around, moving from side to side, getting up close with the cretins. Ozzy has begun to sing as he begins to circle the ring, raising his arms up and down to get the crowd pumped up. He rolls into the ring after the first chorus and climbs the ropes to the right of the ramp, then to the left, then opposite of the ramp, , raising his arms and screaming to the crowd. He bounces off the ropes and removes his coat, looking to his opponent.}

Jaymie Boone: We're about ready to kick off the road, to the Road to Gold!

{Walk by Foo Fighters starts blasting over the PA system. Pyros are going off on the stage all over the place. Joe Everyman then comes out onto the stage. Joe walks down the ramp while holding their arms up towards the crowd, who has a mixed but mostly face reaction. Joe then comes to the end of the ramp and does a standing jump onto the apron. Joe then climbs into the ring through the ropes and looks around in the crowd and hold up his arm. Then loud blue pyros shoot from the ring posts. Joe then stands and waits.}

Preston Marshall: These two guys have an amazing chance here to become a world heavyweight champion by winning this tournament and taking on Steve Awesome.

Jaymie Boone: It's not something that should be wasted, as we've seen this week there are several people who are jealous about not being in this tournament.

{The bell rings and the two of them charge at each other. Obviously eager for this chance to earn a world title shot. Joe gains the upper hand early on with a hammerlock. He spins behind Freakke and wrenches, but Freakke slaps his shoulder and rolls to the mat, taking Joe down with a modified arm drag forcing Joe to let go of the arm.}

Preston Marshall: Nice move there by Freakke.

{Freakke presses the advantage and grabs Joe, whipping him off of the ropes and nailing him with a textbook clothesline sending Everyman to the floor, who bounces back up to take another clothesline. The same repeats, Joe goes down and is up for another clothesline and then the next time he gets up Freakke fakes a clothesline but kicks Joe in the gut before dropping him with a scoop slam.}

Jaymie Boone: Freakke is switching it up and keeping Joe guessing. Way to step up!

{Freakke rolls into a quick cover but Joe kicks out before the referee can even hit the deck. The two both get back to their feet and Joe sends a wild punch at Freakke, annoyed at the early pin attempt. Freakke backs up under the assault and Joe presses his advantage. He whips Freakke off the ropes and nails him with the kitchen sink on the return. Joe smirks and quickly drops a sharp elbow on The Clown.}

Preston Marshall: Ouch, that looked like it hurt.

{Joe then tries a cover of his own, but again Freakke kicks out before the ref can react. Joe drags Freakke to his feet and again goes to whip him off the ropes, Freakke flips onto his hands and bounces off the ropes with a huge diving elbow to the jaw of Joe that nobody in the whole arena was expecting.}

Jaymie Boone: Where did that come from?

Preston Marshall: Freakke really is pulling out all of the stops to advance in the Road to the Gold tournament.

{Freakke drops to a knee and glares at Joe Everyman, obviously the early pin attempts riling each other up. He drags Joe to his feet and hits a snap suplex, followed by rolling into a horizontal sleeper hold. Joe flips right away trying to get to the ropes reaching with both hands but he's right in the middle of the ring. Freakke beings to laugh, knowing that Joe can't escape. The referee drops to a knee asking Joe if he submits, but Joe screams NO! At the ref.}

Jaymie Boone: Joe does not want to quit.

Preston Marshall: Remember that whole “don't question my heart” thing?

{Joe wriggles to try and get free, but Freakke is too steps ahead of him. In a feat of athletic ability that would make most MMA fighters jealous he switches around and switches the sleeper into a dragon sleeper, and the legs....straightjacket! Freakke has Joe Everyman locked in the Straight Jacket!}

Jaymie Boone: I know I keep saying this, but Freakke is on fire!

Preston Marshall: The Carnival King really has pulled out all the stops here, proving how much this means to him.

{Joe struggles he reaches for the ropes but nothing. His fingers are mere inches away but he just can't reach. The crowd are going nuts, this is for the Road to the Gold tournament and both men know they need to give their all to win. Freakke wrenches once again but Joe is going nowhere soon, he reaches once more....AND GETS THE ROPES!}

Preston Marshall: And Joe just about manages to escape losing via submission to Freakke here....that must have done some damage.

{Freakke is forced to break the hold and rolls away from Joe who slowly gets back to his feet using the ropes. Joe launches out of the corner like a house on fire, he thinks he's caught The Carnival King off guard as he goes for the EKO! The Everyman Knockout! But Freakke ducks under, he totally scouted the move and avoided it. Joe looks lost and confused as Freakke spins him around.....SMILE DRIVER!!!!}

Jaymie Boone: SMILE DRIVER!!

Preston Marshall: That's all she wrote!

{Freakke drops to his knees and covers......ONE!.......TWO!......THREE!!! The bell rings and Freakke jumps to his feet to have his hand raised in victory.}

Preston Marshall: And Freakke is the first male roster member to advance in the Road to the Gold tournament. This is set to seriously bring out the best nCw has to offer!

Jaymie Boone: Congratulations to Freakke!

-[COMMERCIAL BREAK]-

Preston Marshall: Here we are fans, the final match of the night, were we'll see who advances along with Tara Fenix and Kelly Knite into the next round of the Road to the Gold!

Jaymie Boone: Whoever wins here is going to make this next round intense.

Preston Marshall: You can say that again. This match very well could have been the finals if the names had been drawn differently.

As she goes up the steps and walks along the ring apron, she straddles the top rope, facing the crowd before she walks the rest of the apron and climbs to the turnbuckle, then turns her head back as the camera shows her determined expression-perhaps a message that her opponent will be in for a tough fight.}

She finally makes it to the ring and places one foot on the apron and stretches the other one on the apron as well. She does a split to enter the ring and she finally makes it to her feet. Preston Marshall: Already these two are showing why they are two of the best starlets on the roster.

Jaymie Boone: Yeah, but Crystal better hope she doens't make another mistake like that again.

Preston Marshall: That's one of Vargas's MO's, she'll make you pay for the slightest mistake.

{Vargas grabs Crystal and forces her back up once more, she takes Crystal and throws her back first into the turnbuckles. Preston Marshall: Looks like Crystal thought that could have been it.

Jaymie Boone: It was close, but just not close enough really.

Preston Marshall: As long as she keeps the attack up... she can't give Mercedes an opening.

{Crystal grabs Vargas up and looks a bit flustered that Vargas wasn't put away with that, she takes Mercy and whips her into the corner. Preston Marshall: She looks really flustered now, in her eyes this match was over.

{Crystal screams at the referee that it as three but he replies back that it was only two, and she doesn't notice as Vargas comes up and rolls her up from behind. 1...2... but Crystla quickly breaks out. The two ladies come back to their feet and charge at each other with Vargas cracking Crystal with two quick punches that rock Crystal backwards. Crystal comes back with a wild swing but Vargas blocks it, grabs it, spins under and kicks Crystal in the face with the 2 TO TANGO! Mercedes grabs Crystla and pulls her to the center of the ring, she takes Crystal's legs and looks to put her into her RED PERIL II but as she bends over to grab Crystal's legs, Hilton takes her by the head and rolls her up into the small package, 1...2...3!? {With that Trauma goes off the air.}
