NOTES: Road to the Gold brought several changes to NCW, new champions, new challengers and thanks to the actions of a mysterius individual a new acting President of NCW in Sheriff Gib. On the heels of all these monumental changes in the company, four short weeks later NCW brings to you live from Chicago Breaking Away where the action promises to be just as exciting as last month's. Angel and Lex Sense look to possibly finally settle their long building rivalry, Xander defends his brand new World Title against Curtis D. Kanyon and to make things espcially interesting before they wrestle in their grudge match, we'll see Steve Awesome marrying the former wife of Todd Williams right on the show. This will be an NCW pay per view to remember for sure.

Jaymie Boone: Welcome to the nCw pre-show. We have an action packed night for you tonight featuring the most exciting thing in the history of the world!

Preston Marshall: What? The world title match pitting Curtis Kanyon against Xander Famularo? Or the honor match where Joe Everyman has a chance to take the strap against a game Ander Carvetti?

Jaymie: No! A marriage between that hunky dream boat Steve Awesome and that whimsical hooker Crystal Hilton. I might just have to get to the ring to stop that so I can have that hunk of man all for myself.

Marshall: Well, whether you are a fan of love or of hate this night should be full because following that wedding we have the grudge match, a match that I personally am looking forward to when Todd Williams will take on the man who might be Mr. Crystal Hilton by the end of the night.

Boone: Not if I have anything to say about it!

Marshall: Well, let’s get to the action, we have highlights of the former women’s champion attempting to get back to her winning ways as she took on Freya Kane.

{Shelly Taylor- Jones came out relentless against the other half of Dexter Davis, instead of tying up she blasted Kane back into the corner and repeatedly went after her with everything she had backing her into a corner and tearing her apart with knees to the abdomen, she hits about three knife edge chops before backing out of the corner and nailing a discus punch that sent Kane to the outside clutching her head in pain}

Boone: But, Kane wasn’t going down without a fight!

{We see Jones running towards Kane when out of nowhere, Kane connects with a superkick that staggered her before she spun and hit a HUGE spinning backfist, dropping Jones to the canvas. She then ascended to the second rope where she came off with a driving elbow to the chest. She covered and got a two count.}

Marshall: But the end of the match came when...

{Shelly sends Freya into the ropes and ducks her head for a back body drop, Freya puts on the brakes and double underhooks her arms, she lifts her up and swings her around with the side suplex hitting Freya’s Wings, She quickly covers and gets the three as Jones kicks out, just after the ref’s hand hits the mat for the third time.}

Boone: What a match, and what an exciting ending it was, the live crowd was on their feet throughout the entire match.

Boone: Then there was the match between Zack Anderson and Hexx.

Marshall: I don’t remember this one, I think I was getting some popcorn.

{Anderson looks at Hexx, laughing as the two tie up. Hexx powers Anderson back, pushing him and slamming him onto the mat. Anderson stands up quickly, acting like he isn’t hurt before tying up again, Hexx uses his extreme power to push him back into the corner where he nails a knee then drives his foot into the throat of Anderson. Hexx has the upper hand}

Marshall: Hexx had the upper hand.

Boone: He is an nCw original.

Marshall: Because no one else would have him

{We see Anderson ducking under an attempted tie up before nailing him across the back with forearms and then a boot to the side of the head. Anderson lifts Hexx up and bodyslams him, then hits an elbow drop. He grabs the head of Hexx and applies a rear chinlock}

Marshall: Then the amazing happened.

{Anderson is going for a splash off the top rope and Hexx rolled out of the way, Anderson stood up and Hexx nailed a powerbomb that lead to a pin. Hexx won.

Boone: Yeah, Hexx won.

Marshall: Title run?

Boone: Surprising match of the night was next as a reemerging Nate Webb took on a person that many thought had finally gotten over his demons and was going to emerge as a main eventer.

Marshall: Daye out of sorts tonight and Webb looked like he was ready to live up to the hype he has when he first broke onto the scene.

{Daye runs to the ring, getting on the second rope as the ref dings the bell. He holds his hands out to the crowd, and Nate Webb walks over, grabbing him from between the legs and school boying him off the second rope, he has a ton of leverage and gets the quick three count. Daye looks to the ref and can’t believe it as Webb pumps his fist in the air}

Boone: It was unfortunate that Daye made that one mistake so early in the match.

Marshall: Like, really early.

Boone: Because that was all she wrote. The time of the pin was 15 seconds.

Marshall: This match really didn’t prove anything, except the fact that you always need to be prepared in the ring. Daye will have many, many great matches here in the nCw, and perhaps he will learn something from this event.

Boone: This brought us to the showcase match between Grenier, Jackhammer, Evans, Novak, Freakke and Disdonn.

Marshall: And this match lived up to all the hype. Let’s show you some highlights!

{All men are in the ring and they all pair up and start wrestling individual matches, WE see Grenier fly out of the ring as he gets kicked in the face by a boot from Jackhammer, we see Evans getting backed into the corner Novak and getting chopped into oblivion and we see Disdonn and Freakke going at it toe to toe.}

Boone: That is basically how the match looked all night!

{Cut to a spot where Jackhammer is holding Jason Evans in a bodyslam position, ramming him into the other opponents in the match helicopter style, he then lifts Evans in a gorilla press and throws him into Novak who catches him and tumbles over the top rope. We see a spot where all five men are brawling in the center of the ring and Freakke comes off the tope rope hitting a front flip senton on all of them, making them crash to the mat all tangled up}

Boone: Bates would of loved that spot... {We see Evans going nuts in the ring, punching each man, and pelvic thrusting at the same time, until he nails a dropkick, where he plants one foot on each of the chests of both Disdonn and Freakke before turning around and having his head clotheslines off by Jimmy Novak, who turns and jumps onto Jackhammer, wrapping his legs around his head and then hitting a hurracurana before standing and getting kicked in the stomach and a swinging neckbreaker from Bob Grenier.}

Marshall: This match was crazy from beginning to end...

{More highlights show Disdonn standing on the turnbuckle applying an iron claw to the head of Grenier before Jackhammer comes, grabbing him from behind and slamming him in the mat. Grenier then steps out of the corner nailing a spinning heel kick. We see Freakke coming off the top rope towards Evans who ducks, Freakke lands into the hands of Novak who nails a vicious backbreaker and then as Evans stands up Disdonn kicks him in the stomach and nails a double underhook piledriver.}

Boone: This match could have been won by anyone, but unfortunately for these men, there could be only one victor.

{Novak stands by the ropes and Jackhammer clotheslines him to the floor, when he turns, Disdonn runs over to him nailing a spinning wheel kick that sends him out to the ground. Disdonn goes to attack Freakke but Freakke hits a jawbreaker and then Grenier hits a double back layout dropkick on Freakke. As Grenier stands up, Jason comes from behind nailing the Sexy Relaxer, he gets the pin and is now the number 1 contender.}

Marshall: You can never count Sexy Jason out, he will be challenging for the Honor title next month.

Boone: That is it from us, up next is our big opening match. We turn this over to the Collision broadcast team!


{Breaking Away kicks off with a loud show of fireworks as the rocking crowd in Chicago is on their feet cheering wildly for some NCW pay per view action. The camera pans the crowd as “Broken Mirrors” by Rise Against begins to die down and catches their witty signs and excited/screaming faces. Finally the camera settles in on Kelly, Eric, and Willy who are all standing by ready to call the night's action.}

Kelly Knite: Welcome NCW fans to... BREAKING AWAY! A fantastic show is about to begin and we're glad you could be here with us!

Eric Hardy: So man exciting matches to get to, I can't wait to get this show started.

Willy Carter: There are going to be a lot of great matches here, every title is on the line, and every match promises to be even more exciting than the last.

Kelly Knite: Just looking up and down this card, I can't believe how much action we're going to pack into this show, everybody is going to get their money's worth tonight, I can promise you that.

Eric Hardy: Indeed they will, and to get them worked up and ready, our opening match is a three way contest between three very good NCW Stars.

Willy Carter: Seth Evans, Doc, and Mike Laszlo... that's what I call an exciting match.

Eric Hardy: you're not the only one Willy.

Kelly Knite: All three men could be future NCW World Champions, they all definitely have the talent, but only one of them can walk out of her with a victory and I honestly couldn’t tell you which one it might be...

Eric Hardy: only one way to find out.



THREE WAY MATCH
One Fall
Doc vs. Seth Evans vs. Mke Laszlo
All three of these men have been putting in some quality work in NCW lately and now with a win here, they will most likely cement their names in future title considerations. It should be a great match to get the fans worked up and ready for a great NCW pay per view.

{"Greed" by Godsmack hits the sound system as Mike Laszlo walks out onto the stage to a mixed reaction. Surveying the crowd a smirk comes over his face as he heads for the ring with a slow confident walk, ignoring the fans along the isle who want to slap his hand.}

Amber Ashe: Making his way to the ring, from Cleveland, Ohio, weighing 247 pounds, MIIIIKE LASZLOOOOO!

{Mike slides into the ring under the bottom rope before posing for the crowd who give him a mixed reaction. Backing into the corner he clasps his hands and loosens his wrists waiting for the start of the match.}

{As the fans wait in anticipation, "House of Pain" hits over the PA and the crowd rise to their feet, awaiting the arrival of Doc. The lights then turn to darkness, and soon two bright blue strobe lighting bolts shine on the top of the ramp. They cross over in a huge "X" shape, like the St. Andrews flag of Scotland, and as Doc walks out and stands under the "X", the lights turn back on and the crowd pop for their gutsy favourite. Doc walks down to the ring sporting a protective helmet and slides in, stretching himself off and getting focused mentally on the match ahead. }

{As the music begins to play over the audio system, the lights begin to flicker in and out... there's a mixed reaction coming from the crowd. A single spotlight shines onto the stage as the lights are starting to go back to normal, while a loud roar from the crowd goes over when Seth Evans emerges from behind the curtains along with Kiela, and Seth has a smile on his face as he looks out at the crowd. Standing on the stage during the chorus of the song, Seth begins to sing along to the song.}

You can be me, and I will be you, You can live just like a star! I'll take my sanity, You take the fame! I'm under and over it all!

{Following the chorus, Seth keeps that smile on his face and holds his hand out for Kiela which she accepts. Pulling very lightly, he brings her forward so that she's a couple steps ahead of him and he brings his other hand to slap her on the ass, which gets her to release his hand and walk ahead of him, turning to face him as she shakes her finger at him. Seth shrugs his shoulders and starts walking down the ramp with Kiela turning her back to him, smiling, as she walks briskly ahead of him. When she gets to the end of the ramp, she moves to the side and tries to rile the fans up for Seth, while Seth bursts into a sprint and slides under the bottom rope, stopping the slide near the middle of the ring before jumping to his feet and raising his arm in the air. She walks all the way around the ring until she gets to the steel steps further away and uses those to get up to the apron and Seth walks over to her... she pulls him close and kisses him on the cheek once, then on the lips before she drops down from the apron. Seth sits on the top turnbuckle while he waits for the bell to sound.}

Willy Carter: Here we go, looks like all three of them are ready for this.

Kelly Knite: They better be, because each man has two opponents in this ring who are just as gifted and capable of winning as they are, it's not going to be easy by any stretch of the imagination.

Eric Hardy: No denying that, might as well flip the coin to pick the winner here, but here we go, the bell has rung and this match is officially under way!

{The match is underway with all three men feeling each other out by circling the center of the ring, finally one of them has to strike and it's Doc by going straight for Seth Evans. The two lock up but as they do, Mike Laszlo comes rushing at both of them and collides with their bodies and send them both falling to the mat. Doc quickly turns over as the first man to his feet and charges at Laszlo who clobbers him with a hard clothesline stopping him in his tracks. Laszlo turns as Seth Evans is getting up and nails him with a hard gut kick that hits with such force Seth Evans is driven up off the mat for a brief second. Laszlo takes Evans by the head and arm and Irish whips him across the ring. Evans rebounds nad comes back right into the the overhead release belly to belly suplex form Laszlo! Laszlo quickly gets back up, as he views Evan's liefless boddy he is hit from behind with an axe handle blow from Doc and Laszlo comes staggering forward, but quickly tries to recover by swinging wildly behind him with a backhand but Doc ducks it and instead catches Laszlo with an European uppercut! Laszlo staggers back a step or two as Doc runs tot he ropes and bounces off, he comes back with a flying cross body block but Laszlo catches him in midair! Laszlo lifts and throws Doc up and then drives him forward into his knee with a hard backbreaker!}

Kelly Knite: Mike Laszlo really showing off the size and strength advantage he has over these two right now.

Eric Hardy: he's been in conrtol of this match so far, but that tends not to be a good thing for long... you end up getting the attention of both men fast.

Willy Carter: True, but he has a chance right now to really put this match away if he can just keep them down and focus on the one that is threatening him the most at the moment.

Kelly Knite: The question is with that, how long can he keep it up?

{Laszlo shoves Doc off his knee and Doc arches his back in pain on the mat as Seth Evans rolls out of the ring and is on the apron. Laszlo turns around and Evans springboards into the ring, Laszlo catches him... no he doesn't Evans spins out and sends Laszlo flipping to his back with the arm drag! Laszlo quickly turns over and gets back to his feet but Evans is ready for him with a kick to the stomach followed by a snap DDT that drives Laszlo hard into the mat. Evans springs to his feet and jumps to the top rope where he splits and comes off with the split legged moonsault! Evans stays for the cover 1...2.. but Laszlo throws the shoulder up. Evans grabs Laszlo by the head and looks to pull him back to his feet, but he doesn't get far when Doc kicks him in the back of the knee sending Evans to one knee. Doc grabs Evans and Laszlo's heads in this position and slams them together with a meeting of the minds! Evans and Laszlo both flop backwards holding their foreheads in pain. Doc sprints to the ropes and leaps up, he comes off and lands on Laszlo now with the LIONSAULT! Doc stays for the cover 1...2...but Seth Evans dives on the pile and just breaks it up!}

Eric Hardy: And like we predicted, seems Evans and Doc are both gunning for Laszlo when given the chance.

Willy Carter: If not for Evans dive, it would have been over and Doc would be the winner of this match.

Kelly Knite: Her certainly would be, Evans is lucky he got there in time.

{Doc shoves Evans away but Evans jumps to his feet so Doc has to as well and the two are standing up face to face with one another. Doc throws a hard punch but Evans has it scouted and blocks, he follows with a hard kick to the stomach and then takes Doc up and over with the fisherman suplex! Evans looks like he's going for the arch but Doc quickly punches him in the stomach and breaks the move and the two roll away from one another. Doc is slower to get up, giving Evans time to rush him and take him by the arm where Seth Evans sends Doc into the ropes, Doc comes back and SPINEBUSTER! Evans runs over and stands in the corner as he waits for Doc to get back to his feet, Doc is slowly getting back up, Evans slides and goes for the superkick to try and anticipate it for when Doc turns around but in midstep he gets leveled by Mike Laszlo and a devastating clothesline! Doc staggers around holding his back and falls right into Laszlo's arms. Laszlo takes Doc up into the suplex position and then NO MERCY! Laszlo flips Doc over and covers 1...2....3.. NO! Referee says Doc got the arm up!}

Kelly Knite: How did Doc kick out of that!

Eric Hardy: He's got the heart of a lion Kel.

Willy Carter: That made absolutely no sense.

Eric Hardy: It's what he basis his entire life on now Carter, the Heart of a Lion, no quit, no surrender, always fighting.

Kelly Knite: Yeah but he might not be fighting for long after that hit.

{Laszlo goes to grab Doc and pull him back to his feet, but again loses track of Seth Evans, Evans backs into the corner again and screams out which catches Laszlo's attention, Mike turns around and SUPER KICK! Laszlo falls back, trips over Doc and lands right beside him and Seth Evans sees a great opportunity, he leaps up onto the top rope and signals to the fans who erupt across the arena as he comes flying off with the SHOOTING STAR PRESS! Evans hits Laszlo with the move but Doc has rolled towards the corner and narrowly dodges the attack. Evans quickly gets up and back to his feet but Doc is waiting for him, he takes Evans by the head and slings him up and over the top rope and sends him tumbling to the floor. Doc quickly covers Laszlo 1...2....3!}

Kelly Knite: Doc steals one!

Eric Hardy: Evans had the great opportunity there, but Doc somehow avoids the SSP, and then takes the kill!

Willy Carter: Wow... talk about crafty.

Kelly Knite: What a great match to open the show with.

Eric Hardy: Three men who gave it their all there and the fans are on the edges of their seat.

Willy Carter: Now we get to see the first of several title matches.

Kelly Knite: Should be a good one too, PoP took BWA to the limit last month at Road to the Gold and now they have a second chance to take the belts away from the champions.

Eric Hardy: Nobody has been able to slow BWA down since they returned to NCW, the question is can Amy Marshall and Stephanie Sanderson just take that extra little step and dethrone the champs?

Kelly Knite:I guess we'll have to wait and see here... it could be their final chance to do so.



NCW STARLETS TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Tag Team Match
BWA* vs. P.o.P.
After an impressive showing last month where POP pushed BWA to the limits it has been decided that POP will get one more shot to win the belts against NCW's most deadly women's tag team. Can POP pull out the win this time, or will BWA continue their reign of dominance over the NCW Starlets?

{Our House By Burn Halo hits over the p.a as Amy and Stephanie appear at the top of the ramp as they briefly pose before heading down to the ring before climbing into the ring where they pose at each turnbuckle. Then they wait for their opponents.}

{Iron Army by In this Moment plays to a eruption of pyro as Ayla St. James and Rayne take to the stage. The two of them walk down the ramp, slapping the hands of the fans on their way before going to either side of the ring, rolling in under the bottom rope and jumping to their feet. They run to opposing corners at the same time, climb up on the second rope and throw their fists up as the chorus kicks in. They jump down and take to their corner as the dong fades out.}

Kelly Knite: Both teams look determined and ready to get this action underway...

Willy Carter: They certainly do, but then again when does BWA not look ready for a fight?

Eric Hardy: Good point Carter... it looks like Ayla and Amy Marshall are going to kick this off, and there is the bell!

{The match is underway as Marshall immediately charges at Ayla and manages to catch her off guard with several hard punches to the face that send St. James stumbling backwards into the ropes. Roxxxie doesn't let up the attack as she grabs Ayla whips her across the ring and waits for her to rebound, when she arrives Marshall catches her and sends her flat to the mat with a had hip toss. Ayla arches up in pain as she sits up off the mat, and Marshall immediately forces her back to her feet. Ayla tries to fight Amy off Marshall quickly blocks the attempt and puts a hard toe kick right into St. James's gut. Marshall grabs Ayla and sends her back down to her back with a hard gutwrench suplex. Amy Marshall quickly rolls back to her feet excited about her flurry of offense and demands Ayla to get back to hers by throwing her arms up. Ayla slowly rolls over and attempts to get back to her feet where Amy is waiting, Marshall comes swooping in and looks for the MARSHALL LAW early but Ayla manages to narrowly avoid it and instead sends Marshall onto her back. Ayla jumps forward and looks to plant an elbow drop into the prone Marshall but Amy rolls out of the way and Ayla instead hits the mat. Marshall is back up and waits as Ayla is trying to get to her feet, when St. James is there... SUPERKICK!}

Kelly Knite: Holy hell where has this Amy Marshall been?

Eric Hardy: Waiting for this moment I suppose, she's taking it to Ayla right now and there is little St. James can do about it.

Willy Carter: Ayla needs to get to Rayne fast, otherwise this could be a very short match.

{Marshall flips Ayla over and looks for the cover1..2.. but here comes Rayne to break up the fall and Marshall rolls out of the way and lets Rayne lay a sledgehammer on Ayla instead! Rayne looks shocked as she sits there on her knees. Stephanie Sanderson comes rushing in and puts a running kick to the side of Rayne's head! Rayne holds her head in pain and rolls out of the ring and Sanderson chases after her to prevent her from coming back into the ring. Marshall grabs Ayla back to her feet and takes her arms from behind and lifts her up into the WHEELBARROW FACEBUSTER but just as she lifts Ayla shifts her weight and instead rolls Marshall up into a pin! 1....2...3... NO! Marshall is just able to escape the suprise roll up!}

Kelly Knite: PoP Dodged a bullet there!

Eric Hardy: Great teamwork from those two after Marshall had the heads up move to dodge Rayne's attack but Ayla just almost turned the tides just like that.

Willy Carter: She's very slippery like that, can never think that you're about to put her away.

{Ayla quickly jumps back to her feet but instead of going after Marshall sprints to the ropes, she jumps on the top rope and springs outside the ring and hits a cross body dive onto the back o Stephanie Sanderson, getting her away from Rayne! Ayla grabs Stephanie and throws her back first into the steel ring steps as Rayne comes back and lays a hard boot into her as she lays there in pain. Marshall charges and slides out of the ring and clocks Ayla hard in the back with a running axe handle to the spine and then turns around and quickly hits a discus punch to the face of Rayne driving her back. Marshall turns and hits a kick to St. James and then turns around once more and begins laying punch after punch into Rayne.}

Eric Hardy: This match is turning into a brawl right now...

Kelly Knite: Is there even a point of having tags? They are just going after each other no matter what it seems.

Willy Carter: That's what happens when everybody desperately wants that one belt.

{Marshall manages to drive Rayne back a few steps but Rayne manages to block a shot pulls Marshall forward and nails a short arm clothesline that almost takes Amy's head off. Rayne grabs Marshall up, scoops her and drives her back first into the steel ring post and then shoves her into the ring. Rayne pulls Ayla back to her feet and helps Ayla back into the ring before heading to the corner. Ayla grabs Marshall up and lifts her onto the top rope where she then immediately tags Rayne into the match. Rayne gets on all fours in front of Marshall as Ayla goes tot he opposite side of the ring. Ayla charges, leaps off Rayne and onto Marshall, she throws Marshall off with the Hurricanran where Rayne is back up and catches her and hits the sitdown powerbomb! HEAVY RAYNE! Rayne holds on for the pin as Ayla rolls out of the ring. 1...2... but no! Stephanie reaches into the ring and pulls the referee out! The referee begins arguing with Sanderson on the outside as Rayne gets up and begins screaming at her as well, leaning over the top rope. Ayla comes around and clocks Sanderson from behind with a running clothesline and Rayne turns her attention back into the ring... MARSHALL LAW out of nowhere on Rayne as she turns around! Both women are down on the mat!}

Eric Hardy: Amy Marshall comes out of nowhere there and now both women are down!

Kelly Knite: Goes to show you, don't ever take your eyes off your opponent.

Willy Carter: I think Rayne realizes that a bit too late here.

Kelly Knite: Now the question is can Marshall make the cover? She took a hard hit from that Heavy Rayne.

Eric Hardy: If she can the match is over, Rayne is out cold.

{Marshall manages to roll over where she flips Rayne onto her back and lays her arm over Rayen's chest for the pin. The referee counts 1...2.. but Ayla from the outside pulls Marshall by the leg and off of Rayne! Ayla holds up her arms like she's innocent as Marshall stands up and glares at her. As Ayla feigns innocence, Sanderson is back to her feet and climbs back up to the apron where she calls for the tag while holding the back of her head to Amy.}

Willy Carter: Smart move by Ayla there.

Kelly Knite: She had to do something, or the match was over... but it seems PoP is going for a little double team action of their own now as Sanderson calls for the tag.

Eric Hardy: They've been having a great performance so far, they can almost taste those tag team titles.

{Marshall makes the tag to Sanderson and the two grab Rayne and force her back to her feet. Amy lifts Rayne up and hoists her in the air for a spinebuster where Stephanie, leaps, throws her leg up and nails a spinning heel kick to Raynes jaw as Marshall drives Rayne into the mat with the spinebuster! Marshall rolls out of the ring as Sanderson grabs Rayne's legs, flips her over but then arches back into the FROM THE ASHES muta lock! Rayne screams out in pain as Sanderson wrenches back on her head and leaves her no place to go in the middle of the ring! Ayla slides into the ring and goes to break up the submission but out of nowhere here coms Amy and SPEAR! Rayne tries to rip away Sanderson's hands but can't seem to get away and has no other choice but to slap the mat!}

Willy Carter: What he!?

Kelly Knite: We have new tag team champions!

Eric Hardy: Stephanie and Marshall did it!? Look at their faces, they can't believe it either!

Kelly Knite: amazing match here... how...

Eric Hardy: There is going to be some partying tonight I think.

Dexter Davis with an impressive tag team victory over Trent Helms the past week propelled his name into the title rankings and has earned himself a shot against the mysterious Gjenrei. Dexter has a chance to win his first ever NCW Championship but he is going to need to go through the impressive masked man if he has any hopes of doing so.

{The sick intro of "Shut 'Em Down" by LL Cool J starts to play through the arena's P.A. system as out comes Dexter Davis with Freya right behind him when the vocals hit. He looks thrilled at the reception he's getting from the crowd this evening which puts a huge smile on his face. Dexter starts to walk to the ring slapping as many hands as he can while Freya follows suit. Once he gets to the ring he slides in before hopping up to his feet and jumping to the top. Dex yells out loudly with smile still on his face. He leaps off, landing on his feet before backing into the corner. Freya gives him a kiss on the cheek for good luck as he bounces back and forth pumped up.}

Eric Hardy: Dexter Davis, the young upstart who hasn't found himself losing since returning to nCw.

Kelly Knite: It's been a great streak for sure but this is when it matters the most when something is on the line.

Willy Carter: Y'all know me so I gotta root for the brothers.

{The lights dim as "The Final" by Dir En Grey starts to play. The masked man known only as "Gjenrei" steps out from behind the curtain and kneels at the upper part of the ramp as the drum beats start to kick in. He waits, his hands folded in prayer, then the music amps up and comes full force. He leaps from his knees to his feet as a short pyro burst explodes on either side of the ramp. He walks down the ramp, and ascends one of the corner turnbuckles, gazing out over the packed crowd. Then he sits himself on top of the turnbuckle, crossed legged, and meditates until the match is about to get underway.}

Kelly Knite: Gjenrei who I still find to be a mystery has a weird sense of wel I don't know how to put it.

Willy Carter: Dude can go in the ring so that should be all that matters.

Eric Hardy: Willy has a good point for once.

{The X title is held high in the air before getting passed out of the ring and the bell is rung. Dex and Gjenrei stare at one another letting the feeling of the big match soak in before the two lock up in hte middle of the ring with a knucklelock. Both are trying to test their strength against one another seeing who could possibly power the other one down but neither are gaining ground on the other. Gjenrei kicks Dex in the leg who responds with one in kind. Both men release the hold and continue to form a plan.}

Willy Carter: I think we've established neither man is more powerful then the other.

Eric Hardy: I believe so. Both are similar size so this is all about who can do the most when it matters the most.

Kelly Knite: Much like your's truely when I beat Kat Conway tonight.

{Dex begins to pace around Gjenrei before shooting in with a waistlock. Gjeneri is able to counter into a hammerlock as he begins to wrench at the arm of Dexter. Dex tries to get out of the hold but every time he does Gjenrei puts more pressure on the hold. After a few moments Gjenrei switches into a side headlock before taking Dex down to the canvas. Dex keeps a shoulder off of the mat to not get counted for a pin as Gjenrei keeps the hold locked in very tightly wearing down the high flyer.}

Eric Hardy: Solid plan by Gjenrei so far. Dexter loves to take to the sky and it's hard for him to do so locked in like this.

Kelly Knite: Yep though I think a five year old could've figured it out.

Willy Carter: Isn't Eric a second grade drop out?

{Gjenrei shows no emotion from what we can see in his mask as he begins to stand with the headlock Dex tries to push him off but Gjenrei has nothing of it as he turns that into a bulldog. Dexter rolls up to his feet a little dazed as Gjenrei hits a hard kick to the chest that sends Dex into the turnbuckles. Gjenrei hits another stiff kick to the chest of Dexter before running and hitting a dropkick. Dexter slumps down into a seated position as Gjenrei goes for a another dropkick but Dexter moves right out of the way as the X Champion connects with nothing.}

Kelly Knite: Great awareness by the challenger.

Willy Carter: Indeed it was.

Eric Hardy: I did so graduate the second grade!

{Dexter scrambles back up to his feet and waits for Gjenrei to get up before taking him down with a dropkick to the face. Then he connects with a second dropkick before grabbing the arm of Gjenrei and runs towards the turnbuckles. Dex runs up them before jumping back and hitting an armdrag on Gjenrei. Gjenrei gets up as Dex runs at him again and spins around hitting another armdrag. The X Champion rolls out of the ring as Dexter gets himself hyped up jumping before running off of the ropes and leaping out of the ring with a tope con hilo but hits nothing as Gjenrei moves out of harms way.}

Willy Carter: Damn dude that has to hurt like a bitch.

Eric Hardy: That was a nasty splat.

Kelly Knite: High risk high reward.

{The champion shakes his head at his opponent before stomping on him a couple of times. Gjenrei picks up Davis and rolls him back into the ring where Dex holds his back in pain. Gjenrei slides back and and puts Dex on his side before kicking him square in the back as hard as he can. He does it a second time before dropping down for a cover. One..... Two.... Dex is able to kick out. Gjenrei doesn't do anything but get right back to work picking up his challenger and hits a backbreaker before hitting a neckbreaker.}

Eric Hardy: Gjenrei is controlling his so called battlefield right now.

Kelly Knite: That whole thing kinda freaks me out.

Willy Carter: Dude is a little weird.

{Gjenrei slides himself over for another cover. One.... Two... Dexter kicks out once more as Gjenrei smacks him in the chest before going to the top turnbuckle. He waits for his challenger to rise to his feet before flying off with a moonsault press that Dexter counters with a dropkick that makes Gjenrei crash into the canvas. The crowd claps as Dexter keeps on his feet using the ropes. Gjenrei is making his way back up to his feet as Dexter grabs the ropes and springboards, turns himself around and hits a hurricanrana.}

Kelly Knite: Now things are getting exciting.

Willy Carter: Yeah Dex you show that masked man who the boss is.

Eric Hardy: And it's not Tony Danza.

{Dex keeps feeling it as he waiting for Gjenrei to get up before attemping the New York Drive By but Gjenrei counters into a northern lights suplex. The champion gets back up to his feet and pulls Dexter up into a seated position and starts to kick him repeatedly in the back as many times as he possibly can. Dexter pounds the mat in pain as Gjenrei goes for a final kick to the back of the head now but Dexter goes prone flat on his back to miss the strike as he rolls backwards up to his feet. Gjenrei kicks him in the chest again as Dexter strikes right back with the same thing. Gjenrei hits an even harder kick now but Dexter stays upright telling him to keep bringing it.}

Willy Carter: Damn Gjenrei kicks hard.

Eric Hardy: That's his thing. Kicking people as hard as he possibly can.

Kelly Knite: Indeedly so.

{Gjenrei does as he kicks Dexter in the stomach again, then in the leg which forces the challenger down to a single leg before following it up with the hardest spinning enziguri you'll ever see. Dexter falls to the mat on his face as Gjenrei shakes his head in disgust. He pulls the challenger back up to his feet and kicks him in the chest again before the ribs. Dexter falls into the turnbuckles again as Gjenrei keeps unloading with more kicks. Dexter moves out the way and begins to laying into Gjenrei with elbows to the face.}

Eric Hardy: Maybe Dexter has had enough of the kicks.

Kelly Knite: I'd be getting pissed at it too if my chest was kicked in.

Willy Carter: And it'd still manage to make your boobs bigger.

{The ref pushes Dexter away from the onslaught he's causing on Gjenrei. Gjenrei's eye looks bruised as Dex pulls him in and hits a tornado DDT. He waits for Gjenrei to get back up to his feet before running and hitting the New York Drive By this time! Dexter covers hooking a leg. One..... Two..... Thr.... Gjenrei kicks out as Dexter goes to the top turnbuckle and waits for the champion to stand up. Once Gjenrei is up to his feet Dexter jumps off and hits a dropkick that sends Gjenrei out of the ring. Dexter begins to feel it once again as he hops up and down but as soon as he tries to fly out of the ring Gjenrei meets him with a big kick as Dexter falls back into the ring.}

Kelly Knite: Ouch! That might be the knockout shot.

Willy Carter: Get up brutha man!

Eric Hardy: One or two more moves from Gjenrei might win him this battle.

{Gjenrei springboards and hits a perfect 450 splash on the challenger for his title. He turns Dexter over and covers. One..... Two..... Dexter pops his shoulder off of the mat. Gjenrei still shows no real emotion but pulls up Davis and puts him into a hammerlock hitting the Seppuku! Dexter looks out of it as Gjenrei covers again. One.... Two.... Thre.... nooooo sir not today as Dexter kicks out once more. Gjenrei shoots a glance at the referee pulling Davis up again. Dexter surprises Gjenrei with slaps to the face, then a spinning slap and now a roundhouse. Dex then propels himself off of the ropes and hits the Busaiku Knee Kick! Both men are down as the crowd gets on their feet and cheers.}

Willy Carter: Wow both men leaving it on the table.

Eric Hardy: Indeed they are.

Kelly Knite: This is why I think people love the X Title.

{Gjenrei begins to stir as does Dex. The two men slowly get up to their feet as Gjenrei eats another high kick to the head as Dexter puts him up and hits the Go 2 Pele. Gjenrei still refuses to go down as Dexter goes into the corner and sprints full bore and spikes him on his head with the MDF! The crowd goes insane for the huge move as Dexter covers hooking both legs. One...... Two..... Three!!!!! Dexter rolls off of Gjenrei holding his head like he can't believe it.}

Eric Hardy: And we have a new X Champion, Dexter Davis as his winning streak rolls on!

Kelly Knite: A great effort but Gjenrei and I'm sure no one would complain about a rematch in the future.

Willy Carter: That's my dawg up in there y'all.

{Dexter has the title handed to him as he stares into with a smile. Freya gets into the ring and hugs him down to the mat as they're both thrilled.}

Kelly Knite: A great match, and another title change!

Eric Hardy: Looks like the champions are going to have to be extra careful this show, otherwise there could be a changing of the guard.

Willy Carter: Yea... Kelly.

Kelly Knite: Oh trust me... I'm ready fo r my match... almost as ready as I am to see Joe Everyman get his head kicked in.

Eric Hardy: Well you're not going to have to wait long for that.



NCW HONOR CHAMPIONSHIP
Honor Match
Ander Carvetti* vs. Joe Everyman
Joe Everyman won a shot at the title Ander Carvetti managed to fight away from Jonas Potter last month at Road to the Gold, this could be a turning point in the career of the man who holds the most NCW loses ever. Can Joe Everyman reverse his fate and take down Ander Carvetti, or will Ander continue his impressive NCW run with another victory and another crushing defeat dealt to Joe?

Amber Ashe:"Ladies and Gentlemen this match is for one fall and it is for the NCW Honor championship, first comming down to the ring weighting 252 pounds from Washington D.C. he is....Joe Everyman!!!!"

Walk by Foo Fighters starts blasting over the PA system. Pyros are going off on the stage all over the place. Joe Everyman then comes out onto the stage. Joe walks down the ramp while holding their arms up towards the crowd, who has a mixed but mostly face reaction. Joe then comes to the end of the ramp and does a standing jump onto the apron. Joe then climbs into the ring through the ropes and looks around in the crowd and hold up his arm. Then loud blue pyros shoot from the ring posts. Joe then stands and waits.

Amber Ashe:"And his oppoent, weighting 180 pounds from San Diego, California he is the current NCW Honor champion he is....Ander Carvetti!!!!"

"Ironside" hits over the sound systems over the arena as spotlights go all over the place. At the end of the brief into, "No Shelter" by Rage Against the Machine begins to blast over the sound systems of the arena. The spotlight begins to shine on the center of the stage and out from behind the curtain, a man walks out wearing a hooded, unfastended robe. He pops his neck and begins punching his taped fists together. He pulls the hood down from his head revealing former kickboxing sensation Ander Carvetti. He has a calm and relaxed expression on his face as he walks toward the ring, ready for war. He gets to the bottom of the ramp and bounces up and down on his feet. He looks around and surveys the arena and has a calm smile on his face. Walking over to the ring stairs, he pops his knuckles, and then walks up the stairs. He slingshots himself over the top rope and begins bouncing on his feet, throwing a few punches and kicks to warm himself up before the match begins.

Going for a collar-and-elbow lock-up Joe Everyman tries to get an overhand double wristlock out of this, but can’t find the proper grip to finish the hold as Ander Carvetti spins through & instead tries to apply the cravate which draws derision from the front row of ringside as the crowd remembers intimately that this is the hold which Joe Everyman has perfected the application of. but as he tries to lock it in the Joe Everyman spins his way out of that and both men stand at the ready again before going back to the collar-and-elbow lockup as they each try and get the first advantage of the match. Coming out the back door Joe Everyman again tries to get to the left arm of his opponent, not finding what he wants as Ander Carvetti sneaks the limb out of his grasp and quickly tries to use the element of surprise to sneak in another cravate, only for Joe Everyman to again look for the left arm before they find themselves trapped in the rope as the ref steps in to separate the two of them.

Eric Hardy: “And a stalemate in the early going, and frankly Kelly, you had to figure that there would be a lot of this. Both of these men are simply too good to have anything but stalemates like this in the early going.”

Wiley Carter: “I spoke with Ander Carvetti today, or at least I tried to. He’s become very cold, intimidating, and quite frankly scary to deal with. But the one thing that I was able to get out of him is that he wanted to prove that, in every meaningful way, he was better than Joe Everyman. That was his stated goal, and I think that he can achieve it.”

Shaking his head in annoyance at just how evenly matched the two of them appear to be in the early going Joe Everyman again steps back into the center of the ring and goes back for a collar-and-elbow lockup but can’t find anything to capitalize on it with as Ander Carvetti smoothly defends everything that Joe Everyman wants to try, punctuating his reversal of everything with a pair of middle fingers right in the face of Joe Everyman that draws a predictably infuriated response from Joe Everyman. locking up again Joe Everyman finally gets what he wants by grabbing an overhand wristlock which Ander Carvetti tries desperately to fight off, which he is able to by doing a deep kneebend to reverse the grip and then coming out the back door with an attempt at a full nelson. However, as he looks to finish the hold Joe Everyman counters out of that by raising his left leg to his chest, continuing to do that until he is sure that the hold is loosened before going back to the overhand wristlock again. However, as Ander Carvetti tries to fight it off Joe Everyman simply trips the legs out from underneath him, giving Joe Everyman the opening to transfer the top wristlock into a seated double wristlock.

Eric Hardy: “And we had to know that there was going to be a lot of this kind of thing early on. These are two of the finest technical wrestlers not just in the NCW, but in the entire world. And the thing that both of them have shown an ability to do, which has become increasingly harder in this fast-paced wrestling world of 2011, is make technical wrestling, which can be dry and boring in the wrong hands, exciting and compelling.”

Kelly Knite: “the thing about Joe Everyman, and I say this because he’s the one who has the control of the match at the moment I'm saying this, is that he is perhaps the most adaptable wrestler in the NCW currently, then again you have to be when such a variance of people beat you up each and every week”

as Joe Everyman continues to crank on the grounded double wristlock, working to find an opening to apply the Chin-Lock, Ander Carvetti quickly reaches back behind him and surreptitiously yanks at the trunks of Joe Everyman, using that to go through into a schoolboy that gets a 1-count before quickly coming out the back door and applying a rear chinlock, waiting until the referee is out of sight and then fishhooking the mouth of Joe Everyman and grinding the bone of his forearm across the chin and jaw in one smooth motion. However, as soon as the ref comes back in to check on the Joe Everyman, Ander Carvetti smoothly re-applies the rear chinlock, smirking and sticking out his tongue at the front row who immediately register their disapproval at his actions. Shaking his fingers no and even screaming no when the ref asks him if he want to give up Joe Everyman now works on finding the escape hatch out of this hold, crossing his ankles together and waving his right hand tantalizingly in the face of Ander Carvetti. Shaking his head no as he refuses to take the bait, instead cranking on the rear chinlock some more, Ander Carvetti smirks towards the front row who responds by showering him with the kind of boos that are commonly reserved for war criminals. Continuing to try and offer his right hand to Ander Carvetti who refuses to take the bait Joe Everyman finally offers it one more time, drawing a frustrated growl from Ander Carvetti who curses down at him only to find that Joe Everyman has worked himself into a position to where he was able to escape the chinlock altogether, and has in fact popped up to a kneeling position stretching out the muscles in his neck.

Eric Hardy: “And here’s where I think that Joe Everyman has his greatest advantage. As a pure mat technician, Joe Everyman has to take a backseat to absolutely no one. We know that he is an expert in the British style of wrestling which, shamefully, is sort of a dying art now in modern wrestling. But that’s not all he’s good at. He’s also an expert in the Mexican llave style, and submission wrestling. It’s not just a joke. It’s the truth.”

Kelly Knite: “But, Eric, I think that is also a weakness. Joe Everyman, as we all know, prides himself on his skill. But is he willing to get dirty, to fight and brawl if he has to? Because make no mistake, Ander Carvetti can. He’s shown us he can.”

stepping back into the center of the ring, his eyes focused on the left arm of Ander Carvetti, Joe Everyman goes back to the collar-and-elbow tie-up only to find himself again trapped in a headlock as Ander Carvetti wants to slow things down and more importantly keep Joe Everyman from going after his arm any more. Turning his right arm inside to a 45-degree angle Joe Everyman is able to pry apart the grip on the headlock and then grab another wristlock, taking that over and placing his knee directly in the shoulder joint to keep the arm right where he wants it. wrenching back on the wristlock, bending the fingers backwards as he does so, Joe Everyman suddenly finds himself trapped in a figure-4 headscissors hold. Trying to find an opening to escape Joe Everyman tries to get up to his knees and escape the hold by pushing the legs of Ander Carvetti apart, only to find that avenue blocked as Ander Carvetti simply tightens the headscissors by locking his ankles together around the jawbone of Joe Everyman, a self-satisfied smirk evident through the face guard on his mask. Looking to find a way to work himself out of the headscissors Joe Everyman shakes his index finger no when the ref comes over to see if he wants to quit, allowing Joe Everyman the opening to roll over onto his stomach and push up before calmly pulling apart Ander Carvetti’s ankles and escaping into a grounded double armbar, struggling to lock his hands together and bridge over. Feeling him struggle to lock it in Ander Carvetti rolls over to his back then bridges up, using that opening to again apply a cravate and smirk knowingly at the front row as if he now has things completely in hand. Using his left leg as a lever Joe Everyman is able to escape the cravate one more time, both men now standing at the ready.

Eric Hardy: “And this is the kind of match that we would have seen with Jason Evans and Joe Everyman. However, despite the clean technical action we’ve seen up to this point, Ander Carvetti seems intent on trying to provoke Joe Everyman’s temper, to bring something out of him. And I'm not sure what he wants to have happen, or why it is that he’s going about things this way.”

Kelly Knite: “Think about it from his point of view, Eric. Ever since this match was announced as happening, all anyone has wanted to talk about was how Joe Everyman is going to do this, or that. It’s got to be frustrating, and a little insulting. To a guy like him it’s got to feel like people are doubting him by saying that, and I think tonight he wants to prove that Joe Everyman isn’t on his level.”

As they step back in the center of the ring Ander Carvetti hauls off and paintbrushes Joe Everyman with a huge slap across the face, drawing a shocked gasp and then more raucous boos from the sold-out crowd until Joe Everyman returns fire not with a slap but with a European uppercut that lands like a shotgun blast throughout the arena. Shaking his head to try and get the cobwebs loose Ander Carvetti tries an Irish whip only to be annoyed when Joe Everyman simply sits down to block the attempt. Trying again Joe Everyman crosses his ankles together and wags his index finger no. trying one more time Ander Carvetti is again stunned when Joe Everyman pops up and lands a heavy forearm smash to the head and then another European uppercut. Running towards the corner as Ander Carvetti comes after him Joe Everyman tries a moonsault press, only to be forced to land on his feet as Ander Carvetti ducks out of the way and counters with a beautiful standing dropkick to the face that snaps his head back. Smirking evilly Ander Carvetti picks up Joe Everyman again and lands another beautiful standing dropkick to the face before covering, frustration evident in his body language as the ref informs him that Joe Everyman was able to kick out at 2. Looking frustrated Ander Carvetti again smiles, pointing to the nose of Joe Everyman before trying to cave it in with a huge jumping kneedrop right to the face. Locking in a camel clutch Ander Carvetti fishhooks both sides of Joe Everyman’s mouth into an ugly smile, turning him towards the crowd and saying “Smile for your fans, Tristan. Go ahead. Smile for your fans.” Breaking the double fishhook when the referee comes over Ander Carvetti then lands a downward flat of the palm straight to the nose of Joe Everyman.

Eric Hardy: “And this has turned from a clean technical classic into something wildly different. And now you have to wonder: How much hatred flows through the veins of Ander Carvetti? Because it’s clear that in a lot of ways what he’s doing now is about hatred. I think, if you asked him, he hates that Joe Everyman is so popular, so beloved. And he’s going to do everything that he can to prove why that popularity is meaningless.”

Kelly Knite: “Most people come into this ring with an intent to win the match by hurting their opponents just enough to make that task as easy as possible. Joe Everyman, generally regarded as one of the more honorable men on the NCW roster, has admitted to me that he comes into every match with the intent to hurt his opponent to the point that he wants to be able to pin their shoulders to the mat, or make them submit. A very small group of wrestlers, however, comes into the ring with the intent to injure. That’s what Ander Carvetti clearly wants to do. He doesn’t just want to win this match. He wants to leave a bloody mark across NCW history as he’s doing it.”

Dragging Joe Everyman to the nearest corner and then scraping the toe of his boot across the face Ander Carvetti gets a running start and lands a running kick to the face of Joe Everyman using that momentum to slide through the ropes and tag Joe Everyman with a jumping forearm to the face. Climbing back in through the bottom rope with a combination of anger and self-satisfaction in his face Ander Carvetti waits until Joe Everyman slowly pulls himself back up to a standing position, and then hits an arm-trap lung-blower following that up with a hard flash elbow right in the middle of the back and then a jumping senton to the same spot. Ripping insultingly at the face and nose of Joe Everyman as the crowd continues to lustily boo him Ander Carvetti finally lets go on the count of 4 as the ref verbally castigates him that he responds to simply by shrugging it off and continuing to press his attack, picking Joe Everyman up by his long hair and taking him over with a snapmare so that he can grab Joe Everyman by his palate and elbow him right in the nose, smiling evilly as it is now clear that Joe Everyman’s nose is broken. Covering again, grinding the bone of his forearm across the face, Ander Carvetti stares a hole through the referee when he informs him that Joe Everyman was able to roll his shoulder out at 2.

Eric Hardy: “Ander Carvetti is working a very interesting strategy here. It’s clear that he wants to keep this at a pace where, to be perfectly honest, I don’t know that he wants to work. normally, he likes to keep things a little faster pace. But, for whatever reason, he’s slowing things down. My only guess is that he wants to prove something to this sold-out crowd, but for the life of me, I can’t figure out what that something might be.”

Kelly Knite: “I, actually Eric, can’t agree with you more. From the way this looks, Ander Carvetti is under the assumption that he can beat Joe Everyman anytime he wants. If that’s true, I'd do it right now. Don’t waste any more time than you have to playing around with him. Joe Everyman has, if you give him credit for nothing else, shown a remarkable ability to absorb tremendous punishment and keep on going. If you think you can get him out of there, do it.”

pulling Joe Everyman up by his hair, an evil glint in his dark brown eyes, Ander Carvetti paintbrushes Joe Everyman with a duo of hard slaps to the face before taking him over with a wrist-clutch backbreaker, following that up with a pair of jumping knees to the back and then a crossarm Gory special sitdown neckbreaker. Covering cockily by simply placing his foot on the chest of Joe Everyman Ander Carvetti nonetheless fumes when the ref lets him know that Joe Everyman was able to roll his shoulder out at the count of 1, causing him to hit a rib-crushing jumping senton and again covering cockily by laying lazily across Joe Everyman, only to be stunned when Joe Everyman somehow pulls a beautiful reverse crucifix known in Mexico as the Riveracita out of mothballs and gets a very long 2-count that sucks the air out of the sold-out crowd in Birmingham. Rolling back to his feet, anger now evident in his eyes, Ander Carvetti pops off a quick seated dropkick to the face before following up with a seated senton. Shaking his head desperately no even as his screams of pain become all the more anguished until they are verging on howls of agony Joe Everyman now tries to get out of this submission hold any way that he can, eventually negotiating himself into a position where he can hit a crucifix armdrag to get himself out of danger. But as Joe Everyman tries to press the advantage that he has found for himself Ander Carvetti coolly shuts the door for him with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Pulling him up to his feet by his hair Ander Carvetti drops Joe Everyman with another pendulum backbreaker and goes for the cover, only to be again frustrated when Joe Everyman again kicks out. Ander Carvetti picks Joe Everyman up and hits the Boom, Headshot! Ander Carvetti covers Joe Everyman as the ref counts 1....2....3

Amber Ashe:"Here is your winner and still the NCW Honor champion....Ander Carvetti!!!!"

{The camera cuts to the backstage area as we return to Breaking Away. A few moments of silence ensue before the figure of Bob Pooler walks into shot as the crowd cheer for a man we’ve seen little of for months. Pooler walks with purpose until he bumps into Jason Dunn who nearly drops his microphone. }

Bob Pooler : Can I help you Jason?

Jason Dunn : …………

{ Jason quickly bends down and picks up the microphone, dusting himself off a little before clearing his throat. }

Jason Dunn : Excuse me Bob, but we haven’t seen you for a few months, I just wanted to ask why are you here tonight?

Bob Pooler : I’ve been busy in Hollywood Jason, promoting this country for Mr Fox and a few weeks ago I got a phone call from our beloved CEO asking me to be here tonight.

Jason Dunn : If you don’t mind me asking….erm….why!?

{ Bob Pooler just smiles, unnerving Jason slightly sending chills down his spine. }

Bob Pooler : You’re nosey aren’t you Jason?

Jason Dunn : Erm….just doing my job Mr Pooler.

Bob Pooler : Well, if you must know he asked me to….deliver a message to Roberto Verona for him. His recent incapacity made the matter even more urgent. Now if you will excuse me Jason, I have an old “friend” to find.

{ Bob just smiles again before pushing past Jason and out of shot leaving a confused Jason who looks at the camera. }

Jason Dunn : Erm…back to you guys at ringside….

Kelly Knite: I guess you could say our next match is a real “Davis versus Goliath”...

Eric Hardy: There is no denying who the favorites are to win this match...

Willy Carter: WHAT!? You trying to say the black man has no chance?!

Eric Hardy: WHAT!? NO!

Kelly Knite: I think we're saying the man who is teaming with mark Evil doesn't stand a chance.

Willy Carter: Well then... that's a different story now isn't it.



NCW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Tag Team Match
InFamous* vs. Team Evil Destruction
InFamous has been a near unstoppable tag team combination but now they face off against... well... possibly the most suprising team in recent NCW history. Mark Evil, now known as Markus Reeves has undergone a metamorphosis and has become one of the most dangerous mean in NCW while his tag team partner Matt Jackson has been impressive in every match he's been in, including a close one against Rob Diamond last week. This match might look easy to predict on paper, but nobody shoulder underestimate TED.

{“Are You Ready?”

The opening riff of Had Enough by Danko Jones begins to play over the sound speakers as the lights in the arena begin blinking black, green, and blue. Rob Diamond and Andrew Jacobsen step out onto the stage, nCw Tag Team Championship belts around Rob’s shoulder and Andrew’s waist. They look to each other, grinning, and each walks to one side of the stage, their arms crossed above their heads.. The crowd cheers them on as they walk down to the ring, slapping high fives and mouthing off to each other as they climb into the ring.

“When you burn in Hell, remember what I said, You had your chance I had enough!”

They both hit the cross chops as the “X” pyros shoot out in the background. Andrew drops down to both knees and flexes at the same time Rob does a final cross chop as one big X flies up and green pyro rain from the sky. They toss their INFamous t-shirts to the crowd and get ready for the match.}

Kelly Knite: Here we go... looks like Rob Diamond and Matt Jackson will be starting this match off.

Eric Hardy: I guess Matt jackson didn't have enough when they faced off one on one recently.

Willy Carter: White man always trying to hold a brother down is more like it...

Kelly Knite: Would you stop?

{The match begins as Matt Jackson and Rob Diamond meet in the middle of the ring, Jackson goes to grapple Diamond but Rob is too fast and instead kicks him hard in the stomach. He grabs Jackson by the arm and whips him into the ropes and when Jackson comes back Rob is there and nails him with the Mike Rotundo style Hiptoss that sends Jackson to the mat. Rob immediately transitions into lifting Jackson's torso off the ground and kicking him square in the spine with the heel of his boot. Diamond heads over to Jacobsen and tags him into the match and two lift Jackson up from his seated position and use their duel talents to lift him up and bring him crashing back down with a hard double suplex! They stand up and stand over Jackson where Diamond sprints to the ropes and Jacobsen to the opposite ones. Diamond comes back and hits the Atomic Leg drop while Jacobsen hits a rolling senton, Diamond rolls out of the ring and Jacobsen hooks a leg for the cover 1....2... but Jackson throws the arm up.}

Kelly Knite: Jacobsen and Diamond using some good teamwork early here.

Eric Hardy: They have quickly become a very organized tag team, almost like they know what the other is thinking at every moment.

Willy Carter: Almost like brothers... not those kinda brothers, but the twins who can since the other's pain.

Kelly Knite: Are you drinking right now?

Willy Carter: Working next to you, I have to to stay sane.

{Jacobsen grabs Jackson and forces him back to his feet, he takes the big man and whips him hard across the ring, when Jackson comes back Jacobsen drop toe holds him to the mat, shoving him face first into the canvas as he does. Jacobsen turns over and grabs Jackson's leg where he drags Jackson over to the corner and slaps Rob Diamond's hand and brings him back in as the legal man, with Jackson close to the ropes, Rob pulls back and slingshot elbow drops back into the ring, crashing into Jackson's chest. Rob makes a cover 1...2. but Jacks on puts his foot on the ropes. Rob rolls away and waits as Jackson tries to get to his feet, where he promptly kicks Jackson hard in the ribs before he can get up. Diamond grabs Jackson and goes to lift him back to his feet but Jackson his a thrust punch to Rob's throat and then begins scrambling to his corner to tag Markus Reeves in, but Jacobsen jumps over the top rope, sprints to the other side of the ring and collides with Mark Evil sending him off the apron and down to the barriers.

Kelly Knite: What a smart move by Jacobsen!

Eric Hardy: That's thinking on your feet.

{Jackson lowers his head as he now changes his plans to try and get back to his feet while the referee is trying to push the slow moving and acting innocent Jacobsen back to his corner.}

ERic Hardy: Brutal attack by Jacobsen and Diamond here... they refuse to let Jackson escape!

Kelly Knite: Sounds like a sound strategy to me and it seems to be working great.

Willy Carter: The man always trying to hold the black man down.

{Jackson manages to work himself back up, he turns around groggy and BALL BREAKER kick to the groan from Rob Diamond while the referee still has his back turned dealing with Jacobsen. Matt Jackson jumps up holding his midsection in pain where Rob catches him.. DIAMOND CUTTER! Rob Diamond flips Jackson over and lays across his chest smiling as the referee comes in to count 1...2...3.. NO! Mark Evil dives in under the bottom rope and just barely breaks up the pin!}

Kelly Knite: This isn't going to last much longer if Jackson can't get out of this match!

Eric Hardy: This has been nothing but an Infamous beat down, tha's for sure.

{Rob gets to his feet where he proceeds to beat on Mark Evil's back with ever stomp as he pushes Reeves out of the ring with the attack. Rob turns around and grabs the lifeless Jackson and forces him back to his feet when suddenly CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL, Jackson's SLAM LARIAT out of nowhere! Both men are laying on the mat lifelessly!}

Willy Carter: YES YES YES! What a move by Jackson!

Kelly Knite: Wow that was amazing, where the hell did that come from!?

Eric Hardy: He dug down deep and mustered everything he had left for that one move now both men are down!

Willy Carter: Come on Jackson get to the corner!

{The referee counts 1...2..3..4..5..6..7.. Jacobsen and Reeves are both screaming for a tag and leaning into the ring encouraging their partners. Finally Jackson turns over and begins heading towards his corner. Rob Diamond turns and actually seems to be in better shape and gets to his knees.}

Eric Hardy: Here we go! Here comes the tags!

Kelly Knite: It's about to pick up here.. Markus Reeves has been like a rabid animal on the apron waiting for this!

{Rob Diamond dives into his corner as does Matt jackson, the fans are going crazy for the hot tags and the two men rush into the ring, Jacobsen without fear charges right towards Markus Reeves and avoids a grapple attempt by spinning around the big man and then kicks him in the back of the leg driving Markus down to one knee and stands back and waits as Reeves begins making his way back to his feet, Reeves turns around and Jacobsen spins and goes for the FLASHFREEZE but Reeves leans back and dodges the kick, Jacobsen lands and Reeeves grabs him the second he lands.. REQUIM! Markus Reeves covers and the referee slides into place 1...2.. Rob Diamond dives in to break it up...3! The referee says Rob Didn't get their in time! Rob gets up and is screaming at the referee demanding it was a three but he says no.}

Kelly Knite: I can't believe it! We have another set of new champions in another huge upset!

Eric Hardy: What is going on here?!

{Markus and Matt are handed the tag team titles by the time keeper and don't even bother to hang around to have their arms raised. Diamond is still screaming at the referee who keeps holding up three fingers, that is until Rob Diamond punches him in the face and sends him to the ground.}

Willy Carter: I have no idea, but look at that brother celebrate... by running away like he stole it! Get the hell out of there Matt before Diamond flips out on you too!

Kelly Knite: Is that all you can think about, his skin color?

Willy Carter: That's all you thought about in high school.

Kelly Knite: That doesn't even make any damn sense.

Willy Carter: You wish.

Eric Hardy: Am I going to have to put the two of you in time out again?

Kelly Knite: Forget this... we have a huge match up next.

Eric Hardy: What could probably be considered one of the biggest matches of the night.

Willy Carter: What could be called a hall of fame worthy match.

Kelly Knite: I didn't know Trent Helms was in this match....

Willy Carter: Not him you blonde bimbo!

Eric Hardy: Spike Kane has been a monster as of late, and Alex Jones looks to put an end to his reign of terror.

Kelly Knite: I can't wait to see this.

Spike Kane vs. Alex Jones
Spike Kane has been on a tear in NCW lately and only one man has stood up to him, Alex Jones, and he ended up paying for it at Road to the Gold when Spike Kane added him to the list of bodies that have felt his wrath. However is back and he isn't going to let Spike Kane hold him down. Alex Jones looks to shut Spike Kane up once and for all and Spike Kane... who knows what he wants... besides blood.

{The arena lights go out and a strobe light flashes wildly as “Dove and Grenade (Xtreme Edit)” by Hollywood Undead hits the sound system

“All Hail! All Hail! All Hail! All Hail! All Hail! Undead!”

A huge pyro explodes as the tron comes to life with the video of Spike Kane. The man himself slowly emerges from the backstage area walking out with a cocky grin on his face and a look that shows he means business.

“I’m the man and I’m the man and everybody out there knows that I’m the badest. I’m the baddest of them all and you just mad Cause I’m the man and I’m the man And everybody out there knows that I’m the baddest I’m the baddest of them all and you just mad And its so sad “

Spike rolls into the ring and extends his arms as he roars towards the crowd, full of anger, rage, and intensity. The lights and music die out as he await the match to start}

Willy Carter: Spike Kane has been on a tear here, and now he’s swatting the bug known as Alex Jones….

Eric Hardy: Alex is not a bug he’s a former National Champion Willy

Kelly Knite: But Spike is a hall of famer and former world champion, he’s been amazing lately….

{The start of "Levitate" by Hollywood Undead comes over the PA, the lights dim down as strobe lights follow the first few seconds before the guitar riff explodes."The American Nightmare" Alex Jones emerges in a short sleeveless orange vest with a hood covering his facial features and black tracksuit pants with the NCW National title around his waist, Shelly Jones his wife and manager makes her way down with him, Alex leaps up onto the ring apron, climbs between the ropes and flips his hood back before removing the vest and pants} "You know, I can take you straight to heaven if you let me... You know I, I can make your body levitate if you let me... You know that I can make your body levitate... le-levitate... I can make your body levitate... le-levitate! (you know...)"

Eric Hardy: Alex and Spike have a long history together and tonight we add another chapter to this story….

Willy Carter: This will be the final chapter

Kelly Knite: Somehow I doubt that……

{Alex walks out of the corner and mouths off to Spike, They both meet in the center and Alex launches at Spike with right hands, he hits two and Spike swings at Alex who ducks and hits a low kick to thigh, Alex hits another one as Spike swings again, Alex ducks running into the ropes, Spike tries a reverse elbow, Alex ducks under that and springboards off the middle rope backflipping grabbing Spike’s head going for a reverse ddt, Spike grabs Alex’s hand and spins out of it before pulling Alex into a shortarm clothesline sending him down to the mat.}

Willy Carter: Explosive start here….

Eric Hardy: Spike just flattened Alex…

Kelly Knite: Early days boys…..

{Spike pulls Alex to his feet and whips him across the ring, he ducks down and goes for a back body drop. He flips Alex over but Alex front flips onto his feet behind Spike and keeps running to the ropes, Alex leaps up and explodes into Spike with a forearm, Alex gets back to his feet and lays some stiff kicks into Spike who stays on his keeps, Alex hits kicks o Spike’s chest, then goes for a kick to Spike’s head, Spike ducks and hits a low knee to Alex’s stomach before lifting him up with a t-bone suplex dropping Alex down}

Eric Hardy: Alex Jones just got dropped on his head

Willy Carter: Spike taking charge.

Kelly Knite: You can feel the hatred….

{Alex pulls himself up as Spike runs and clotheslines Alex over the top rope to the floor. Alex rolls around and shakes off the cobwebs as Spike follows out, Spike grabs Alex by the arm and the back off the head throwing him into the steel steps, the crowd ooo’s as Spike points at Alex, Spike runs in and slams his knee against Aj’s face slamming his head into the steps again, Spike smiles and walks around the ring with his arms in the air. Spike looks under the ring and grabs a steel chair, he turns and looks at Alex with malice in his eyes…}

Eric Hardy: Oh god..Spike is going to crush Alex’s head…

Willy Carter: Do it Spike end his career

Kelly Knite: Someone has to stop this….

{Spike swings the chair and it connects hard with the steel steps as Alex moves just in time, Spike drops the chair holding his hands, Alex takes the chair and runs forward stepping off the guardrail holding the chair infront of his feet as he dropkicks it into Spike’s face. Spike crashes down as Alex gets back to his feet, Alex rolls into the ring and waits for Spike to get to his feet, he runs over and leaps through the ropes back onto Spike as the xrowd goes wild…..}

Eric Hardy: Alex soares onto Spike

Willy Carter: Alex is nuts….

Kelly Knite: Agreed….

{Alex pulls Spike up and shoves him against the barricade, as Alex comes in Spike grabs a beer off a fan and throws it at Alex, Spike tackles Alex into the ring apron and hits a hard right hand, Spike reaches down under the ring pulling out a kendo stick, Alex turns around and eats a kendo stick shot to the face. Spike then hits Alex over and over before throwing the stick away. Spike pulls a table out and slides it in the ring before going back to Alex, Spike kicks Alex in the stomach and throws him into the ring.}

Willy Carter: I don’t like that table….

Eric Hardy: Spike has bad intentions….

Kelly Knite: Spike is a bad bad man….

{Spike stalks Alex and as Alex gets to his feet Spike throws a steel chair at Alex, Alex catches it and eats a bloody Sunday kick into the chair!. Alex is down!. Spike sets up the table and pulls Alex up putting him on it. Spike climbs up onto the top rope and points at Alex before leaping off with the shooting star press, Alex moves and Spike crashes through the table!}

Willy Carter: Spike crashes and burns…

Eric Hardy: Now is Alex’s chance!

Kelly Knite: These two are insane….

{Alex gets to his feet and runs at Spike with a clothesline and another and another, Alex ducks a right hand and hits the Aj guri!. Spike goes down, Alex points at Spike and says “that’s it.”. Alex hits a hiptoss, then a fist drop, he then kips up and hits a stiff kick to Spike’s back. Spike rolls around and rolls out of the ring, Alex runs to the ropes and Spike moves fearing another suicide dive, Alex leaps over the top rope onto the apron, he runs at Spike and hits a punt kick from the apron, Spike goes down…}

Willy Carter: Spike eats a kick…

Eric Hardy: What a shot…

Kelly Knite: Alex trying to come back here…

{Alex pulls Spike to his feet, Spike shoves Alex off and hits a spear to the floor Alex holds his midsection as Spike rubs his face, Spike reaches under the ring and pulls out a box, Spike looks inside and then smirks before pulling out a flourescant light tube, Spike waits for Alex to get up and hits Alex over the head with it. It shatters and Alex goes down, Spike raises up the half that isn’t broken and roars at the crowd.}

Eric Hardy: That was insane….

Willy Carter: I think Alex is split open!

Kelly Knite: Spike is trying to kill Alex!

{Spike throws Alex into the ring as Alex pulls himself up blood pours from a wound on his forehead, Spike hits a uranage and locks in an all hope is gone, Spike pulls back on it, Alex clentches his fist and refuses to tap, Spike screams at Alex telling him to just give up, Alex grabs Spikes hand and is able to get free rolling away, Alex gets to his feet Spike kicks Alex in the stomach and goes for the thunderstruck Alex shoves Spike off and as S[pike turns around Alex grabs Spike, bends him back and hits the time to burn, Alex covers 1…2….3}

Kelly Knite: Fantastic match... everything we wanted and more... but now guys, I'll have to take my leave and get ready for my match..

Willy Carter: Good luck.

Kelly Knite: Really?

Willy Carter: Sure... why not...

Kelly Knite: Is this some sort of reverse psychology where you root for me so I'll lose?

Willy Carter: Of course not... maybe...

Willy Carter: I wonder if Kelly is going to come back and do commentary after she loses?

Eric Hardy: You sould sure of yourself that she's going to lose this.

NCW WORLD STARLETS CHAMPIONSHIP

Kelly Knite* vs. Kathy Conway
The two original NCW Starlets who wrestled in this company and had a bitter rivalry long before a Starlets Championship was an idea in the NCW's management's heads. Now like it was meant to be, Kelly Knite after winning the Road to the Gold is the World champion and Kathy after not only defeating but injuring her tag Team partner, Mercedes Vargas, will square off one more time, but this time it's all on the line.

The lights in the arena start to twinkle with a hot pink hue to signal the start of 'The Ultimate Fling' by Poets of the fall. Kathleen Conway appears on the stage with a hand on her right hip, she continues to walk down to the ramp with a smile on her face. She gets to the ring and climbs on to the apron with her back to the ropes, she drops to one knee. She holds onto the ropes behind her as she flips her hair to the side before standing up and climbing through the middle rope into the ring. She walks to the middle and flips her hair again with a hand on her hip as the lights return to normal and the music fades.

Willy Carter: Out first is the number one contender; Kathleen Conway, who successfully beat Mercedes Lewis on last weeks Trauma.

Eric Hardy: This week it won’t be so easy as she faces the Starlets world champion.

{Drums crash as the lights in the arena all go out, from the entrance ramp pink glitter flakes begin falling down as "Scream" by Thousand Foot Krutch begins playing.}

Can you feel it? SCREAM

{Kelly steps out into the glitter pyrotechnics. Kelly comes out onto the ramp with her hoodie on over her head and Adam Knite by her side.. The Pink sparks die down as the lights in the arena begin flashing on and off with pink strobes. Kelly throws the hood back and flings the shirt off. She plays to the crowd as she runs to the ring sliding in. The lights go out again all except one spotlight shinning on her with her arms outstretched. The lights come back on and Kelly waits for the match to begin.}

Eric Hardy: Apart from commentary duties, Kelly didn’t wrestle on Collision or Trauma, so she is the fresher of the two.

Willy Carter: Anyway both women are ready inside the ring, lets go over.

The ref takes the Starlets belt off Kelly before raising it above his head, showing the fans that this contest is for Starlets title. The ref then hands the title to someone ringside before checking both women for weapons before indicating for the bell to be rung.

Ding… Ding…

Kelly and Kat take a few steps forward and without getting in each others face, Kelly extends her hand for Kat to shake. Kat looks at Kelly hand before grabbing and shaking it before backing away from Kelly.

Eric Hardy: A good show of respect between Kelly and Kat here.

Kelly and Kat then walk around the ring, where Kelly immediately sprints towards the center of the ring towards Kat. Kelly jumps up going for a hurricanrana but Kat is able to catch Kelly in the middle of the air, Kat then shifts Kelly down and then hits a backbreaker.

Willy Carter: Kelly goes for a highflying start but is instantly stopped by Kat.

Eric Hardy: indeed, though Kat could of so easily finished the match with the Kat Nap.

Kelly arches her back in pain, as Kat looks down at Kelly, Kat turns take a few steps back away from Kelly, before charging towards Kelly and delivering a puss-in-boots kick to Kelly’s ribs.

Eric Hardy: This why Kat is dangerous, taking out her opponents and working on their weaknesses.

Kelly screams out in more pain, as Kat then grabs Kelly and flips her on her stomach before hitting a knee drop on Kelly’s back and then goes for another one on Kelly’s back as she screams out in pain.

Willy Carter: Kat definitely wants to win.

Kat then gets back to her feet, where she grabs Kelly by the hair and pulls her to feet and then wraps Kelly up in an abdominal stretch.

Eric Hardy: Good move here by Kat.

Willy Carter: Indeed, because this move focuses on the back and ribs.

Cranking back on the move, Kat uses her free arm to hit Kelly in the side as Kelly struggles a little to escape the move with little success. As once more Kat delivers a forearm to Kelly’s abdomen.

Kelly screams, before grabbing one of Kat’s hands and using what strength she has manages to counter it into abdominal stretch of her own, however, Kat counters with a hip toss.

Eric Hardy: What a counter…

Willy Carter: I’ve never seen a counter like that before.

Kat briefly holds her back, as Kelly rolls herself out of the ring and out of harms way and to recover the best that she can. As for Kat, she gets to her hands as knees before getting to her feet, where she looks around trying to spot Kelly.

Eric Hardy: Kat better hurry up and get to Kelly.

Finding Kelly, Kat climbs out of the ring and heads towards Kelly, as she gets close to Kelly, Kelly has recovered enough to deliver a chick kick to Kat.

Willy Carter: Kat took too long and she paid with a chick kick from Kelly.

Kelly stumbles a little holding her back, however, she goes over to Kat, where she lays in a few boots before grabbing Kat by the hair and throwing her into the ring following close behind. Kelly then goes for a cover…

Eric Hardy: First pin of the match.

1… 2… 2.5… Kickout…

Wily Carter: And Kat kicks out at the last moment.

Kelly shakes her head, as she gets to her feet before turning and running to the ropes where she hits the ropes and hits a springboard Moonsault onto Kat. However, with her partly injured back, Kelly can’t go for the pin and instead rolls herself away from Kat and try and get to her feet and the ref begins counting.

Eric Hardy: Kelly can’t capitalise because of Kat’s earlier onslaught on her back.

1… 2…3…

Kelly, who rolled herself away from Kat, was closest to the ropes, and manages to grab the bottom rope and uses it to get to her hands and knees.

4… 5… 6… Kat begins to slowly move towards the ropes after being hit with a chick kick and springboard Moonsault; she eventually grabs the bottom rope.

Willy Carter: Kelly is almost to her feet and Kat is barely to hers.

7… 8…9… Kelly is now on her feet, as she stumbles over to Kat, who was almost to her feet and instead of grabbing her, she just delivers a running soccer kick to Kat’s leg, and Kat goes down to her knees, then Kelly follows up with a shining yakuza kick and Kat falls into a heap on the mat.

Eric Hardy: Two vicious kicks from Kelly here, showing why she is champion.

Kelly goes for another pin attempt on Kat. 1… 2… Kickout…

Willy Carter: Kat is not ready to give up.

Kelly slaps the mat and tries again… 1… 2… Kickout…

Eric Hardy: And neither is Kelly as she attempts another pin.

Kelly sighs before getting to her feet and drags Kat to the centre of the ring, where she goes for the pendulum elbow drop, and hits it on Kat and before Kat can’t do anything else, Kelly gabs Kat and locks her in the Embrace the Knite. Eric Hardy: Kelly has been dominant all match and she finishes off Kat with Embrace the Knite.

For a few moments, Kat tires to escape out of the submission hold, however, with nowhere to go, Kat has to tap out.

Willy Carter: And Kat taps.

Eric Hardy: And Kelly wins via submission as she retains the starlets championship. We'll be right back fans after this hype video for our next match.

Kelly Knite : What an electric night it has been so far here at Breaking Away, and we’re only just over half way through!

Willy Carter: you're only so excited because you won... shut up.

Eric Hardy : CHILDREN! Please. Up next is the National Championship match between Roberto Verona and Ricky Johnson in what should be a firey affair.

Roberto Verona* vs. Ricky Johnson
Roberto Verona has been near unstoppable the past few months with a long X title run and now having a strangle hold on the National Championship. Ricky Johnson, might not have the championship numbers in that time, but he's none the less been almost as impressive with pushing Steve Awesome for the World title on more than one occasion and many feel should have been the World Champion heading into Road to the Gold. After dispatching the man who cost him that belt, Jimmy Zane, Ricky Johnson gets a shot at a consolation prize.

{ Cue a camera shot encompassing the ring as Amber Ashe stands in the centre, a referee occupying a corner. The crowd begins to murder as Ashe raises the microphone to her lips. }

Amber Ashe : The following match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the National Championship.

{ The crowd cheers before "Defy You" plays over the PA system. Once the lyrics begin, Ricky Johnson emerges from the backstage area, He pauses at the top of the entranceway, soaking in the atmosphere. He stares ahead at the ring and begins a slow walk towards it. He pauses from time to time looking around the arena. After a moment, he steps on the apron, and enters the ring through the ropes. }

Amber Ashe : Introducing first, the challenger, from Tampa, Florida. Ricky Jooooohnsen!

Kelly Knite : Ricky Johnsen has been inches away from the World Championship on two separate occasions in recent months, now he has the opportunity to ensure the National title doesn’t slip from his grasp.

Eric Hardy : Ricky has tasted this gold before, he knows exactly what it takes to.

{ A murmur begins to wash over the crowd as pockets begin to chant ROB-ERTO as Ricky Johnson bounces off the ropes as he prepares for his warm up. A few moments pass as the momentum begins to build and the crowds gets palpably louder and louder before erupting as “This is the End (For You My Friend) begins to play through the PA system. A few moments pass as the crowd continue to cheer. }

Amber Ashe : And his opponent, he is the NCW National Champion. Hailing from Chicago, Illinois….

{ The hometown crowd pops at the mention of their city before getting increasingly louder as Roberto Verona emerges from behind the curtains as he soaks up the appraisal from the capacity crowd. Taking a moment he stands atop the ramp and pumps up the crowd with both hands as they begin to chant his name once again before walking down the ramp with the National title wrapped around his waist as the crowd gets to his feet. Hannah soon follows from behind the curtains and receives a small pop of her own as she begins to follow Roberto. Sporting a cocky grin Roberto finally reaches the ring where he stares directly at Ricky before climbing the turnbuckle and raising the belt high into the air much to the delight of the crowd before hopping down and entering the ring through the ropes. }

Amber Ashe : Roberto Veeeeerrrrona!

{ The crowd cheers again as Verona passes the belt to the referee whilst he begins his pre-match warm up routine. }

Kelly Knite : The noise in hear is deafening for the hometown boy!

Eric Hardy : Normally the crowd would be against Verona but it appears he may just have home turf advantage here tonight in Chicago!

Willy Carter : My main man Roberto finally getting the recognition he deserves!

{ Ricky scowls towards Verona who just grins back at his opponent as the referee passes the belt to a ringside crew member as the crowd begins to chant ROB-ERTO once again. Roberto leans against the turnbuckles, grabbing the ropes whilst grinning from ear to ear as Ricky ignores the noise as best he can. The referee rings the bell and both men stomp quickly towards one another a lock up in the middle of the ring. }

Kelly Knite : Both men lock up as the action gets under way, things could get heated here and you have to wonder if Verona will utilise hometown advantage. He isn’t used to people liking him.

Willy Carter : I like him.

Kelly Knite : Yeah, but you aren’t human.

{ The two men struggle as one looks to gain the upper advantage before Ricky allows Verona to get him into a headlock so he can land a vicious elbow into his mid-drift, much to the chagrin of the Chicago crowd who boo him as Roberto backs off a few steps clutching his ribs, but smiling sadistically before offering a knowing nod to Ricky as if to say “well done” before he has to stand up and prepare for a charging Johnson. Ricky arrives a few feet away from Roberto and throws a right hand which connects with his jaw, causing the crowd to boo again before he lands another, and another all of which are met with disapproval. }

Eric Hardy : Ricky Johnson is looking to get on top early here and get this job over and done with.

Kelly Knite : If anybody knows how to spoil a party it is Ricky Johnson. He is in this business for one man, and that is himself.

Willy Carter : Smack this fool Roberto!

{ Roberto reels backwards after several punches as he clutches his face as Johnson pursues him only to find Roberto’s fist waiting for him which causes the crowd to pop as each punch lands on Ricky’s temple before Ricky begins to hunch over in a corner forcing the referee to push Roberto away as the crowd boos. Roberto backs off and raises his hands in the air but is punished as Ricky stands back up and lands a sharp kick to his gut which meets the disapproval of the crowd as Ricky brings an elbow down across the back of Roberto’s skull which sends him down to one knee. Before he has a chance to regroup Roberto receives a kneecap to the side of his skull which sends him rolling into the middle of the ring. }

Kelly Knite : Roberto thought he had got back into this but Ricky used his ring smarts to put a halt to the assault he was on the receiving end of.

Eric Hardy : Say whatever you like about Ricky Johnson he knows how to win wrestling matches and hes making sure Verona doesn’t get an advantage.

{ Picking Verona up Ricky wraps an arm around his head and drops him quickly to the mat with a DDT. Wasting no time he hoists Roberto back up and sets him for a german suplex, sending Verona crashing back down hard. Not satisfied with a single suplex Ricky lifts Verona up again and hits a second, then a third before going for a fourth whilst releasing Roberto to leaves him laid out flat on the mat as the crowd boos. Ricky sits up and smiles which only raises the volume further before lifting himelf up and landing a boot across Verona’s face. }

Eric Hardy : The crowd may disapprove but Johnson is putting on a clinic in efficiency here. It is perhaps the best strategy to prevent Verona from building up ahead of steam.

Kelly Knite : I wouldn’t count Roberto out just yet, we’ve seen time and time again that he pulls things out of the bag when you least expect it.

{ Making sure he continues to assault Ricky rains down a few boots to make sure Verona isn’t able to get up of his own accord. Lifting his foe up Johnson whips Verona against the ropes and as he comes charging back towards him Johnson flips Verona round and hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, causing Roberto arch in agony as he returns to the mat once again. Ricky quickly scrambles for Roberto’s arm and attempts to lock in an armbar submission but Verona manages to quickly grasp the bottom rope before Johnson locks it in, forcing the referee to pull Rick off of Verona who takes a few moments to regroup. The few moments seem to work as Ricky leans over to pick Verona up again he is met with a fist to the jaw which sends him stumbling backwards as the crowd erupts. }

Eric Hardy : Verona with a stiff right hand, but can he capitalise?

Willy Carter : School this fool Berto!

Kelly Knite : Fantastic contribution.

{ Hoisting himself up Roberto spots the charging Ricky and pre-empting his foe he drops back down and pulls the top rope as he falls which sends Ricky flying to the outside which is met with the crowds approval. Shaking off the cobwebs Verona steps out between the ropes and follows Ricky, landing a vicious right hook to the side of his skull which sends him rolling backwards on the mats. Following his opponent Verona picking Ricky up and grabs the back of his head before looking around at the baying audience and driving Ricky’s face into the barrier which sends him staggering off towards the announce tables. }

Kelly Knite : Looks like they’re heading this way!

Eric Hardy : This is never good….

{ Ricky leans against the announce table but quickly finds Roberto’s hand place on the back of his head again, sending him face first into the table, only this time he falls backwards and hits the ground hard. Verona looks around and begins pumping up the crowd who chant his name intermittently as he leans over to grab Ricky and roll him back in the ring. Sliding in Roberto follows Johnson who stumbles to his feet only to be met with a clothesline which sends him bouncing straight back down. Verona stands up and leaps in the air before driving back downwards with a knee to Johnson’s forehead, wasting no time before climb atop Johnson and raining down with several fists, making sure to stop before he is warned by the referee. }

Willy Carter : My man Roberto is showing this chump how it is done.

Kelly Knite : Just like I said, never, ever rule Verona out of a match. Too many people have made that mistake in the past and they’ve been punished every single time!

Eric Hardy : Roberto has asserted some control and as you can here, the crowd are loving it.

{ Roberto lifts himself up and takes a few steps back to assess his next move as Ricky gets on his hands and knees and finds out Verona’s next step as he is met with a running knee to the face which sends him back down to the mat again. Making sure he keeps on top Roberto lifts Johnson up and hits a suplex on Ricky which sends him hurtling across the ring towards a corner, which he scrambles into to try and get away from the onslaught but to no avail. Spotting that Ricky has sat himself up in the corner he charges at him and hits a knee to the skull before continuing the stomp on Johnson as the crowd cheers with every strike of his boot. Before long the referee has to pull Verona back and begins to tick him off, leading to mocking boos. }

Kelly Knite : the crowd may not like it but Roberto needs to watch himself here, although I guess a disqualification is in his interests.

Eric Hardy : True but we all know he likes to win in a more….definitive fashion.

Kelly Knite : Perhaps.

{ Holding his hands up again Roberto paces backwards but Johnson uses the time he has been given to charge at Verona before landing a clothesline of his own to send Verona down who bounces straight back up only to be met with another clotheslines which keeps him down. Taking his opening ricky bounces off of the rope and as Verona manages to get up to one knee he grabs his head and lands a tornado DDT before he begins to apply a headlock to Verona. Finding himself in a precarious position Verona begins to sprawl his arms out looking for an escape route and luckily for him there is a rope just inches away from his fingertips, forcing Ricky to break the hold. }

Kelly Knite : Credit to Johnson, he used the opening given to him and he has made Roberto pay for perhaps letting his head get away from him for a moment.

Eric Hardy : Verona was lucky there, Ricky Johnson is very capable of making men tap and the rope may well have saved him.

Willy Carter : I am bored of this match now.

{ Johnson lifts himself up and kicks Verona in the back to send him back down to the mat before he looks to the corner of the ring. Walking over slowly Ricky begins his climb to the top rope as Verona begins to stir a few feet away. Picking his spot Ricky jumps into the air and lands a hard drop kick to Verona which sends him right back down. Ricky goes for the pin 1….2….NO! Verona gets a shoulder up much to the displeasure of Johnson who argues with the referee for a moment before turning and planting a boot into Verona’s face. The crowd boos as Ricky looks around, only adding fuel to the fire as begins to mock them. }

Eric Hardy : Ricky flew through the air there and landed a perfectly executed dropkick to Verona’s face.

Kelly Knite : He has that in his locker, which is what makes him so deadly inside that ring. He didn’t get those shots against Awesome for nothing.

{ Finally breaking himself away from showboating Johnson turns back towards Verona who he picks up and whips against the ropes before charging towards him and hitting a spinning elbow as the camera bulbs flash across the arena. Making sure he doesn’t lose momentum Ricky jumps in the air and quickly lands a leg drop across Roberto’s throat, knocking the wind right out of him. Rick stands up and assess the situation for a moment before grabbing Roberto by the legs and dragging him into the centre of the ring. Before Roberto has an opportunity to retaliate Rick starts to lock in a texas cloverleaf, flipping Roberto over to finalise the motion. Roberto lets out a deep yelp as Johnson begins to apply pressure to his back and quickly realising he has nowhere to go Verona clenches his fists and buries his face into the mat. }

Willy Carter : Noooo!

Kelly Knite : He’s got that submission move locked in and things are looking bleak for Verona here, he hasn’t got any ropes to save him this time!

Eric Hardy : Wait a minute….

{ As Ricky begins to apply further pressure Hannah hops up onto the apron and screams at the referee who turns away from the pair in the ring to argue with the blonde who starts waving her arms around to distract the referee from the submission hold. Spotting the distraction Ricky looks up and loosens his grip which gives Verona the chance to push himself up from the mat and begin crawling towards the nearest set of ropes. Hannah spots that he work is down and simply hops back down to ringside as Johnson struggles to keep Verona grounded as the pair inch closer to the ropes as the capacity crowd eggs Roberto on as he slowly, inch by inch gets closer to the ropes. Mustering up one last push he lunges forwards and manages to get one hand to the rope as the referee begins trying to prize Johnson’s grip away from the legs of Verona. Ricky finally let’s go with a shocked look written across his face as the crowd goes crazy. }

Kelly Knite : With an assist Verona manages to get out a very sticky situation!

Willy Carter : It’s totally legal.

Eric Hardy : Nobody said it wasn’t?

Willy Carter : Shut up Hardy.

{ Staggering to his feet Verona notices that Ricky isn’t paying attention to him as he spends most of his time arguing with the referee and exploiting the opening Roberto stands up, paces over to Ricky and spins him back round. The crowd cheers as Roberto begins to lay a series of punches into Ricky who staggers backwards into the corner. Feeling the momentum building Verona steps a few paces back and charges at Ricky but he is quickly met with a wise elbow from the challenger which sends Verona staggering backwards. Seizing the moment Ricky charges at Roberto and tries to hit a clothesline but Roberto ducks and as Johnson turns around he finds himself hit with the Silencer (superkick)! Roberto leaps onto of the prone Johnson and makes the cover…. 1….2….! NO! Ricky just gets a shoulder up in the nick of time as the crowd groans in disappointment. }

Kelly Knite : Ricky almost bought himself a ticket back into this match but Verona managed to nearly break his jaw with that thunderous kick!

Eric Hardy : He calls it the Silencer, we can only pray that it shuts Ricky Johnson up for a little bit.

Willy Carter : That’s it Berto, give him another!

{ Roberto picks himself up and staring around at the crowd he paces around the ring and starts pumping them up into a frenzy before he begins to circle Johnson who picks himself up, a hand clutching his jaw which throbs in pain. As Ricky turns he finds himself sent back down with a clotheslines but he picks himself back up he is met with an enziguri which connects with venom! As spit flies into the air Ricky’s legs collapse beneath him and he hits the mat again. The crowd is on its feet as Roberto walks towards the turnbuckles and hoists himself upwards, standing up and balancing himself. }

Eric Hardy : Roberto is looking to hit Johnson with some high risk offence here, but will it pay off?

Willy Carter : Be careful Roberto!

{ Raising a defiant fist into the air Roberto steads himself and leaps into the sky, dropping an elbow deep into the chest of Ricky Johnson! The camera’s flash as Roberto shakes a finger suggesting that he isn’t quite done yet, leaning over as he waits for Ricky to slowly shakes off the cobwebs. When Ricky stands up Verona lunges forward as he goes for another Silencer but Johnson has checked him and he grabs his foot before twisting it and sending Verona down as Johnson applies an ankle lock! Thinking quickly Roberto turns over and lands a boot into Ricky’s face which sends him stumbling backwards. Lifting himself up Roberto turns and runs towards the rope and just as he does so Ricky does the same, both men charging furiously towards one another. As they approach each hoists out an arm and the pair clash with a double clothesline which sends them both crashing hard to the mat as the crowd emits a groan at the sickening clash. }

Eric Hardy : Did you see their heads bounce off of the mat!? That was a hard collision between those two men there and neither are looking too good after that.

Kelly Knite : They both had the same idea and neither man were able to pull out in time and duck under the clothesline and they’ve paid the price!

Willy Carter : I hope Roberto is OK!

Kelly Knite : You’re not shy about your bias are you Willy?

{ The crowd begins to will Roberto to his feet as they chant his name but neither man is looking like they are ready to get up, despite the wishes of the audience. Moments pass until both men starts to stir, but neither are getting up quickly as the referee goes back and forth between the pair to check on their status as they both clamber towards the nearest set of ropes to seek some sort of leverage to help get them to their feet. The crowd begin to clap to help encourage Verona to his feet but as he finally reaches the top rope Ricky also does the same as neither man gains an advantage over the other. }

Kelly Knite : Both men are on their feet but who is going to take advantage of the situation?

Eric Hardy : The crowd are behind Verona, but nothing is certain yet.

{ Roberto staggers towards Ricky who seems to have shaken off the cobwebs soonest as he marches towards the champion. Roberto looks up but before he can do anything Ricky grabs him and swiftly hits the Any Questions? On Verona! Wasting no time Ricky springs over Verona and climbs the turnbuckle and with only one quick glance over his should he leaps and lands a Burn Out on Roberto! Spotting his chance he hooks the leg and makes the cover. 1…..2….}

Kelly Knite What a series of moves from Johnson!

Eric Hardy : We could be seeing the end of Verona’s title reign right here!

Willy Carter : Nooooo!

{ ….3!!!! Ricky Johnson is the NEW National champion! Lifting himself up whilst clutching his ribs he has his hand raises by the referee as the crowd pour down boos on the new champion who has spoiled the return of the hometown hero much to the capacity crowd displease. Ricky, however, doesn’t care about that. }

Eric Hardy : We have a new champion after a furious encounter here in Chicago and in the end it was Ricky Johnson who had enough in the locker to win here today.

Kelly Knite : I must say I am surprised, not by the fact he won but the fact this audience hasn’t stormed the ring as they’re baying for blood!

Willy Carter : Roberto…..

{ Ricky Johnson drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring, making a hasty retreat as Verona is on his feet in the ring pumping up the Chicago crowd again when suddenly “Unleashed” by EPICA blares out of the PA system, causing him to turn suddenly and stare down the ramp to see the figure of Bob Pooler emerging from behind the curtains. Verona looks confused as Bob stares at Verona whilst making his way ominously down to the ring, ignoring the crowd who throw boos down at him. }

Kelly Knite : Bob Pooler!?

Eric Hardy : Remember Kelly, he returned earlier this evening and he said he had a message to deliver Verona from your father that he received moments before his attack.

Willy Carter : Somebody wheel this fool out of here!

{ Verona steps back and turns to Hannah, motioning for her to get well out of the way as Pooler climbs the ring steps, snatching a microphone from the hands of a member of crew before climbing though the ropes. Roberto stands in one corner as Pooler makes his way to the middle of the ring and raises the microphone to his lips. As he prepares to speak the crowd boo loudly, causing him to pause and look around before looking back at Roberto who has bent down to collect a microphone of his own. }

Bob Pooler : What’s the matter Roberto, wasn’t expecting to see me so soon?

Roberto Verona : Listen Pooler, if you have something to say just spit out.

{ Bob smiles, looking at the mat before pacing a few steps forward, staring intently at Verona. }

Bob Pooler : Four weeks ago, just moments before he was attacked I received a phone call from the CEO of NCW, Leonard Fox requesting my help in dealing with a little…..problem. As you can imagine, as a loyal company man who has bent over backwards to please this organisation I was more than happy to oblige Mr Fox. He told me that despite his best efforts, he still couldn’t get rid of you and that next time, he absolutely could not fail.

Roberto Verona : So you’re here to do the old man’s dirty work huh Pooler, just another one of his pawns. Does Leonard never learn? I am going absolutely nowhere and there isn’t a *** damn thing that spineless son of a bitch can do about it.

{ The crowd erupts as Verona steps forward, leaving very little room between the two men as Bob Pooler begins to laugh, running a palm over his face before raising the microphone back to his lips. }

Bob Pooler : I had a feeling you might say that Roberto and to be honest I didn’t think I could simply ask you to walk out of NCW and never look back. You’re too stupid to do what’s best for yourself. So it looks like we may have to….negotiate in a manner of speaking.

Roberto Verona : Be my guest Pooler, but when you pick up your teeth and you go back to the candle light vigil at your paymaster’s side and pray for him to open his eyes just one more time, then send him this message….

{ Roberto takes a step forward and gets straight into Bob’s face as the crowds roars for Verona. }

Roberto Verona : Tell the stupid old fool that next time he picks somebody to do his dirty work, maybe he should do some background work on the guy he sends my way….

{ Bob Pooler smiles from ear to ear and, without saying a word he drops his microphone to the mat and in unison he thrusts a hand forward to meet Roberto’s and the pair begin to shake their hands as the crowd goes nuts. Roberto smiles as Doc suddenly appears from the backstage area, running down as quickly as he can to ring as the crowd cheer, although an air of confusion washes over the capacity crowd. }

Kelly Knite : What the hell is this? If Pooler wasn’t here to take out Verona…..

Eric Hardy : I am not sure Kelly, but I think your Dad’s plan backfired somewhat…

{ Doc slides into the ring and joins the pair as Roberto takes a few steps forward and stares straight into the camera, raising the microphone to his mouth. }

Roberto Verona : Leonard, I know you can’t hear me but I want this to be the first thing you do see when you wake up from that coma. You’ve played with your employees livelihoods like a child plays with toys and finally, they’ve had enough. You’ve risked too many men’s careers sending them out to compete with injuries that you hide from the audience and you’ve exploited them too often to make a quick buck. I am here to tell you now that for months I have been keeping your eyes firmly affixed to me whilst I rallied men behind me.

The NCW that you loved is dead and gone, when you come back all you will find is the dying embers of your corrupt regime and there will be nothing… NOTHING you can do to change what will be done in your absence.

This Union has been screwed by you and the rest of your corporate yes men for the last time. I am going to change this company for the better and I am not going to do it just for myself, but for each and every one of those guys in the back and more importantly every single person who is sat in this arena tonight and watching around the world.

The Leonard Fox Era is over, this company will burn in the fires of the Revolution and there isn’t a damn thing you, or any of your corporate lapdogs, can do about it. The change that you have made a necessity with your treatment of this roster will not be stopped, the game is over Leonard.

{ The crowd pops as Roberto throws the microphone to the floor and raises his fist in the air as both Pooler and Doc mount the turnbuckles either side of him, sporting a similar pose. The crowd continue to go wild as the camera slowly zooms in on Roberto’s face as Breaking Away suddenly flicks into static as a defiant logo fills the screen before cutting to a quick word from our sponsers. }

Steve Awesome and Crystal Hilton
It's the big day, Steve Awesome couldn't wait and he and his lovely bride to be Crystal Hilton will be tying the knot at Breaking Away. There is sure to be some objections, namely from Crystal's former husband Todd Williams, but it doesn't appear that anything will be able to stand in the way of these two star crossed lovers as they begin their life together for all NCW fans to see and enjoy.

Cut to a video package hyping up Steve Awesome vs Todd Williams.

We come back and the ring is done all in white with a giant altar on the side where the announcers sit. The side of the ring where the entrance is, the ropes have been removed. All the flowers are arranged at sitting in the altar was a priest.

Eric Hardy: Well I can't believe i'm about to say this but.....looks like were all ready to see Steve Awesome get....married!?

Willy Carter: It's get weirder everytime I say it too, but Steve really loves crystal. I think I can honestly say that here tonight. But you know Todd Williams is lurking around in the back. And besides....this is a wrestling wedding.....im just waiting for the weird stuff to happen.

Eric Hardy: Look at all the people who turned out to see this wedding in person.

The camera pans around to see quite a few people you don't see everyday. JFK and his wife, Xavior Cross and Will Washington, Kristoff Liam Bates dressed in a rather flamboyant tuxedo with a tophat and a cane, already blubbering into a hankerchief and a slew of other celebrities dressed in formal gear.

Willy Carter: Wow.....it feels like the Emmy's in here.

Eric Hardy: why would you just diss this pay per view while were live for?

Amber Ashe steps into the ring.

Amber Ashe: Ladies and gentlemen, it's time for the wedding you've all been waiting for. Betting on how long they last as a couple starts after the second I do. But to help me introduce the wedding party, I'm proud to introduce the two men with THE best mullets in the nineties......please welcome MICHAEL BOLTON and KENNY G! Singing and playing a medley of there rendition of current radio hits!”

Kenny G starts playing a flute riff and Bolton starts singing from his golden pipes.

Michael Bolton: I kissed a girl and I liked it....

The train of bridesmaids come walking first, arms locked with the groomsmen on there right. First comes Shelly Taylor-Jones walking with Andrew Jacobsen. They both eye Bolton and Kenny playing there hearts out.

Bolton: You spin my head right round right round when you go down.....

Next is Freya Kane walking with The Ace . Freya and Ace just try to ignore Kenny's blaring flute solo as they walk down to the ring and take there positions.

Bolton: shawties like a melody in my head got me feeling like...nah nah nah everyday....

and last but not least is Kelly Knite and Trent Helms! Trent stops and jams with Kenny for a second before running back to Kelly and taking his spot in the ring.

Bolton: I like to make myself believe.....that planet earth moves slowly.....

and finally the Best man and the maid of honor. Everyone already knew it was going to be Rob Diamond and Zelda Knite! Rob turns and looks at kenny and tells him to suck it, but Kenny licks his lips back at him and rob hurries up to the ring, a little freaked out by the whole thing. Amber Ashe takes her spot.

Amber Ashe: And now...for the groom.

Michael and Kenny switch over and start playing there version of full of regret by danko jones. As everyone in the arena are waiting for Steve awesome to show up but after a minute of playing.....they wonder where Steve is.

Eric Hardy: I guess Steve got cold feet?

Willy carter: What?

Everybody in the ring are just looking around like...what the hell? When suddenly his actual theme plays and they spot him on top of the ncw tron staring down as the whole crowd flips out! He points down at Michael and kenny and then slides down directly toward them on a zip line as his music continues to blare. It was only seconds before he landed when Michael and Kenny realized he wasnt going to stop and they dived out of the way. Awesome lands and a huge pyro technic display goes off and when all the smoke clears we find Steve Awesome in the kneeling position, flexing his arms and blue and green pyro rain down from the ceiling. Awesome finishes his walk down to the ring and climbs inside the ring and takes his spot when he notices everyone was staring at him.

Steve Awesome: …...what?”

Rob Diamond: was all that really nessicary?

Steve Awesome: someone had to shut those two up.

The ace; so.....you invited them to play at your wedding so you could dive bomb them from a zip line?

Steve awesome: Pretty cool right?

Andrew Jacobsen: But....how did you know Michael and Kenny would survive the pyro? That was a pretty huge explosion up there.

Steve Awesome: ….....

Steve glances at Amber and she continues.

Amber Ashe: And now the bride.

The wedding march begins to play as Crystal Hilton comes walking out looking absolutely gorgeous in her wedding dress. She walks down to the ring and climbs in and takes her spot. Steve Awesome cant take his eyes off her. The priest steps up to his podium.

Willy Carter: You know I have to admit....aside from Steve's asinine entrance.....nothing real weird has happened.

Eric Hardy: Yeah your right. P

riest: Dearly beloved we are gathered here today to unify two souls into the chains of holy matrimony. Steven Bates and Crystal Hilton. Do you two have the rings?

Steve Awesome: My son does....he is the ringbearer.

Priest: oh I bet he's a real cutie too and.....

Suddenly Andrew Jacobsen reluctantly hands steve a small pillow with a pair of rings on it.....the priest looks at jaco weird and just shakes his head before continuing.

Priest: now you can put the rings on and-

suddenly the whole arena goes dark.

Eric Hardy: It's Todd Williams!

Willy Carter: Here he comes to wreck the day!

“Yo yo yo.....cut the lights on!”

everyone is chanting for Todd but when the lights come on. Standing at the ramp is Jayson Matthews all deck out in his thug clothes and a fat bloated and drunk johnny rotten wobbling on the stage.

Jayson Matthews: Yo dawg.......this some straight bs ya feel me? Before you had all that infamous bullcrap that you be runnin with lately...all you had was us! Johnny and I....we was ya crew dawg! But now that you infamous, we don't get an invite to your wedding?

Jayson shakes his head, johnny stands in the background posing and not knowing where he is.

Jayson Matthews: Bump that noise playah, We crashing this shindig!

Eric Hardy; the Motor City Mafia are crashing steve's wedding?

Willy carter: thats not my first guest...but I knew something was gonna go down!

MCM run down to the ring and slides in. Jayson gets in the ring and Rob stops him with a kick to the balls! Jayson falls down and rolls out of the ring. Andrew stares at Johnny...waiting for him to do something....but johnny just falls over and passes out. Everybody looks around and just shrugs before the priest continues.

Priest: o....kay...Dearly beloved.were gathered here today to join two souls in holy matrimony. One Crystal Hilton and one Steve Awesome. Your uh.....son....

Priest glances at Jaco who just shrugs.

Priest: already gave us the rings so....how about we say our vows. Steve why don't you go first.

Steve pulls a piece of paper from his suit coat and begins to read.

Steve Awesome: Crystal.....I could stay awake, just to see you sleeping. Watch you smile while you are sleeping. While your far away in dreaming. I could spend my life....in this sweet surrender. Well every moment spent with you is a moment I treasure......I don't wanna-”

“Stop this crap right now!”

another todd chant as everyone looks up at the ramp and brent sampson comes running out. He hands steve a piece of paper.

Brent Sampson; you're now being sued by steven tyler. Try some different vows.

Steve Awesome: Um.....Look into my eyes. And you will see. What you mean to me. Search your heart. Search your soul. And when you find me there you'll search no more......don't tell me it's not worth tryin' for.....you can't tell me it's not worth-

Brent Sampson: thats Bryan Adams!

Steve Awesome; Can't read my, can't read my, no you can't read my poker face?

Brent Sampson: dont you have any vows that arent song lyrics?

Steve Awesome: Wake up in the morning feeling like p diddy?

Brent just shakes his head and walks away. The priest who is just getting more and more confused.tries to start again.

Priest: Dearly beloved we are gathered here to-

Crystal Hilton: Just get to the I do's already.

Priest: Is there anybody out there who objects to this two getting married?

Everybody glances up at the entrance stage waiting some kind of reaction from the tron. But nothing happens.

“Actually I have something to say....”

everyone turns there heads to notice The Ace stepping forward and everyone instantly facepalms.

The Ace: Why aren't I the best man? I've known Steve the longest. And he was the best man at my wedding! I'm just saying it doesn't make much sense. I think we should restart and let me be the best man.

Trent Hems: If anyone gets to be the best man it should be me......i got the guy a world title!

Rob Diamond: Hey shut up....im the best man so deal with it.

Steve Awesome: You cant be best man AND a groomsmen.

The Ace: Why not/ Andrew has two jobs.

Andrew Jacobsen: I didnt even want to be the ring bearer.

Zelda: Will you all shut up so we can do this already?

Kelly Knite: Seriously....

The Ace: Fine.....

Priest: so....nobody objects......well then Steve...do you take Crystal Hilton to be your lawfully wedded wife?

Steve: I do.

Priest: And do you Crystal hilton.....take Steve Bates to be your lawfully wedded husband?

Crystal: I d-oh!”

Suddenly Todd Williams comes from out of nowhere and just starts raining punches on Steve Awesome as everyone standing in the ring do there best to pull them apart but then a chant breaks out from the crowd.

LET THEM FIGHT!

All the wrestlers look around, shrug and then just let Steve and Todd go at it and they all get the hell out of dodge. Kelly Knite runs back to the booth.

Eric Hardy: Welcome back Kelly.

Kelly Knite: That was the weirdest wedding ive ever been apart of.

Willy Carter: And now all hell has broke loose!

Steve and Todd are fighting in the ring, Todd knocks over the altar and then spears Steve out to the floor from the ring where the was no ropes. Awesome lands and holds his back as Todd comes at him and drags him to his feet and pushes him up the ramp.

(Todd is giving Steve Awesome one hell of a beating and the match hasn't even begun! Punch! Punch! Punch! The crowd is getting absolutely behind him with each blow! Todd gets in Steve's face and yells “TODD MEANS BIDNESS!” and absolutely levels him with a big right! Steve hits the ground and Todd is going for broke with the crowd, doing his best to rally them!)

(Todd looks over at Steve and picks him up by his hair and begins to pull him into the backstage area! You can hear him making some mutterings about Crystal and more “bidness giving.” He stops at a closed door and hits Awesome with a couple of short elbows, just to keep him dazed...Todd grabs Awesome by the back of his pants and the back of his neck and throws him through the closed door! The door is absolutely obliterated into pieces and Steve looks like he's just been put through an absolute ringer, and the match hasn't even started! Todd walks into the room and it appears to be a small office area with a desk and a rolling chair. Suddenly, something catches Todd's eye. He pulls Steve over and sits him in the chair. He reaches onto the desk and grabs.... A very oddly familiar antique red stapler. Todd gets a sadistic grin on his face...)

“TODD! MEANS! BUSINESS....”

“...Supplies.”

(He brings the blunt end of the stapler down on Steve's head and poor Awesome is in la-la land! Todd is beside himself! He jumps on the desk and pumps his fist, almost knowing that he's got victory in his grasp and the bell hasn't even rung!)

(Todd turns himself around, just about ready to jump from the desk... but Steve has recovered! He takes the stapler... and uses it to low blow Todd! The horror has crossed Todd's face as he's realized what just happened. He falls to his knees right on the desk and Steve finally makes it to his feet, looking none too happy at the beating he's just received. Now he starts laying into Todd and is giving him some business of his own! Todd flattens out on his back and Steve drops a vicious elbow into Todd's chest, practically taking the wind out of him!)

“No, I MEAN BUSINESS!”

(Steve picks up Todd from the table and drags him out of the office, back into the backstage hallway. With a quick read of the surroundings, very much like a pro quarterback, Steve quickly drags his opposition... To the sound board. The sound control over the entire arena...)

“Skull on metal... the REAL sound of music!”

(Steve lifts Todd up by the back of his head... and drives him into the music control system! Almost immediately...)

"Countdown the days until the end of the world. We sleep while the sky is falling...(Falcons theme)"

(Todd looks absolutely glazed over as Steve looks amused...)

"After I marry your wife, I hear Falcon's got dibs on your daughter!"

(He lifts Todd's head up again! Another slam!)

"Another mission the powers have called me away. Another time to carry the colors again"

(Steve Awesome laughs hysterically at Jaco's theme playing.)

“Backpacks, hand bags and man purses on aisle four!”

(With another vicious lift, he slams Todd's head into the sound control booth...)

“It's Friday, Friday, Gotta get down on Friday! Everybody's lookin' forward...”

(Everyone knows that damn song, even Steve Awesome. With horror on his face, he slams Todd's head into the sound booth over and over again until the music comes to a quick stop! Todd finally slumps to the ground and Steve takes a quick breath to himself. You can hear fans chanting through the back...)

“THANK YOU, STEVE! THANK YOU, STEVE!”

(Steve sarcastically bows to no one or no where in particular and picks Todd back up. He holds him by the back of the neck and arm and begins to walk... right back to the ramp entrance! With a quick toss, Todd goes tumbling down the ramp way! Steve begins to confidently walk his way down the ramp, doing what he was at the beginning... soaking it all in. He holds his arms out and makes it to Todd who's just finally getting back to his feet. Steve throws a quick sucker punch to Todd's jaw and Todd slumps over again! Steve grabs him and rolls him into the ring! Steve slides in underneath the ropes and finally, the bell rings! WE HAVE A MATCH!)

Steve Awesome vs. Todd Williams
Todd Williams and Crystal Hilton have never claimed they had a perfect relationship, but when Steve Awesome entered the picture everything got thrown out the window when Crystal fell heads over heels for the Face of the Franchise. Crystal left Todd and he was forced to watch Crystal and Steve's budding romance that has now hit it's pinnacle as Crystal and Steve will marry this week on Breaking Away. Todd Williams looks to desperately break the two apart before that happens, but it seems he might be fighting a losing battle... if he can't have her, maybe he can take it out on Steve Awesome immediately after.

Eric Hardy: Well looks like this match is actually going to start now.

Kelly Knite: Steve already goes for the pin!

Willy carter: Todd kicks out at two.

Steve picks Todd up and drags him to his feet, his irish whips todd into the corner and steve goes for the stinger splash but Todd stumbles out of the way! Steve eats turnbuckle and Todd nails him with a KEEP DREAMING step up enziguri. Awesome crumbles to the mat and Todd hooks the leg 1....2.....no Steve kicks out. Steve climbs up to his feet but Todd takes him down with a leg sweep and then hits a standing moonsault. He stays down for a few seconds before kipping up to his feet and wriling up the crowd. As Steve gets up he eats more and more kicks before Todd hits a ruthless one right upside the head. Steve looks out of it and Todd points to the top rope.

Eric Hardy: He's going to the top rope! He's looking for The Nightmare!

Willy carter: These guys have fought all over the arena, this has to put Steve away!

Kelly Knite: For Crystal!

Todd leaps off with a picture perfect swanton bomb but Steve Awesome gets the knees up. Todd clutches his back in pain as Awesome slowly starts to get to his feet. Todd tries to race Steve to a standing position but as soon as he does Steve launches with the Jawbreaker!

Eric Hardy: jawbreaker superkick! Steve just turned the tides!

Kelly Knite: He's starting to feel it now!

Willy Carter: here come the five moves of doom!

Awesome catches Todd when he gets up with a heart attack, then another, and then another. He grabs Todd and locks him in the SteveVD player and wrenches him in the hold before launching him backward with a cross face chicken wing suplex! EJECTED! Todd's laying in the middle of the ring and he throws them up as the crowd yells

Crowd: Deuces

And then Steve runs to the ropes, comes back and drops down into the pretty boy elbow pose as everyone in the crowd utilizes flash photography. Steve arrogantly holds the pin and Todd kicks out at one. Awesome gets up and starts stalking Todd for the SteveKO! Todd gets up and Steve loads him up on his shoulders but Todd slips out from the back and when Steve turns around BLAM Sweet Lullaby super kick from Todd Williams. Todd wastes no time climbing the top rope and flying off with another NIGHTMARE! Todd hooks the leg 1......2.........Steve gets a foot on the ropes. Todd grabs his head and just shakes it, thinking he had the former champion of the world right there.

Eric Hardy: I honestly thought Todd had it right there.

Kelly Knite: He did....but Steve got a foot on the rope.

Willy Carter: Tough break for the toddster.

Todd pulls Steve up to his feet but he breaks lose of Todds grip, loads Todd up onto his shoulders from out of nowhere and drops him with the STEVEKO! Awesome leans back and pins him right in the middle of the ring. 1......2........Todd kicks out at freaking two and three quarters! Awesome can't believe! At this point Crystal comes wandering back down to the ring, Todd sees her and suddenly he gets something of a second wind and gets up to his feet he goes after Steve flipping him around with a headscissors. Awesome flies over across the ring and Todd follows it up with flip over leg drop! Todd is feeling it now and gets some distance so he can start setting up for the sweet lullaby super kick! He's begging Steve to get up. Steve does and Todd shoots for it but Steve dodges, kicks him and drills him head first into the ground with the EGO Check! Steve pins him with all his weight! 1.....2........Todd gets the shoulder up at 2 and 7/8ths! Awesome can't believe it.

Eric Hardy: Todd just doesnt want to give it up!

Kelly Knite: He means buisness!

Willy Carter: I never thought i'd here you say that Kelly.

Kelly Knite: Well Todd made a believer out of me here tonight!

Steve stomps Todd a few times then climbs up to the top rope. We know what he's thinking, the deadly wrath of the dragon! And Todd is just out of it from being dropped on his head. Steve leaps off and flips backward into a double foot stomp right on Todd's chest. Awesome drops down and makes the cover. 1.......2..........3!!!!!!!!

Full of Regret comes on as Crystal Hilton comes into the ring and celebrates with her fiance. She looks at Todd still trying to get up even after losing the match and Awesome just waves it off.

Steve Awesome: Thats what I thought! Who means bisness now? Get that priest in here....lets finish this wedding.

The old priest wobbles his way into the ring.

Priest: Dearly beloved we are gathered here today......

Steve Awesome: Before you die grandpa......

Priest: Do you Steve Awesome take Crystal Hilton to be your lawfully wedded wife?

Steve Awesome: Ido.

Priest: do you Crystal take Steve Bates to be your husband?

Crystal: I.....

Steve Awesome: Hold on wait.....

He walks over and grabs Todd and props him up on the ropes.

Steve Awesome: I want him to hear it for himself.....go ahead and say it babe....tell him you love me.....

Crystal looks at Todd.....then at KLB still crying in the audience.....and then at her daughter sitting in the stands....a single tear streaming down her cheek.

Steve Awesome: Say it babe! Say I do.

Crysta Hilton: I....do......n't! I Can't! I won't!

The whole place goes nuts.

Eric Hardy: Are you kidding me?

Kelly Knite: No way!

Willy Carter: I KNEW something would go down.

Steve Awesome: Crystal....what are you saying?

Crystal: I love you Steve.....but I can't marry you. I belong with Todd and my daughter....we're a family and nothing can change that.

Willy Carter: And thats where Steve's heart officially breaks.

Kelly Knite: Poor Steve just cant catch a break.

Eric Hardy: And here comes little Brittany and she wraps her arms around her mother.

Steve Awesome: You can't do this to me.....why are you doing this? I.....

Steve crumples like a sack of bricks from a super kick from Todd Williams as he celebrates with his family.

Angel vs. Lex Sense
It's going to be Angel versus Lex Sense for the third and possibly final time at Breaking Away. Lex Sense shocked the world when he became the first person to defeat Angel in the signature match he brought into NCW, The Death Cage, but Angel would get his revenge and even the series at one apiece after he recovered from his injuries. With still a lot to prove, both men are looking for a huge win here at Breaking Away.

Eric Hardy: Can you feel it in the air Kelly?

Kelly Knite: Feel what?

Eric Hardy: the absolute feelings of dread. The impending doom that is on it's way. Two giants among mortal men will take center stage in a grand battle that will be writ in blood of history books to come.

Kelly Knite: Aren't you being a little over dramatic?

Eric Hardy: No. Two men will go to war for supremacy. Will it be the returning savior or the future that proves to be the better man?

Willy Carter: I just wanna somebody get whooped up.

{The intro to "Dull Boy', by Mudvayne slowly starts up as lights begin to go out in random places of the arena until it's covered in darkness.} "All work and no play makes me a dull boy.. All work and no play makes me a dull boy.. All work and no play makes me a dull boy.. ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES ME A DULL BOY!!"

{With the final screams, pillars of fire shoot up into the air and the lights slowly come back on as Sense walks out from behind the curtain taping up his wrist while "Dull Boy" rocks the arena. Sense stares out at the audience that seem to be cheering for him. He slowly and methodically walks down the ramp. Once at ringside he stops and stares out at the audience once again with a look of determination before grabbing the top rope and pulling himself up to the apron. He checks the strength of the rope as he steps over the ropes to enter the ring. He raises his arms into the air and screams out into the crowd, waiting for Angel to make his way next..}

Kelly Knite: Is it just me, or does Lex Sense look bigger somehow?

Willy Carter: The man came back from nearly quitting with a whole different mindset. I guess we'll see if it ends up working for him in this match.

Eric Hardy: This isn't any normal match, Willy. This is a match between two men that absolutely hate each other. It's going to take more than attitude to get through this one. This is going to be epic.

{The arena lights go out and strobes begin to go off all over the arena as "Again we Rise" by Lamb of God blares through the PA system.} "RISE!!!!!!"

{The Savior X logo appears on the screen, a giant red X with the word Savior written across the center of it. A circle of fire blazes to life on the center of the stage as Angel rises out of it mimicking the Jesus pose. A wall of pyro erupts behind Angel as he steps through the fire ring, making his way down the ramp on beat with the song, behind him a burning cross replaces his entrance video. Angel reaches the ring now and runs up the steps. He looks around the arena before grabbing the top rope and leaping up and onto the turn buckle.} "Rise, again we will rise!"

{Angel throws his arms out in the "Jesus" pose again as the chorus kicks in. He jumps off the top rope and struts to the center of the ring stretching his arms out in either direction, his head bowed as the lights come back and the music fades.}

Willy Carter: Angel, since coming back has been talking about eliminating the fat from the ranks. People he claims should not be here need to watch out.

Kelly Knite: Definitely an elitist attitude but are you going to tell him to act differently? Angel is legendary for hurting people. Sense is in trouble here tonight.

Eric Hardy: Don't know about that, Kelly. There 1 in 1 in victories and this could be the deciding factor. Even so, I don't think this feud will end until one of them is no longer capable of wrestling. Angel/Sense part 3 is about to kick off.

{The ref stands between these two men and both Sense and Angel shove him away and he falls to his ass. Both men then begin to punch the other one out. Angel hits a right and then Sense hits a right of his own. The two men brawl around the ring hitting corner to corner as both men try to get the upper hand by pummeling the other. The ref finally stands and tries to inject himself in between these two monsters and gets accidentally punched twice in the face. First by Sense and then by Angel. The ref goes down lick a sack of potatoes and a look of concern appears on Lex's face as he stares down at the official. Angel capitalizes on this slight distraction by kicking Sense in between the legs! Lex keels over holding his precious as Angel hits the ropes and rebounds back with a vicious Running Spinning Neckbreaker!}

Willy Carter: A few minutes into the match and the ref is out. This is about to get out of control.

Kelly Knite: Angel is in control now after that Neckbreaker but things are just getting started.

Eric Hardy: We all knew that things were going to get out of hand when these two met. Knocked out ref = proof.

{Angel proceeds to stomp out a prone Sense. Lex tries to push Angel off of him as he stands but Angel grabs the arm and turns it into a Cross Armbar! Angel takes Sense to the mat and begins applying pressure on the arm. Sense screams out as he reaches for the ropes. There's no way he's tapping out this early and finally drags Angel to the ropes as he grabs the bottom one only there's no ref to get Angel off of him. Angel screams out a primal scream as he continues to try to break the arm. Lex has had enough and he uses the bottom rope to pull himself outside the ring. Sense stands outside as Angel tries to hold on to the Armbar inside the ring but has the hold awkwardly placed and Sense punches Angel with his free hands through the ropes and Angel lets go of the hold!}

Kelly Knite: The damage could have been done already; That move was locked in for more than a minute.

Eric Hardy: Maybe, but Sense is a man that thrives on pain. He'll recover soon enough.

Willy Carter: Don't know about that one, Eric. That arm looks to be of no use.

{Lex stumbles around at ringside trying to shake some feeling back into the arm when Angel springboards off the top rope and moonsaults to the outside where he lands almost comfortably on Sense's shoulders. Sense holds Angel up before slamming him down at ringside with a Front Slam! Angel hits the concrete hard as Sense stands and looks around for something to bash in Angel's skull with. Lex moseys on over and takes the bell from the timekeeper and prepares to make a Savior bleed.}

Eric Hardy: Sense does know this isn't an anything goes match, right?

Kelly Knite: Well, there's no ref so whose going to say otherwise?

Willy Carter: To tell you the truth, I don't think Sense cares.

{Angel is slowly getting up and Lex charges in with bell in hand but Angel rolls out of harm's way and finds a chair at the end of that roll. Sense turns around and gets cracked in the skull! Sense remains standing as the ring bell falls from his grasp and then Angel hits another chair shot that drops him to a knee! Angel smirks at a dazed Sense before cracking him with one more chair shot that damages the steel chair beyond repair! Sense is busted open as he hits the ringside floor in a heap.}

Kelly Knite: Alright, this is no longer a wrestling match. Somebody needs to stop this.

Willy Carter: Why? Mo' blood means mo' money.

Eric Hardy: Besides, this was to be expected.

{Angel climbs unto the apron. The announcer's table lays before him. He looks at Sense who is laying a puddle of his own blood and then back at the announcer's table with a sick smile. Angel climbs the turnbuckles from the outside and does a cut throat motion signaling for "Heaven's Fury". Sense finally comes to and pushes his feet under him. He stands to a stagger and Angel sees his opportunity and flies off the top turnbuckle to the outside in hopes of hitting the Top Rope Bulldog through the table but Sense once again catches him! Only this time it was in a Fireman's Carry! Sense stumbles over to the same announcer table Angel was eyeing and proceeds to drive him through it with the "Left Senseless"(Death Valley Driver)!}

Crowd: HOLY SH*T! HOLY SH*T! HOLY SH*T!

Kelly Knite: Well, there goes the Spanish announcer's table.

Willy Carter: Ah they don't need it anyway.

Eric Hardy: Still no sign of a ref and nobody is moving underneath that rubble.

{Sense is bleeding and now Angel is as well as the top of his head was driven through wood. Both men are being covered in crimson masks but Sense is the first of the two to begin inching towards the ring. Lex uses the apron to stand and then rolls back into it. He stays on the mat a little too long and Angel slingshots over the top rope with a senton across Sense! Angel gets to his feet and wipes the blood from his forehead as he reaches down and assists the much bigger Sense to his feet. Both men are barely standing as they use each other as a crutch for a second before Angel pushes Sense back and punches him in the face. Lex reciprocates in kind. This goes on for a few moments before both men simultaneously reach back for a powerful haymaker, each one connecting on the other, Rocky 2 style! Both men go down and each one rolls out of the ring on their respective sides leaving trails of blood as they do so.}

Kelly Knite: There is blood everywhere. These guys are going to kill each other.

Eric Hardy: That's what I've been saying all along.

Willy Carter: What's Sense doing here?

{Lex has had enough and reaches under the ring and pulls out a bag. A bag he himself placed there just in case. He reaches inside and pulls out a Barb Wired Gauntlet, a glove covered in barb wires. He slips it on and tries to hide it as he rolls inside of the ring not knowing that Angel was on the other side of the ring doing the same thing only pulling out a Barbed Wired Bat instead!}

Willy Carter: Is that a glove covered in barb wires?

Kelly Knite: Yup.

Eric Hardy: is that a bat covered in barb wires?

Kelly Knite: Yup. Eric and Willy: Oh no.

Kelly Knite: Yup.

{Both men try to hide their weapons from the other and they both stand and strike at the same time once again! Sense gets cracked with the barbed bat just as Angel gets punched with the barbed Gauntlet! Blood and flesh flies everywhere as both men drop to their knees, staring a hole at each other before falling to the mat, laying side by side as both puddles of blood type merge into one. The ref finally comes to and is shocked to see the bloody mess. He doesn't know what to do so he does what he does know and begins the ten count 1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... 8... 9... 10! Both men were unable to answer the count and the bell is rung!!!}

Kelly Knite: You've got to be effing kidding me! This was supposed to decide who was the better of the two.

Willy Carter: It appears both men think alike.

Eric Hardy: Disturbed minds usually do. You know what this means don't you?

Kelly Knite: Round 4?

Eric Hardy: Yup.

{EMT's rush to the ring to check on these two warriors that have unintentionally become blood brothers. There's no music and the crowd is in shock and awe at the mayhem and blood. Blood is everywhere as the arena's medical staff come out in droves to cart these two wrestler's away. With no clear winner, what will happen next? Cut to video package promoting next match.]

Eric Hardy: Alright folks. Sit back and prepare to be amazed as two powerhouses fight for the most cherished prize of this company.

Kelly Knite: It doesn't get any better than this, Eric. One man claims that the other only holds the belt because of him and now the proof will be in the pudding as only the cream will rise to the top.

Willy Carter: I just wanna see somebody get whooped up.

Curtis D. Kanyon vs. Xander Famularo*
Xander Famularo became the first person to become NCW Gladiator, Road to the Gold champion, and World Champion all in the same year and Curtis D. Kanyon believes he had a small hand in him accomplishing the feat with his “softening” up Steve Awesome the week before his and Xander's big match. CDK, one to never let something he feels he earned slip through his hands has managed to jerk his way into a title match where we will get to see if Xander had any help or not when he faced CDK one on one.

{"Ladies and Gentlemen", by Saliva hits the speakers as Curtis D. Kanyon emerges from the curtain. Obsidian cautiously walks out behind him. He pounds his chest with his fists then raises his arms in the air. He walks down to the ring, scowling at the fans. He grabs a sign from a fan in support of his opponent, and rips it in half! Curtis then climbs into the ring and goes to the turnbuckles. He climbs a turnbuckle and pounds his chest again, then screams "I'm the real f'n deal!" He points to the crowd with his hand in the shape of a gun, pulls the trigger, and yells "BANG!" He then gets down and awaits the match to start.}

Kelly Knite: Curtis D. Kanyon is one unorthodox individual. He's finally gone from crazier to crazy and he's looking for some gold to accompany him.

Eric Hardy: It's not going to be easy but Kanyon always thrives in uneasy situations.

Willy Carter: He's done it once so he could do it again. Then again, Phillip Burns was nowhere near the caliber of this man.

{"March of the Pigs", by Nine Inch Nails hits the speakers as Xander slowly appears from behind the curtain. He raises the World Title into the air before letting it fall unto his shoulder. He then walks down the ramp and steps into the ring, staring down Curtis.}

Eric Carter: You do have a point, Willy. Xander Famularo has been on one incredible roll since failing to win the tag titles.

Kelly Knite: That could have been a blessing in disguise because there is not telling where he would be now had those results been different. Xander is not losing here. I'm calling it.

Willy Carter: Now I know who I'm cheering for,... LET'S GO CDK!!

{Xander hands his title to the ref and Curtis wastes no time to blind side him with a rushing back elbow! Xander stumbles back into the corner where he is met with a vicious corner clothesline! CDK then continues to deliver multiple corner clotheslines! After about five, Curtis backs away and Xander stumbles out in a daze. Kanyon kicks Famularo in the gut and then proceeds to Powerbomb him backfirst into the turnbuckles! Xander crashes into a sit down position as Curtis beats his own chest and raises his arms into the air yelling "REAL F'N DEAL, BABY!" causing a frenzy of boos from the audience in attendance.}

Kelly Knite: I may have to eat my words. Curtis just manhandled a man that usually does the manhandling.

Willy Carter: It's a championship match, Kelly. Curtis is just doing what he has to do.

Eric Hardy: Don't count Xander out just yet. He tends to take these beatings like they give him pleasure.

{Curtis is now stomping out Xander in the corner and things are looking bleak. Kanyon grabs Xander by the arm and pulls him to his feet. Curtis pushes him up against the turnbuckles and then power whips him into the opposite corner but Xander counters with a power whip of his own! Curtis crashes against the opposing turnbuckles and comes stumbling out holding his back as Xander rushes in with a clothesline that gets countered into a Powerslam! Kanyon hooks a leg and 1... KICKOUT! Curtis stands to his feet only to drop an elbow and then hook a leg to go for the pin again and 1... KICKOUT!}

Willy Carter: Curtis is tiring Xander out with each kickout there. It takes a lot to kick a man off of you.

Kelly Knite: I don't think that's doing too much to Xander's stamina.

Eric Hardy: I have to agree with Kelly here.

{Curtis stands, pulling Xander with him. CDK takes Xander's head in between his arm and then lifts him into a Stalling Suplex position. Curtis holds Famularo up like he was a lightweight and looks to bring him down with a Stalling Jackhammer only Xander had other plans as he shifts position and comes back down to his feet taking Curtis over with a Powerful Suplex instead! Xander is a little slow to get up but he has no problem being first to his feet. XF notices CDK beginning to stand so he ensures that he gets to know the mat a little more with a solid soccer kick to the side of his head! Curtis spits up into the air and you could literally see his eyes roll to the back of his head as hits the mat like a big old brick.}

Willy Carter: That looked painful. Kanyon may be regretting getting in Xander's way here real soon.

Kelly Knite: Come on Willy? When has Kanyon ever regretted anything he's done?

Willy Carter: Good point.

{Curtis rolls out of the ring, whether from the impact of the kick or just instinct is not known. Xander is on a knee, still recovering from Kanyon's earlier assault but he quickly gets the adrenaline pumping as he stands and searches for Curtis. This is where he realizes that Kanyon's rolled out of the ring and seems to be hightailing it up the ramp.}

Eric Hardy: Xander doesn't look too happy here.

{Xander's face contorts to anger as he sees Curtis heading up the ramp, presumably to get out of the arena. Famularo slides out of the ring and runs up the ramp after him, which proves to be a mistake as Curtis turns around with a snap quick "BANG!"! Xander is laid out as CDK points to his head as if luring him out was his goal. Xander rolls down the ramp back to ringside where we realize that ref's count has reached five. Xander is in wonderland after having the wind knocked out of him but he still tries to stand to his feet with the help of the apron. This is where Curtis comes up from behind and kicks Xander's legs from under him! Xander crashes backfirst at ringside as Kanyon slides in at the count of 7... 8... 9... Curtis slides back out to break the count after realizing that a count out will not give him what he wants!}

Kelly Knite: Curtis needs to slow his role here. He almost lost sight of what's important with a count out.

Willy Carter: Hey, the man has Xander where he wants him. He's just torturing him now.

Eric Hardy: Actually, I think Curtis doesn't know what he is doing half of the time. Still, Xander is going to have a hard time getting back in this match after that BANG! he took.

{CDK picks Xander off the mat, slams his head on the steel steps for good measure and then sends him rolling back into the ring. Curtis slides in after him and pins for a 1... 2... FOOT ON THE ROPES! Kanyon hooks the leg and pins again for a 1... 2... SHOULDER UP! Curtis shows signs of frustration as he mounts Xander and rains down some heavy rights to his face. Curtis now steps off of Xander and rips him off the mat. He angrily whips him to the ropes. Famularo rebounds and Curtis goes for a clothesline but eats a big boot instead! Xander stumbles to the ropes and holds on to the top one to stop him from tumbling over them. He turns around and sees his chance to capitalize as Curtis lays on the mat in a dazed state. Xander stomps on over, lifts Curtis unto his shoulder and runs him into the corner and "Harpoons" CDK into it! Curtis rests chest first on the turnbuckles after eating turnbuckle and Xander wraps his meaty paws around his waist and takes Curtis out of the corner with a German Suplex! Xander bridges for the pin and 1... 2... 2.9KICKOUT!}

Kelly Knite: And Xander is back in this! Almost taking this match home with him.

Willy Carter: That count looked like three to me. Curtis is able to save himself after being Harpooned. That's tough.

Eric Hardy: Or stupid.

{Xander stands and leans against the turnbuckles and watches Curtis crawl over to the ropes. Kanyon uses those ropes to stand as he stares with a bit at wonder at the Son of Gib. Curtis however has something planned as he shouts "SON OF A BITCH!" from across the ring before charging full on to grapple with Famularo in an Elbow to Collar. Both men struggle for the strength advantage, dancing around in the ring until Xander takes the advantage by pushing Curtis up against the corner. Curtis is on the losing end of this strength test so he does what any normal man would do in this situation and headbutts Famularo off of him. Xander stumbles back holding his head and Curtis strikes with a page out of Xander's own book by lifting him up into a Suplex Position and then dropping him back down to the mat with the "Hatebreeder"(Orange Crush)!}

Kelly Knite: O.M.G! Did Curtis really just steal Xander's own move!?!

Willy Carter: Hell yeah he did! And this match is over. SCREW YOU KELLY!

{The crowd is booing ferociously as Curtis tells them all to shut it. Kanyon slides over for the pin and 1... 2... 2.9KICKOUT!}

Willy Carter: You've got to be kidding me?

Kelly Knite: You were saying jackass.

Willy Carter: Screw Willy?

Kelly Knite: Damn right, Xander is champion for a reason. He doesn't know the word quit.

Eric Hardy: Ain't that the truth.

{Curtis is angered at this point as he stands and gets all up on the ref's face, ordering him to ring the bell. The ref stands his ground so Curtis decides to finish this off with a trusty "BANG!". Curtis backs up and stalks his would be prey. Xander is hurt. This match has taken it's toll and if he is struck down with this spear, it could be over. Famularo is hearing the crowd chant his name as he realizes it's time to stand up or stay down. He pushes himself to his feet and Curtis sees the opening and charges in, full steam ahead and "BANG!"... NO! Xander reverses the BANG! attempt into a Tilt 'o' Whirl Backbreaker! Xander holds on and transitions that Backbreaker into the "Metal Health"(Backdrop Driver)! Xander bridges for the pin and 1... 2... 3!! Xander retains!!!}

Kelly Knite: Holy sh*t! That came out of nowhere. Xander Famularo continues his reign as top dog in this company and I am excited to see where he goes with the title.

Willy Carter: CDK was dominant throughout most of the match but Xander's never say die attitude works out for him in the end.

Eric Hardy: This is an amazing victory and the crowd seems to love this outcome.

{"March of the Pigs" hits the p.a. as Xander takes a knee and tries to recover from the brutality of the match. the ref comes over and hands him his title and raises Xander's hand as the victor of this match and the crowd goes wild.}

Kelly Knite: Thank you ladies and gentlemen for joining us tonight. We hope you enjoyed the show.

Eric Hardy: Yes indeed. Don't forget to tune in next week for the aftermath of this glorious event.
