{The pyros erupt into the air, the music is blaring and the fans are on their feet cheering their little heads off. The atmosphere is electric with anticipation right now as Breaking Away kicks off to the sounds of “Blame” by Cavo. The camera pans the crowd, captures their excited fans and the sounds of their screams. After catching some more pyrotechnic action the camera comes back around and settles on the smiling trio of Kelly, Hardy, and Willy. They wait for some of the noise to die down and hen get started on calling tonight's action.}
Kelly Knite: Welcome NCW fans, welcome to Breaking Away!
Eric Hardy: We have a great show for all you loyal fans tonight, and when I say great I mean... GREAT.
Kelly Knite: There is a lot of action tonight, a lot of matches with a lot of bad blood.
Willy Carter: And in the midst of them is our own Kelly Knite too.
Kelly Knite: Yeah... I'm a little nervous, got a cage match for you guys, but it's no biggie.
Eric Hardy: Well at least you have a godo attitude about it. However, before we can get to that, and our later matches like our main event and National title tag team match, we have to go through some fantastic title matches.
Willy Carter: And the first of them to kick off this show is going to be the Women's World title on the line, Emma's first defense as Champion!
Kelly Knite: It's going to be a tough match... Newborn is new, but she's hungry for that belt and she's ready to push Emma to the limits here tonight!
NCW Women's World Championship Match
Singles Match
Emma Danielson* vs. Trish Newborn
Emma's first defense as the ladies champion will be against relative new comer Trish Newborn in her big chance at making an impact on nCW right out of the gate.
{“King of the World” By Porcelain and The Tramps begins to play as the confident, but strong Trish Newborn makes her way from behind the curtain in a boxing-like robe. She stops and glances up at the crowd of roaring fans from either side of her chanting profane name calling. Newborn shrugs it off and begins her march down the ramp zoning out everything, and everyone to focus the task at hand as the music continues to play.
Newborn slides under the ropes and enters the ring picking herself up, and twirls around making talents to the crowd letting them, and her haters know exactly what she thinks of them; walking to the first turnbuckle she sees, and pulls herself up to raise her arms high into the heavens before met with heavy boos coming from the fans. She overlooks them as well as hops down and begins testing the ropes keeping her eye on the entrance way for her opponent at all times. }
{A piercing howl erupts from the speakers as "This Calling" kicks into gear. The fans respond with cheers as Emma Danielson walks out on stage, a deadly glare on her face and the Women's Title belt hanging over her shoulder. She looks around at the crowd, smirking briefly, before breaking into a run down the ramp. Emma jumps up onto the apron, using the ring ropes to vault into the ring proper. She brushes off the referee by handing over the belt, moving to her corner and lying in wait for the opening bell. }
Kelly Knite: Both ladies are here and look at the intensity on Neborn's face.
Eric Hardy: She's ready for this match, it's a huge opportunity for her without question.
Willy Carter: Yeah but it's a huge hurdle to, Emma Danielson is one of the hardest women in this company to fight.
Kelly Knite: She just needs to keep her eye on her goal here, don't get distracted thinking about her underdog status in this match.
{The match kicks off with Emma and Trish meeting in the middle of the ring where Emma surprises Trish with a quick jab right to the jaw. Emma hits two more quick shots, then comes at Trish with a running clothesline that sends her down. Emma keeps running, bounces off the ropes and comes back and just as Trish turns over and gets back to her feet, Emma is there with a charging shoulder block that knocks her flat on her back. Emma takes Trish by her arm and hair, pulling her back to her feet, Emma takes her and clean lifts her into the air with a military press before letter her drop, and catching her with a slam! Newborn arches her back in pain Emma steps back and kicks her hard right in the spin as she lifts up off the mat. Trish screams out in pain, but Emma is unphased as she just kicks again!}
Kelly Knite: Emma showing off her violent side early.
Willy Carter: That's how she is.. she's just going to beat you up and let you know it.
Eric Hardy: Exactly, going against Emma you might as well be prepared for a honest fight instead of a wrestling match.
{Trish rolls over and slowly makes her way back to her feet, but as soon as she's up, Emma grabs her and gives her a hard Irish whip into the corner. Trish hits back first and Danielson charges and nails the stinger splash! Trish comes staggering out of the corner trying to keep her balance while Emma steps through the tropes and climbs tot he top turnbuckle. Newborn turns around and Emma leaps off with the flying shoulder block! Emma covers 1...2.. but Trish shoves the arm up. Emma doesn't care though she grabs Trish and pulls her back to her feet. Trish staggers there trying to stay up, Emma spins around and Roaring Elbow! It sends Trish hard to the mat and the Emma fans scream out in celebration as Emma looks like she's in total control right now. Emma grabs Trish and again pulls her back up, she goes for the Irish whip and sends Newborn into the ropes, Newborn comes back and Emma catches her with her spinebuster, then flip over into a pin THE WITHDRAWAL! Referee slides into place 1...2.. but again Newborn breaks up the pin.}
Kelly Knite: Emma is in total control of this match.
Willy Carter: Has Newborn even had an offensive attack so far in this match?
Kelly Knite: I don't believe so.
Eric Hardy: Well she better think of something soon, or this match is going to be over quick.
{Emma flips Newborn away and heads towards a corner where she waits for the ambush. Newborn is slowly getting back to her feet and Emma charges she goes for the BROOKLYN HANGOVER, but Newborn ducks under it and runs to the ropes, she bounces off and comes back with a running head scissors that catches Emma when she turns around and flips her onto her back. Emma hits but is quick to get back to her feet, she is up but takes a hard toe kick right to the stomach. Emma slumps over in pain and Newborn quickly drives her into the mat with a snap DDT! Trish flips over and quickly hooks a leg to follow up 1... but Emma drives her shoulder up. Newborn isn't going to stop with that though, she grabs Emma by the hair and pulls her back to her feet. Newborn grabs Emma's arm and twists it, steps over and puts Emma into the rolling armbar!}
Eric Hardy: Newborn has that armbar locked in, in the middle of the ring. Emma could be done here.
Kelly Knite: I don't know Hardy... there is no quit in Emma, she'll do whatever it takes to get out of this hold before she'll tap out.
Eric Hardy: Yes, but Trish wants that belt.. it won't be easy to break her hold.
Willy Carter: But that's exactly what she'll have to do if she wants this.
{Trish wrenches in the hold, trying to rip Emma's arm out of her socket. Danielson however has other plans as she turns over onto her knee, she grips Trish, pulls as she gets back to her feet then slams her back down into the mat. Newborn is forces to break her hold, and Emma grabs her by both sides of the head and pulls her straight off the mat and back to her feet. Newborn fights through Emma's clutches with two quick kicks to the gut and Emma is forced to let go. Once escaped, Newborn runs and hits the ropes she comes back but... BROOKLYN HANGOVER! Emma sends her heads over heels with the shot!}
Kelly Knite: Emma hits it! The Brooklyn Hangover clothesline, full impact!
Willy Carter: Almost took Newborn's head off!
Eric Hardy: That should be all for this match.
{Emma falls to her knees and holds her arm for a second in pain before throwing herself over Newborn the referee slides in and counts 1...2...3...NO! The ref waves it off, it was only two, Newborn got the arm up!}
Willy Carter: No way! She shouldn't be able to tell you what day of the week it is after that shot!
Kelly Knite: She really wants that belt!
{Emma can't believe her eyes as she slaps the mat in anger. She grabs Newborn by the hair and forces her to her feet violently. She keeps a hold on her hair and throws her across the ring with the hair toss. Emma goes over and again rips Trish to her feet, she looks angry now, she positions her and puts Newborn down with a powerbomb laying in front of the turnbuckles, Emma points to the top rope and heads tot he apron and the fans are going crazy. Emma climps up, measures Newborn out and leaps off with the TNT corkscrew senton but Newborn rolls out of the way and Emma lands flat on her back!}
Eric Hardy: The high risk move doesn't pay off for Emma Danielson!
Kelly Knite: How did Newborn get out of the way of that!?
Eric hardy: I don't know, but Emma hit hard right there.
{Emma grabs her back in pain as she makes her way back to her feet, she has her back turned to Trish who is working her way back to her feet as well, slower than Emma though. Emma and Trish turn, Emma runs at Trish spins up in the tilt-o-whirl, and lands she goes for the BLACKOUT LEGSWEEP but Trish gives her the sharp elbow right to the temple driving her off. Newborn grabs Emma's arm, kicks her in the stomach and hits the CALIFORNIAN KISS! Newborn covers 1...2..3!}
Kelly Knite: Trish Newborn has won the Women's championship!
Eric Hardy: First match of the night and we have our first new champion!
Willy Carter: These two gave a hell of a match, shame somebody had to lose here.
{Newborn is handed the title and she raises it high above her head in the middle of the ring.}
Kelly Knite: Great job by Newborn here... she overcame the odds and won this title.
We cut to backstage, where Joe Ragnal has his back to the camera, looking about the interview area for nCw.
Joe Ragnal: Wow, so this is the interview spot. Wonder why they don't ask me over here more-
He turns his head back, noticing that the camera's on, and pivots around completely, showing the X Championship around his waist under his longcoat. He snaps off his shades and grins.
Joe Ragnal: Folks, WELCOME to Breaking Away, where Joe Ragnal has held onto the X Championships at the two-month mark. After a succesful bout against Venom on Halloween, it's been a few weeks since then, but Joe Ragnal is about to go onto succesful title defense number two.
He rolls his head about, a few crackling noises heard.
Joe Ragnal: Hugo Conway is the man to beat tonight. Relatively a newcomer to wrestling, compared to my five years experience. The odds are stacked against him, but bigger surprises have occured in wrestling, so I don't imagine him not overcoming those odds. But Hugo, as the first X Champion, all I ask of in this bout is that we put on a match of good quality. A match that showcases what the X Championship is all about. But most of all...I ask we have us some FUN, doncha think?
He winks to the camera before placing his shades back on, and walking off camera.
Eric Hardy: Up next we have the hotly contested X title match!
Kelly Knite: Joe Ragnal and Hugo Conway are both all in on this one. It should be a fantastic wrestling match.
Willy Carter: Joe’s coming into his second title defense of the title that he essentially created.
Eric Hardy: The innovator of FUN certainly could also be known as the innovator of X.

Joe Ragnal* vs. Hugo Conway
Hugo Conway impresses week in and week out with his high flying X style of wrestling, that's why at Breaking Away he gets a chance at becoming the man who dethrones the first X Champion Joe Ragnal.
{As Seaweed-Rethink plays, Hugo jogs to the ring slapping the fans' hands.}
Kelly Knite: Here’s his opponent, Hugo Conway.
Eric Hardy: Hugo has grown leaps and bounds since he first showed up here. He looks really focused for this one.
Willy Carter: There’s no denying that he’s improved, the question is – has he improved enough to beat Joe Ragnal?
{As "Violence Fetish" plays, Joe waits for the song to pick up before walking out to the crowd's cheers. He hops on the entrance ramp, pumping the crowd up heavily for his match. Joe then walks down and slaps hands with the crowd before he slides into the ring. Joe then does a kip and stands on his feet, then runs to the nearest corner, raises his fist high, and then flips off it onto his feet.}
Eric Hardy: Both men in the ring, now. Can’t wait for things to get started!
{The bell rings and both men walk slowly toward the center, each looking the other dead in the eye.}
Kelly Knite: I don’t believe I’ve ever seen Joe Ragnal this serious!
Willy Carter: The innovator of FUN isn’t playing around tonight!
{They meet in the center, and grudgingly shake hands. Hugo quickly and roughly pulls Ragnal in and says something that sets Ragnal off. Ragnal shoves Hugo hard and the two men begin to circle each other in the ring.}
Kelly Knite: Looks like Hugo may be trying to get into Ragnal’s head!
Eric Hardy: Certainly not something you’d expect from a fairly inexperienced wrestler.
Willy Carter: Hugo has been telling us that he’s come a long way, looks like he’s beginning to understand the psychology of this business!
{Ragnal recklessly lunges into a collar and elbow tie-up, and Hugo takes advantage, dodging to the side and executing a drop toe-hold. Hugo leaps straight into the air, looking for a standing shooting star press, but Ragnal rolls out of the way… but it looks like Hugo anticipated it! Hugo completes a backflip, lands on his feet, and meets Ragnal on his way to his feet with a high-elevation standing dropkick. Ragnal hits the mat hard, and rolls to the corner.}
Willy Carter: Hugo with the early offense!
Eric Hardy: Hugo is really ready for this one!
Kelly Knite: He came prepared for a fight!
{Ragnal remains seated in the turnbuckle, checking his lip for blood. Hugo takes advantage, lunging toward the corner looking for a shining wizard, but this time Ragnal is the one with the anticipation. Ragnal rolls out of the corner, and Hugo reacts by using the turnbuckle for a backflip. Hugo stumbles a bit on the landing, and Ragnal capitalizes with a running bulldog that drives Hugo’s face into the mat, hard. Ragnal pops up, and leaps into the air, looking for a standing shooting star press of his own! He connects straight across the back of Hugo. Ragnal is quick to press his advantage, bullying Hugo to his feet, and hooking him for the Ragnalrok (torture rack power-bomb)!!!}
Eric Hardy: The champ looking to end it quick!!
{Ragnal spins Conway, but Hugo is able to spin out of the move! Conway hits the mat and quickly escapes the ring through the bottom rope, holding his back in pain.}
Kelly Knite: Another veteran move by what we’ve considered to be a rookie in this business, Conway is taking a moment to stretch out his back.
Willy Carter: It may be time to re-assess the situation here.
{After a brief breather, the referee instructs Conway to get back into the ring. Hugo waves him off and continues to walk around the ring. Ragnal walks over to taunt Hugo, and Hugo hops up onto the ring apron quickly, throwing a shoulder into the midsection of Joe. Hugo slingshots himself off the top ropes and onto Ragnal’s shoulders before swinging into a huge hurrincanrana! Hugo lands rough, but is able to quickly crawl over to Ragnal for the cover!}
{1….2…kickout!}
Eric Hardy: Whoa!
Willy Carter: Where did this kid get all this from? He baited Ragnal and almost picked up a quick victory!
Kelly Knite: I think Ragnal’s probably a little shaken, I’m sure he didn’t expect to see this Conway, either!
{Conway rolls off Joe Ragnal, and is waiting near the ropes when Ragnal makes it to his feet. As Ragnal turns around to fight Conway, he turns right into a springboard spinning wheel kick that rocks Ragnal right in the side of the head! It looks like Ragnal’s out, and Conway falls on top of him for another quick cover!!!}
{1…..2…..foot on the ropes!}
Eric Hardy: Ohhh!!! Almost!
Willy Carter: Another near fall, and we were so close to having a new X Champion here tonight!
{Conway quickly rolls off Ragnal, and heads straight to the top rope! He bounces up the ropes and spins into position for the imploding 450 splash!}
Eric Hardy: This could be it! If Conway is able to hit this, the match is as good as over!
Willy Carter: We could be looking at our new X champion up there!
{With one last glance over his shoulder, Conway leaps up into the air with a high-elevation imploding 450 splash that connects! Conway covers!}
{1……2…...}
Eric Hardy: THREE!
Willy Carter: NEW CHAMPION!
Kelly Knite: NO! ONLY TWO!!
{The ref holds two fingers in the air letting everyone know that it was only a two-count! Conway looks shocked, he holds his hair in disbelief, and looks down on Ragnal who has now managed to roll onto his stomach.}
Eric Hardy: I thought it was all over there!
Willy Carter: I still can’t believe Ragnal kicked out of that! Did you see that move!
Kelly Knite: Hugo has beaten multiple opponents with that move!
Eric Hardy: I’m not sure he knows what else to do at this point!
{Conway walks around the ring, still having a hard time coming to grasps with Ragnal kicking out of the imploding 450. }
Eric Hardy: Conway can’t take too much time, here!
Kelly Knite: He still has Rags on the ropes, here! He needs to take advantage!
Willy Carter: I don’t think anyone has ever kicked out of that, before!
{Hugo eventually makes his way back to Joe Ragnal, who is beaten, and barely able to stand. Hugo bullies him to his feet, and Ragnal attempts to fight back, throwing a right hand. Conway eats it and throws a right hand of his own, followed by a high kick aimed at Ragnal’s head… but Ragnal is able to duck it! Ragnal capitalizes and sweeps Conway’s other leg, sending him to the mat. With an outburst of energy Ragnal leaps over Conway, springboards off the ropes and elevates high into the air with a lionsault that lands flush! Ragnal goes for the cover!}
{1….2..kickout!}
Eric Hardy: Ragnal trying to turn this thing around!
Kelly Knite: He’s not giving this belt up without a fight!
{Both men are slow to get up, it looks like Conway is still the fresher man, and he presses the offense with a stiff kick to the side of Joe Ragnal. Ragnal is somehow able to eat the shot, and catch the foot! He holds onto it, and Conway tries to counter with an Enziguri, but Ragnal ducks it. He stands back up and uses the leg for leverage, spinning Conway 360 degrees before nailing him with a stiff discus clothesline that sends Conway to the mat, hard!}
Eric Hardy: The champ may be running away with it, now!
Willy Carter: The momentum is definitely shifting in his favor!!
{Ragnal points to the sky and nimbly hops to the top rope! In the blink of an eye he’s perched on the top, and leaps off qith a FUN star frog splash! He lands it flush across Conway’s sternum! He momentarily rolls off before quickly crawling back into a cover!!}
{1….2…..KICKOUT!}
Eric Hardy: Neither men will give up! What will it take to end this match?
Willy Carter: These two set out to steal the show this week, and it looks like they may accomplish just that! What a war!
{Ragnal only pauses for a moment in disbelief. He quickly pulls Hugo Conway to his feet…. HUGO WITH A SMALL PACKAGE!}
{1…..2………KICKOUT!}
Eric Hardy: HUGO almost pulls a fast one on the X Champion!
Kelly Knite: So close, once again! Conway with yet another veteran maneuver!
{Ragnal explodes out of the small package, and Conway crawls for the ropes before leveraging himself to his feet. By the time he’s able to make it, Ragnal is all over him with lefts and rights. Ragnal quickly hooks up and executes a flawless “Jossed” (Gutwrench DDT). He considers covering, and then thinks better of it. He peels Conway up off the mat, hooks him, and executes a flawless “Ragnalrok” (torture rack powerbomb)!!!
Eric Hardy: The champion with a furious assault!
Willy Carter: That’s it! It’s gotta be over, here!
{Ragnal is exhausted, but somehow manages to drape an arm over Conway for the cover.}
{1…..2…….!}
Kelly Knite: THREE!
Willy Carter: RAGNAL RETAINS!
Eric Hardy: NO!!! IT WAS ONLY TWO!!
Willy Carter: What?
{This time it’s Ragnal who can’t believe that Conway was able to kickout. The ref holds two fingers up to Ragnal, assuring him that there was only a two-count.}
Eric Hardy: Only two!
{While Ragnal is looking at the ref Conway explodes with one last surge of energy, rolling up Ragnal from behind!}
{1….2……..reversed!}
{Ragnal is able to roll through, reversing into a small package of his own!}
{1……2……THREE!}
Eric Hardy: Ragnal retains!!!
Kelly Knite: That’s it! Wow!
Willy Carter: What a show from these two tonight! Both men gave everything they had!!
Eric Hardy: Joe Ragnal retains his X Championship, but not without competition! Look out for Hugo Conway in the future!
Kelly Knite: And what is it going to take for someone to take that X title from Joe Ragnal?
(The camera switches from the post-match, to inside one of the locker rooms. In the locker room, we see Ander Carvetti getting his feet taped up by Roxxxie. One of the feet already appear wrapped and she's putting the finishing touches on another. The camera gets level with the two, and Ander looks ready to go...)
Ander: Roxxxie, have you heard from Johnny at all?
(She smiles and shakes her head.)
Roxxxie: Haven't seen him.
(Ander sighs and shakes his head. He takes in a deep breath and looks at the camera.)
Ander: So it's just you and I, Blood Ties. Myself, in that ring by myself, because the two of you managed to somehow take my partner out of the game...
(Roxxxie finishes the second foot wrap and pulls out a black magic marker. She begins writing something on the taping, right where Ander's shin is.)
Ander: I want you two to know exactly what you've started. You both have filled me with nothing more than a terrible resolve to put an end to this. I'm going to put the final stamp on this encounter. I'm going to beat the both of you, even if I have to walk out there by myself and take the worst beating of my career. What you did to Johnny, I'm willing to take and more than give back ten-fold...
(Roxxxie scoots over and puts Ander's foot in her lap, positioning it so that she can write on his shin. She starts writing on that one as well.)
Ander: Alex.. Angel... First thing I'm going to do is take those titles off of you. I don't care how I have to do it, but I'm going to win those belts. I'm going to win them because that's what I came here to do, and I'm not going to lie down for anyone. And in doing that, I'm going to get my revenge. I'm going to show you all what happens when you cross The Rat Pack. You'll both learn what the difference is between being a star of nCw and being a star of this entire industry.
(Roxxxie finishes and gives Ander a nod. He smiles at her and she walks off screen. Ander looks back at the camera.)
Ander: Tonight Blood Ties, you both pay the ultimate penalty. I'm going to take your titles single-handed if need be and make sure you two never get them again. I'm going to take your spots because cowards don't deserve glory and respect, and you two have ran scared for way too long now. And finally, in the process of doing all of this, I'm gonna put one of your heads in the 3rd row of this arena...
(The camera pans back and it reveals what was written on the tape. The left shin has the initials “t.R.p.” The second, “J. H.” Ander grins, almost with a very evil intent.)
Ander:...and I'm going to get one back for Johnny.
{We head back to ringside.}
Eric Hardy: Well up next we have The Rat Pack versus Blood Ties, obviously a rematch from last month. This should be a brutal match, but potentially one-sided match, with the possibility that Carvetti could be going it alone.
Kelly Knite: Good. Serves the idiot right. He should have walked away from this match if he was going in alone.
Willy Carter: Let's get to the ring for the opening introductions!

Blood Ties* vs. The Rat Pack
Last month The Rat Pack gained a tag team title mach thanks to thier impressive early record in NCW, they fell just short but in doing so caught the attention of Angel and Jones who have made it their mission now to cleanse NCW of the people who think they "deserve something without earning it."
{“WEE-OOH-WEE-OOH-WEE-OOH...”
The sirens from “Ironside” hits over the sound system as spotlights go all over the place. At the end of the brief intro, "No Shelter" by Rage Against the Machine begins to blast over the sound systems of the arena. The spotlight begins to shine on the center of the stage and out from behind the curtain, a woman walks out, leading a man in a hooded, unfastened robe behind her....}
Amber Ashe: The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, accompanied by Roxxxie, from San Diego, California, weighing in at 180 pounds, Ander Carvetti!
Eric Hardy: Well, we have Roxxxie, but what about Ander's tag team partner?
Willy Carter: Carvetti's seriously going to do this without “Showtime” Johnny Holliday. Not a good call in my book.
Kelly Knite: Idiot.
{Carvetti lowers his hood and bounces up and down as he approaches the ring. He stops at the apron floor and does a small prayer. Roxxxie hops up on the apron and sits on the second rope and pushing up the top one, giving Ander room to enter. He climbs up and enters through the two ropes. Ander stands in his corner and starts shadow kickboxing, throwing off a few punches and kicks. Roxxxie comes up behind him and starts rubbing his shoulders and whispers something into his ear as they await the champions...}
{Stone Sour's "Unfinished" blasts over the PA as Angel and Alex Jones make their way out side to side. They stop at the entrance and hold up their NCW tag team titles so their in between them...they make their way down to the ring.}
Amber Ashe: And the opponents, at a combined weight of 440 pounds, they are the current and defending nCw World Tag Team Champions, the team of Alex Jones and Angel, Blood Ties!
Eric Hardy: And here we have an interesting pair, the first Tag Team Champions to retain their titles since Washington and Kline and only the second team since Dirty Deal's second reign to accomplish that feat. Can they make it two defenses here tonight?
{The ref looks around, and no Holliday. He waits another moment, and Alex Jones takes the moment to shout at him to start the count. Reluctantly, the ref moves to do so, but Carvetti waves him off insistently.}
Willy Carter: He's really going to do this alone. You have to admire the kid for sticking to his guns, at least!
Eric Hardy: He's going to get himself killed out there!
{Despite his protests, the timekeeper looks as though he's about to ring the bell when out of nowhere, the sound system kicks in...}
“You can run on for a long time...run on for a long time...run on for a long time...sooner or later, God'll cut you down...”
Kelly Knite: No way. No damn way.
Eric Hardy: Is he really here?!
{The lyrics of Johnny Cash hit over the sound system and the people in the ring look stunned. They look over to the ramp entrance and walking down the ramp is Johnny Holliday, dressed in his ring gear with bandaged ribs, walking down to the ring. He has a giant ****-eating grin on his face as Ander smiles and looks up, almost appearing to say “Thank You.”}
Willy Carter: He's here! It is SHOWTIME, baby! OH YEAH!
“Tell 'em that God's gonna cut 'em down...”
{Holliday slides in the ring amidst cheers from the crowd and Carvetti almost has an expression of relief on his face. Johnny then looks over at Roxxxie and mouths something to her. She grins and pulls out the magic marker. Johnny points to his ribs and tells her to write something down of which she obliges.}
Willy Carter: What's he having her write?
Kelly Knite: No clue. Nothing good, I bet.
{Roxxxie writes quickly and finishes. The words “Hit Here, Idiot.” have been written on the tape and the crowd roars its approval.}
Eric Hardy: Holliday is daring Blood Ties to try and put him out again!
Kelly Knite: Pfft. He's going to get his wish.
{Roxxxie steps out of the ring and waits at the apron floor as Carvetti and Showtime, along with Alex and Angel, decide who's going to start the match.}
Eric Hardy: So it WILL be two on two, as Johnny Holliday shows up in the nick of time!
Kelly Knite: Cut it awful close.
{It's decided that Angel will start things off against the fresher Carvetti. The two circle each other, but each time Angel moves in towards Ander, he's warded off by a stiff kick. After the third such repetition of this, he feints in, catching Carvetti's leg and flooring him with a stiff right to the jaw! Angel runs to the ropes, going for a Lionsault, but Carvetti rolls out of the way! Angel lands on his feet, and both men go for a dropkick at the same time, their heels meeting and pushing them off into their respective corners!}
Eric Hardy: That was...awkward-looking.
Willy Carter: Damn if it didn't look cool.
{Both men get to their feet, Angel tagging in Alex Jones. Holliday tags himself in over Ander's protestations and charges like a mad bull, nailing a flying forearm on Jones! He kips up, shouting at Alex to stand up, and when Jones groggily charges him, delivers a big flapjack for his troubles. Holliday stomps away at Jones, shouting angrily before going to work on the neck. He delivers a big knee drop to the neck, causing Jones to flex in pain.}
Kelly Knite: Holliday really wants to put the hurt on Alex Jones for that dumpster ride he got a few weeks ago.
{Holliday goes to the ropes, aiming to deliver a big elbow drop to the neck of Alex Jones, but he gets evaded instead. Alex stands up, delivering a stiff kick to the ribs of Holliday, who drops back to the mat in pain. Jones wails away on the bandages, making sure to place a few big kicks into the “Hit Here, Idiot” written on the bandages. He grins to himself, pulling up Holliday for a snap suplex. Alex drags him over to his corner, tagging in Angel. The two nod to each other and jump up, catching Johnny with a sandwich dropkick, compressing his ribs even further. Angel goes in for the pin. 1...2...and Holliday kicks out, though not without severe exertion on his part.}
Eric Hardy: The champions trying to isolate the injured Holliday and work those ribs over, good idea. Not that I really agree with it, but...
{Savior X picks up Holliday, whipping him across the ring and crushing him in the corner with a lariat. As he staggers out, Angel runs up top and comes back off with a flying clothesline, decking Johnny. Angel with the cover again...1...2...and Holliday gets his foot on the bottom rope! Frustrated, the Patron Saint of Bad Ass hauls Holliday to his feet, smirking at the groggy Rat Pack member before signaling to the crowd. He winds up for a spinning backfist, only for Johnny to dart out with a big left jab, followed by a right haymaker and finished with a badass somersault kick!}
Willy Carter: Oscar, Grammy, TRIPLE WHAMMY! Showtime's got some life in him yet!
{Holliday collapses on Angel for the cover. 1...and a quick kick out. Angel is the first one up, and he picks up Johnny, slinging him across his shoulders in a fireman's carry and nailing a big gutbuster. This prompts the expected reaction of agony from Holliday. Angel runs to the ropes, nailing a Lionsault this time, and grins to himself, pulling Holliday up only to be met with a jawbreaker. Angel staggers back dazed, and Holliday charges him. Savior X instinctively ducks, running for the turnbuckle and coming off with the WRATH OF GOD! Angel with the pin! 1...2...NO! Holliday barely kicks out again!}
Kelly Knite: Damn, Johnny Holliday will not quit! He's either tougher or stupider than I thought.
{Angel stands back up, waiting for Holliday to get back up before making a mocking kung-fu pose at Ander and kicking Johnny in the ribs. Holliday retaliates with a big right hook, staggering and holding his ribs. Angel fires a kick back, and Holliday staggers back, cocking back on a heel and delivering a thunderous superkick to the jaw of the former World Champion! Both men fall back onto the mat, and their tag partners desperately try to tag in, leaning over the top rope and clutching onto the tag rope.}
Eric Hardy: The match could very well be decided here. Will it be Angel or Holliday that makes the tag first? Who will be the team that snatches victory from the jaws of stalemate?
Kelly Knite: Can you snatch your job from the jaws of hackneyed commentary?
Willy Carter: BURN!
{Holliday is the one that makes it over first, but Angel gets the tag a half second after. Ander springboards in and delivers a huge missile dropkick to Jones. Keeping him off balance, he goes to Irish whip him. Jones reverses it, but Carvetti stops himself short and nails the Revolver! Ander watches Jones go down, hitting a big double stomp before moving into an unoccupied corner and making a “tuning up the band” motion. The crowd starts chanting “Olé, olé olé olé, olé, olé olé olé!” as Alex gets back to his feet, and he charges with the OLE! Ander with the cover! 1...2...and it's Jones' turn to grab the bottom rope!}
Eric Hardy: What a turn of events for the Rat Pack! Can they do it? Is it their time?
{Carvetti goes to pick up Jones, who goes for a Pele of his own! Ander dodges, and Alex rolls to his feet, coming off the ropes only to get leveled with the BOOM HEADSHOT! He slumps to the canvas after that sickening kick to the head, with Ander going for the cover! 1!}
Kelly Knite: Not this way!
{2! Angel gets in the ring but gets cut off by a Cast Cutter from Holliday!}
Eric Hardy: New champs?
{3! The ref turns and calls for the bell as the Rat Pack and their fans erupt in cheers, while simultaneously the Blood Ties fans boo loudly.}
Eric Hardy: NEW CHAMPS!
Amber Ashe: Here are your winners, and the NEW nCw World Tag Team Champions, the Rat Pack!
{The ref hands Johnny and Ander the belts, and each man climbs a turnbuckle, holding the title belts high above their heads with jubilant expressions on their faces. Roxxxie celebrates in the middle of the ring, but keeps it PG-13.}
Eric Hardy: What an incredible match, but now we move on to a match that's not about gold, but pride.
Kelly Knite: Well boys, it's been fun... but I've gotta go sneak to the back.
Willy Carter: Good luck tonight Kelly.
Eric Hardy: Well fans, as you can see by our lovely head commentator sneaking away, it's the time of the night for her match against her sister-in-law and former best friend. Zelda Knite.
Willy Carter: Don't you mean “Sidney”?
Eric Hardy: Quite honestly I'm afraid Zelda would beat me up if she heard me calling her that.
Willy Carter: You're such a wuss Hardy.
Eric hardy: No I'm smart and protecting my brittle old man bones.
Willy Carter: I guess I can't fault you there.
Cage Match
Grudge Match
Kelly Knite vs. Zelda Knite
The sisters-in-law will go at it again on Breaking Away. Zelda Knite turned her back on Kelly and her legion of Zombies when she decided her chase for the World title was more important than the people around here, and now Kelly is going to prove to Zelda that she's wrong and that it was no fluke that Kelly ended Zelda's undefeated streak.
{Kelly's Entrance.}
Amber Ashe: Entering first, from Los Angelas California, weighing in at 105 pounds... KELLY KNITE!
Willy Carter: Kelly looks intense right now...
Eric Hardy: After everything that's happened between these two women.... You can feel the intensity, something is about to blow up in our faces.
{Zelda's Entrance.}
Amber Ashe: Her opponent, from Dallas Texas, the first ever NCW Women's World champion, The Pixelated Princess... SIDNEY KNITE!
Eric Hardy: Poor Amber... she better bring a bodyguard to the parking lot after the show.
Willy Carter: I don't think Amber has anything to worry about Hardy.
Eric Hardy: You say that now, but when Amber comes up missing... you'll be seeing that I was right.
{The outside referee Johnnie Lei locks the cage door as the bell rings.}
Willy Carter: Well here we go Hardy.
Eric Hardy: Remember fans, there is no walking out the door in an NCW cage match. You have to climb out or win by pinfall or submission!
Willy Carter: Yeah there is no wussing out in NCW.
{Zelda and Kelly start off the match charging right for each other, Kelly jumps and catches Zelda with a thez press, and immediately begins driving blow after blow to Zelda's face with punches. Zelda tries to defect the blows but most of them are coming through her defenses, so she resorts to throwing her legs up, putting them under Kelly's arms and flipping Kelly back. KK turns over and right back to her feet, and Zelda flips back to hers. Kelly charges at Zelda again, this time however, Zelda catches her, throws her into the air and catches Kelly with somoan drop out of mid air! Zelda grabs Kelly by the hair and forces her back to her feet, ZK takes Kelly to the cage and throws her into the steel mesh face first. Kelly bounces off holding her face and Zelda runs to the ropes in front of Kelly's face, she bounces off and comes back, putting the running big boot right into Kelly's head! Kelly hits the mat hard holding her head, Zelda positions herself and hits the standing shooting star press. Zelda grabs a leg 1...2... but Kelly throws the arm up.}
Eric Hardy: Zelda, going with that fast paced violent style of hers already.
Willy Carter: She uses a lot of fast but hard hitting moves better than anyone I've seen.
{Zelda pulls Kelly back up and this time whips her across the ring to the corner. Kelly hits back first and lays against the turnbuckles. Zelda charges and hits Kelly with a hard running clothesline that takes Kelly off her feet and into the air, Zelda backs away turning her back to Kelly, the quickly spins around with a discus punch to Kelly's face. Zelda grabs Kelly and lifts her up into a sitting position on the top rope. Zelda grabs Kelly's head and climbs up to the top rope. She lifts and looks for the superplex but Kelly drives two quick punches to Zelda's gut and blocks the move, instead she grabs Zelda by the head, lifts her and dives off the top rope with a sitout front suplex! Zelda's head crashes into the mat then springs up, Kelly turns her over, reaches out and hooks a leg pulling it towards her, the ring referee Norman Dafoe counts 1...2... but Zelda somehow throws the arm up!}
Eric Hardy: Oh wow, I thought Kelly might have had it arleady there.
Willy Carter: You're not the only one. Kelly is the queen of those reversals.
Eric Hardy: She's very dangerous, especially just when you think you've got the match won.
{Kelly grabs Zelda by the hair and forces her back up, Kelly holds her by her raven locks then reaches back before slapping her as hard as she can. Zelda falls to a knee holding er face. Kelly backs up, runs, steps up on Zelda's knee and then drives a boot straight into Z's jaw! Kelly grabs Zelda by the waist now and forces her back up, she holds around Zelda's waist and lifts the best she can and throws Zelda back and neck first into the steel caging mesh! Zelda crashes into the cage and slides off, but falls between the ropes and the cage in, trapped there. Kelly backs up again, runs and puts a front dropkick right into Zelda's chest and stomach in that sandwiched position! Zelda screams out in pain, Keally backs up, charges and does it again! Zelda screams in pain as she holds her midsection and rolls out of her prediciment, however Kelly is there waiting for her. With Zelda on her back, Kelly grabs her by the hair and pulls her torso off the mat, Kelly puts her foot inbetween Z's shoulder blades and then smashes her face first into the mat with the curb stomp!}
Willy Carter: OWWW!
Eric Hardy: Vicious shot from Kelly t here, and this might be her chance to escape this structure.
Willy Carter: She better take advantage of it, that's all I've got to say about it.
{Kelly leaves Zelda laying face down on the mat as she goes to the other side of the ring and begins climbing up the cage. She gets her feet at the top ropes and reaches up, she grabs and goes to pull herself up, she grabs the top of the cage and tries to pull herself over, but out of nowhere, Zelda sprints over, jumps onto the top rope and springs up unto Kelly's back, she holds onto Kelly's shoulders, pulls her knees up and falls back with all her weight, pulling back and ripping Kelly off and hitting her with the lungblower! Kelly bounces off of Zelda's knees and screeches in pain as she rolls over to her face and Zelda grimaces in pain as she lays on the mat holding her back.}
Eric Hardy: Did you see that!?
Willy Carter: She almost broke Kelly's back with that move!
Eric Hardy: Looks like Zelda might be in just as much pain too with that fall, Kelly's wait pancaking her into the canvas.
{Both women lay on the mat in pain as the referee checks on them. Zelda is the first to stir and she pulls herself back to her feet using the ropes. Kelly pushes up off the mat and is back up, Zelda grabs the cage like she's about to try and climb but Kelly puts a running axe handle smash into the middle of her back. Zelda slumps over leaning against he ropes for support, Kelly takes her head and smashes it into the cage, again and again and again! Zelda lays pressed against the cage trying to catch her breath, Kelly grabs her hair and rips her off and drives her into her knee with the hail pull backbreaker! Zelda screams out in pain as she arches her back in pain. Kelly leaves Zelda on the ground as she heads towards the corner. Kelly climbs up to the top rope, she grabs the cage and looks like she's going to go up again, but Zelda comes off the ground and dives into the top rope, and Kelly falls from her standing position and splits across the top turnbuckle!}
Eric Hardy: OH! Kelly paid for that one...
Willy Carter: She should just feel lucky that she isn't a guy right now...
Eric Hardy: Yeah... would have been a bit more painful to say the least.
{Zelda goes over to Kelly and rips her off the ropes and throws her down into the tree of woe. Zelda turns around and goes to the center of the ring, she takes off running, jumps and nails a jumping drop kick into Kelly's face! Zelda rolls out of the way and Kelly rolls out of the corner onto her face. Z gets back up and grabs Kelly by her waist and forces her to her feet, she grabs Kelly and drags her to the center of the ring, she wraps her arms around Kelly's waist, lifts and hits the backdrop driver, or her father's METAL HEALTH! Zelda arches back and goes for the cover 1...2... but Kelly throws herself out of the pinfall. Zelda flips Kelly over and heads to the corner, she begins patting her knee as she squats back and waits. Kelly slowly gets back up, and Zelda takes off in a sprint, Kelly turns around and Zelda goes for the CONTRA CODE but Kelly instead shoves Zelda down onto her back! Zelda turns over and gets back up, but when she does, Kelly grabs her arm, kicks her in the stomach and then... KNITELIFE! Kelly DDT's Zelda into the mat, flips her over and covers 1...2.. but Zelda throws the arm up.}
Willy Carter: Oh Kelly was a hair away from it there.
Eric Hardy: Great reversal and counter attack by Kelly there... Zelda had her set up for the kill shot.
Willy Carter: Like we said earlier, that's when Kelly is the most dangerous... and she showed Zelda why.
{Kelly grabs Zelda up off the mat, slowly takes her towards the cage and hammer throws her into steel. Zelda bounces off, Kelly grabs her by the head, charges and throws her into the other side of the cage, Zelda bounes off, Kelly grabs her again and then runs her back to the other side! This time Kelly grabs her head and begins slamming it repeatedly into the steel mesh. KK slams her hard one more time and then begins rubbing Zelda's forehead against the steel. Finally Zelda throws a back elbow that pushes Kelly off of her, Zelda spins around for a discus punch, but Kelly ducks it, grabs Zelda and KNITES OF THE ROUND!}
Eric Hardy: Knites of the Round! Kelly hits it!
Willy Carter: This could be it, is she going to go for the pin or go over the top?
Eric Hardy: It looks like she's aiming to go over, she's got Zelda down.
Willy Carter: Might be the wise choice here.
{Kelly gets to her knees and breaths hard before standing up and reaching up onto the cage. Kelly pulls herself up and begins climbing up the cage. She keeps climbing, trying to get up as fast as she can. Zelda turns over and crawls to the ropes and cage, she reaches up and grabs the ropes and pulls herself back to her feet. Kelly is almost to the top and Zelda has to hurry to catch her. Kelly sits on the top of the cage now, she's reached the top, Zelda reaches up but can't grab a foot in time before Kelly throws her legs over. Zelda goes to the top, Kelly is climbing down but Zelda grabs a big handful of Kelly's hair as she tries to go down!}
Eric Hardy: Kelly has it! NO! Zelda grabs her by the hair!
Willy Carter: She just has to jump down!
Eric Hardy: But she can't, Zelda's got a huge handful of hair preventing her from going down!
{Zelda is laying over the top of the cage with Kelly's hair in her hands, She pulls with all her might and Kelly has no choice but climb back up to break free of the grasp. Kelly throws a punch, throws another, but Zelda still holds onto her hair and puts an elbow shot into Kelly's face. Kelly turns to her side and almost falls down but Zelda still has the hold of her hair and Kelly hangs there kicking her feet for a second, Zelda grabs Kelly under her arm and pulls her back up and tries to get her back to the other side of the cage. Kelly reaches up and grabs Zelda by the head, she puts her heels into the gaps in the mashing, pushes off and flips backwards... ANY GIVEN MOMENT! Off the cage and back into the ring!}
Willy Carter: OH MY GOD!
Eric Hardy: Holy hell! Kelly may have just killed Zelda there!
Willy Carter: She can't be feeling good after a fall like that herself! Did you see that?!
Eric Hardy: I just can't believe it, Any Given Moment from the cage!
{The fans are on their feet chanting NCW as both women lay in the ring, both down, both hurting. Kelly is the first to stir as the fans are still cheering and chanting. Kelly crawls over to Zelda and lays an arm over her chest. 1...2...3.. NO! Zelda rolls the shoulder up! Kelly falls back and grabs her face with her hands, she can't believe it.}
Eric Hardy: Zelda kicks out!
Willy Carter: Are you kidding me?
Eric Hardy: These two women... how do they expect to survive this match like this?
{Kelly rolls over onto her back, her and Zelda's chests rise and fall with heavy breathing. Kelly turns over again and begins pushing up back to her feet while Zelda remains motionless outside of staying alive. Kelly grabs Zelda's head, she's nothing but dead weight now as Kelly lifts her back to her feet Zelda just slumps forward, Kelly shoves her in the chest and pushes her back to a vertical position and CHICK KICK! Zelda falls to the ground... lifeless. Kelly hooks Zelda's legs and rolls her up into the pin 1...2... but Zelda throws the arm up again! Kelly can't believe it as she buries her face into her hands again. She pants and breaths heavily and can't believe the match isn't over.}
Willy Carter: Again!
Eric Hardy: Kelly cannot believe it...
Willy Carter: Zelda can't even stand on her own power but she's still going!
Eric Hardy: This has got to be frustrating for Kelly, she's been so close here....
Willy Carter: Just go over the cage Kelly..... you've got her down.
{Kelly gets back to her feet, she looks towards the cage, she steps to it but is stopped in her tracks by Zelda grabbing her ankle. Kelly quickly turns around and kicks Zelda square in the ribs, Zelda screams out in pain, and Kelly kicks her again. Zelda falls flat on her face and Kelly watches as she tries to get back up. KK goes to the turnbuckles and springs up to the top one. Kelly raises her arms and measures the distance. Zelda is back to her feet and Kelly leaps off with the CALIFORNICATION... but Zelda catches her holding her onto her shoulders, she throws Kelly off who flips off and lands on her feet, the moment her feet touch ground Zelda jumps up and CONTRA CODE!}
Eric Hardy: Out of nowhere! Out of nowhere she hits the Contra Code!
Willy Carter: Kelly escapes the reversal but Zelda is one step ahead of her.
{Both women are down now and unable to move, both holding their heads in pain not able to move at all. Finally Zelda stirs... she turns over and begins pushing back to her feet. She grabs the ropes and pulls herself up. She grabs the cage and begins working on climbing out, but is slow moving as she attempts to scale the cage. Kelly is back to her feet now she grabs the cage too and begins climbing up. The two ladies are racing to the top, Zelda is there first and throws her leg over sitting on the top of the cage. Kelly grabs her left ankle and stops her from going over. Kelly climbs up and throws herself up onto the cage in the sitting position. Zelda throws a punch that rocks Kelly, the another but Kelly blocks it and throws one back, the two reach out and wrestle with clamps of each other's hair, fighting for position. Finally Kelly throws her head forward and headbutts Zelda in the nose.}
Eric Hardy: There in a dangerous spot to be fighting like this...
Willy Carter: you can say that again Hardy... it's a long fall either way you go.
Eric Hardy: We've seen Zelda leap from the top of one of these before in an attempt to win.
{Zelda grabs her face and leans forward. Kelly pushes up and stands to her feet on the top of the cage, she grabs Zelda and lifts her up, she takes Z and looks to throw her back into the ring but Zelda holds her ground and refuses to be tossed in! Zelda throws an elbow back and catches Kelly in the stomach, again and again. Kelly stumbles and looks like she's going to fall but Zelda turns around and grabs her. She takes Kelly and throws her onto her shoulders? She flips forward off the cage into the ring with the rolling Samoan drop! The fans across the arena erupt as both women crash into the ring!}
Willy Carter: No...no... Kelly has been crushed.... what a fall!
Eric Hardy: Zelda Knite may have just broken our broadcast partner.
{Zelda slowly gets to her feet, she grabs Kelly's legs and locks her into the TRIFORCE! Kelly has nowhere to go and her back is smashed, she taps out almost immediately! Zelda lets go of her legs and falls to her knees, her music blares the referee comes to raise her hand, but instead she falls forward, face first into the mat from exhaustion.}
Willy Carter: Your winner... Sidney Knite.. she did it eric!
Eric Hardy: She certainly did... but it sure doesn't look like she's won a match right now. Well fans... while we clean this up, get the cage out of here and check on Kelly and Zelda we'll show a small video hyping this next match.
Technical Exhibition
Singles Match
Evan Andrews vs. Brad Kane
The best friends and Tag Team partners will look to show NCW how it's done in this Technical Exhibition to show off their skills and mutual respect, to perhaps show NCW wrestlers a thing or two.
{All of a sudden, the lights in the arena dim, and "Refuse/Resist" by Hatebreed fills the airwaves as twin columns of pyro shoot into the air. The lighting begins to return to normal as Brad Kane and Evan Andrews appear at the top of the stage with Megan and Natalie right behind them while the crowd greets their arrival with a ton of cheers. Brad smirks at this positive reaction while Evan throws his arms into the as the two begin to stroll down to the ring, slapping hands with the fans as the cheers louder with each passing second. Once they reach the ring, Evan Andrews slides under the bottom rope, while Kane motions as if to vault over the strands, before simply entering through the middle rope. The two then climb to the second rope of different corners, drink in the crowd's love for a moment, and then make their way to the corner and chat quietly among themselves, getting kisses from their wives as they then turn the attention to one another.}
Eric Hardy: Despite facing each other, both men coming out together under their tag team music. I like it. Shows the two men are united.
Willy Carter: Whatever. Wake me when this is done.
{The crowd claps as both men are hesitant to do anything to start this match here tonight. Both of them look at each other in the eye and nod. Brad comes towards Evan, already looking for that knockout kick. Evan backs away into a corner as Brad backs up himself. Now Evan comes forth, looking for an elbow to the face. Brad ducks out of the way as Andrews quickly turns around to avoid getting kicked in the back. It's clear that both men know each other here tonight. Evan goes to the middle of the ring and extends his hand up in the air, wanting a knuckle lock with Brad Kane. Brad extends his hand out as well and grips it with Evan's. They then do the same thing with their other hand. Andrews some strength to force Brad Kane down onto a knee. Brad tries to force his way back up but Evan doesn't allow him to, forcing Brad to get on both knees now. A moment passes by with both men struggling for the position as Brad suddenly hops back up to his feet and kicks at the left leg of Evan Andrews. This forces Andrews to release the knuckle lock and back away, not wanting to get his leg kicked in. The crowd claps as they two stare at each other again.}
Willy Carter: So this is what a technical exhibition is?
Eric Hardy: Mat wrestling is technical so what did you expect?
{The two lock up again, this time with the collar and elbow. Andrews once again gets the better of things to force Brad Kane in a direction, this time sending him into a corner. The ref comes over and calls for a clean break and he gets one. Andrews backs away with his hands up in the air as Brad uses the rope to stretch for a second. Andrews calls for another tie up as Brad does go into another collar and elbow tie up with him. Evan tries to force Brad backwards again but Brad fires off with another kick to that left leg of Evan Andrews which causes him to release the lock up again. Brad smirks as Evan makes sure nothing kinks up his leg this early into the match. They circle around each other as Brad shoots for a single leg takedown but Andrews doesn't allow him to. Brad spins back up to his feet as Andrews chats with a ref for a second. Evan rushes Brad but Brad catches him in a headlock takeover. Brad has a headlock cinched in as Andrews keeps his shoulder off the mat.}
Eric Hardy: I can really tell that the two of these guys have trained together. Every seems so fluid.
Willy Carter: If you like this style of wrestling. So far its just shown me nothing but why I hate this job sometimes.
(Brad keeps it on as Andrews uses leverage to scoop Brad up and tries to get his shoulders on the mat but Brad rolls through and keeps the headlock applied. The crowd claps again while Andrews fights back up to his feet. He pushes Brad off into the ropes. Brad bounces off back towards Andrews as Andrews catches him with an arm drag. Evan gets back up to his feet first as Brad stays in a seated position. He shakes his head before getting back up to his feet. He points at Andrews and chuckles before the two rush back for another collar and elbow tie up. Like the time before, Andrews forces Brad back into a corner as the ref once again calls for a clean break. Evan releases the hold as he keeps his hand up in the air but Brad fires off with a chop to Andrews's unsuspecting chest. Andrews staggers back a little as Brad switches to a few elbow strikes. Once Andrews is back into the ropes, Brad whips him towards the other set. Evan bounces back as Brad arm drags him down to the mat, holding the arm yet. Andrews gets back to his feet right away as he uses his free hand to reverse the arm lock.}
Willy Carter: Break the arm, break it!
Eric Hardy: Starting to enjoy this?
Willy Carter: Maybe!
{Finding himself in what could be a bad position, Brad quickly gets himself to the ropes as Andrews breaks the hold. However, Andrews doesn't break clean this time as he hits and elbow to the head of Brad Kane. Brad keeps himself up with the ring ropes as Evan hits two more. This time, Andrews whips Brad to the other side of the ring. Brad comes back and avoids the arm drag. While Andrews holds his arm, Brad knees him in the stomach. Evan releases the arm hold as he moves around the ring. Brad keeps his eyes on Evan as neither man has formed a real plan yet. Andrews shoots in, getting a quick headlock in without any problem from Brad. Brad tries to push him off but Evan spins behind and applies a hammerlock. Brad tries to fight out of it but Andrews just doesn't let go. Getting desperate, Brad stomps on the right foot of Andrews which forces him to release. Brad shakes out his arm as Evan doesn't look happy with the tactics Brad used to get out of the hold.}
Eric Hardy: Hey whatever works to get out of a hold that's very, very painful.
Willy Carter: Exactly.
{They circle around each other again as they once again use the collar and elbow tie up. Brad goes behind now and applies a waist lock. It doesn't take Andrews long to seperate the hands of Brad Kane and spin around one of his arms with an arm wringer. With his left arm getting pulled at, Brad tries to kick at the chest of Andrews but Andrews quickly releases before any contact is made. The crowd keeps their eyes glued to the ring as Brad just fakes a kick to get into the head of Evan Andrews. Evan tires of trying to wrestle and runs towards Brad, trying to an elbow to the face. Brad ducks out of the way as Evan stops himself before he goes sterum first into the turnbuckle. He turns around to step out of the way of a rushing Brad Kane who was trying for an elbow of his own. Andrews grabs the head of Brad who is trying to fight out of what could be an early sleeper hold. Andrews tries to lift him in the air, looking for a sleeper suplex. Brad makes sure to uses his weight to keep himself from getting dropped on his head.}
Willy Carter: Whoa, this could be a head drop city place here.
Eric Hardy: Brad is keeping himself grounded but I know Evan won't stop.
{Thinking quickly, Brad drops down with a modified chin breaker as Andrews releases the sleeper. While Andrews is staggering back, Brad rolls backwards and does a handstand before catching Andrews in a headscissors takeover! The crowd cheers as both men get back up to their feet and look at each other again in a stand off. Brad Kane and Evan Andrews go into the middle of the ring and shake hands again. Neither of them release as they use their free arms to exchange elbow strikes! Andrews uses his slight size and power advantage to get the better of the situation. He pulls on the arm of Brad, sending him back towards the ropes again. Once Brad comes back, he ducks a lariat and slides out of the ring. Brad turns around to see Andrews wanting to go for a forearm suicida. Andrews stomps on the brakes as he was caught. Brad rolls back into the ring as Evan lets him get up to a vertical base.}
Eric Hardy: That's what Andrews wants to do, to use his speed.
Willy Carter: Well that isn't what Kane wants.
{Both men are back to square one in this match as neither of them has been able to sustain an advantage. The crowd doesn't care as they love wrestling. Brad and Evan both look out to see everyone applauding them here thus far in this huge match. Evan throws his arm up into the air again, wanting to engage in the knuckle lock that saw him get the better of Brad earlier in this match here tonight. Brad shakes his head no as he knows Andrews will over power him. Brad puts his fists up towards his face, wanting to straight up fight Andrews figuring he could outlast him. Andrews shakes it off as both men are getting quite frustrated. Since neither man wants to do what the other wants, they give in to the other's demands. Brad throws his arms up in the air for a knuckle lock while Andrews wants to duke it out. The crowd claps as Brad assesses the situation first and lowers his arms before throwing out a kick that narrowly avoids the head of Evan Andrews.}
Willy Carter: And I think we're seeing this start to break down a bit.
Eric Hardy: It would appear so.
{Evan shakes it off as the two circle around each other once more. A fan heckles Brad as he turns around to jaw back. Andrews uses this to his advantage as he runs behind Brad and quickly applies a waistlock before rolling him backwards, going for an O'Connor roll up. One....Two.... Brad kicks out as he gets back up to his feet. The same fan laughs at Brad for nearly getting beaten on a "worthless roll up." This causes Andrews to make a remark at the fan himself now. Seeing his opening, Brad doesn't roll up Evan but instead dropkicks him in the back. Evan falls off to the ring apron as he gets back up. Brad rushes towards Andrews as Andrews lowers his shoulder. He flips Brad out of the ring himself but somehow, Brad lands on the ring apron along side him. The crowd claps as the two start to exchange forearms on the apron. Neither of them seem to be getting the advantage as they grab the head of one another and force it down on the apron itself. Brad and Evan both land on the floor, holding onto their face as everything has still been even up to this point.}
Eric Hardy: First one up gets the advantage.
Willy Carter: Pretty much.
{Evan is getting to his feet first, not receiving as much impact as Brad did. Andrews sees Brad on his knees and kicks him in the stomach. Brad rolls onto his back as Andrews lifts him off the floor and rolls him back into the ring. Brad holds onto his stomach as Andrews stomps on it a couple of times. As Brad rolls around on the mat, Evan thinks of his next move now that he seems to have control in this match finally. Andrews picks up Brad from the mat before spin kicking him in the stomach. Brad holds his stomach as Andrews keeps on him with a dropkick to the knee. Brad falls face first to the mat as Andrews bounces off the ropes and hits a leg drop to the back of Brad's head. Brad holds his head as Andrews gets back up to his feet and throws his arms up into the air, drawing a pretty negative reaction from the fans here tonight.}
Willy Carter: Whoa, didn't expect people to boo anyone.
Eric Hardy: I think Evan is a bit shocked by it. It won't phase him though.
{He goes back to work on Brad, picking him back up to his feet once more. This time he chops the chest of Brad before chopping it again. Before long, Andrews has unleashed the machine gun chops! Each chop comes harder then the last until Brad's chest has actually started to bleed. When Brad appears worn out, Andrews whips him into the ropes. Once Brad bounces back, Andrews leaps up into the air and dropkicks him down to the mat. Evan gets on his knees, smiling as he covers Brad. One..... Two.... The shoulder pops up off the mat as Evan goes right back to work, grabbing the hair of Brad to pull him back up to his feet. Andrews grabs Brad's head and lifts him up in the air, hitting a suplex. Brad shows some pain as Evan smirks again, showing a bit of cockiness.}
Eric Hardy: Evan Andrews knows he has Brad Kane's number, he knows it.
Willy Carter: Maybe it's why people are resenting him right now.
{Not caring to cover at the moment, Andrews stomps on the downed Brad Kane which causes a few crowd members to boo. Andrews drops the elbow on the chest of Brad Kane now as he covers. One........Two....... Another kick out by Brad as the crowd cheers. Andrews doesn't waste a single moment as he quickly puts Brad into a figure four necklock. The crowd boos as Andrews wants to slow down the pace. Brad gets out of it easily though as he flips his body over and gets out of the hold.}
Willy Carter: You can't figure four headlock Brad Kane!
Eric Hardy: ...Seriously? You just stole something people say about other people.
{Evan sits up and gets a massive kick to the face, possibly sending his teeth to the fifth row. Brad then hits a standing double stomp to the chest. Evan's air is thrust out of his body, Brad pulling his best friend up to his feet before hooking him up and dropping him flush on the head with AMG Driver! Both men are down as the ref just looks onward not doing anything of note. Both Evan and Brad are finding their way to their feet now, beginning to exchange hard elbow strikes.}
Eric Hardy: Now this is should be more people's liking.
Willy Carter: It is.
{Brad spins around and hits a BK Backfist causing Evan to hit the canvas. Kane then pulls Evan back up only to hit him with a second BK Backfist. Evan stumbles backwards into the corner now as Brad sprints in. Brad sprints towards the corner and lifts up his leg for a yakuza kick but Evan ducks down as Brad spills to the apron. Evan quickly heads out there himself as he kicks Brad in the stomach and butterflies the arms. Requiem Aeternam on the friggin' apron!}
Willy Carter: Evan killed him!
Eric Hardy: Sweet lord on a cracker I think he did.
{Evan uses the ropes to pull himself back up to his feet before falling into the ring. Brad is out on the floor while Megan comes to check on him. Even Natalie checks on Brad while Evan leans against the ropes, waiting for his partner to move. A few moments pass by as now Evan gets out of the ring and checks on Brad. Brad springs to life with a kick to the temple of Evan while on the ground before kipping up to his feet.}
Eric Hardy: He was playing possum!
Willy Carter: Now that's just taking advantage of a friendship. I love it.
{The fans are shocked to see Brad up but he staggers a bit. He rolls into the ring, laying on the mat while Evan slowly gets back in himself. Kane gets up and uses the ropes to keep himself up while Evan uses the corner. Brad walks and kicks Evan in the ribs before kicking him in the side of the head. Evan yells out loudly before hitting a backfist of his own now. Brad falls backwards now as Evan springboards off of the ropes and hits Kane with a double stomp.}
Willy Carter: Evan going back to the air now, where he loves life.
Eric Hardy: It's what he made his name on years ago.
{Now the air is drove out of Brad's lungs as Evan springboards into a senton before getting right back up and springboards into a moonsault. The people cheer loudly for the aerial assault. Evan goes for a cover but Brad cradles him into a pin instead! One....Two.....Thre.... And Evan is able to kick out of the surprise pin. Evan goes to pull Brad up but gets an elbow in the gut. Brad rises up with a european uppercut before hitting a second. With Evan out on his feet, Brad draws him in and hooks him for the Love Megan Driver. Evan is able to block and back body drop Brad to the canvas. Once Kane stands, Evan bounces off of the rope, springboards again and hits the Beginning of the End!}
Eric Hardy: And once again Evan is able to come out on top of things against Brad. Its like he has his number.
Willy Carter: I can see why Brad gave up and formed a team.
{No cover is needed right now as Evan instead goes to the top turnbuckle and readies himself. He leaps off backwards for the Terminal Velocity but Brad gets the knees up! Evan connects with those as he bounces off, gasping for air. He's on his knees as Brad jumps up to his feet and swings with his foot, going for the Killshot. That gets ducked as Evan rolls up Brad with a school boy. One....Two....Thre... Nope, Brad pops a shoulder off of the mat.}
Willy Carter: You think they know each other's big moves?
Eric Hardy: Would appear so.
{Evan pounds the mat, thinking that was it before holding his ribs. He pulls Brad up to his feet before kicking him in the head. Brad falls into the ropes, Evan drawing him in for The Executioner's Song. Brad knows it's coming and reverses that into the beginning stage of the MLK Clutch. Evan counters before it can get locked in by tossing Brad over his shoulder. Brad rolls through back to his feet as Evan grabs the arms of Brad and takes him down, looking for the St. Andrews Cross.}
Eric Hardy: I think he's got this...
Willy Carter: Looks close.
{It gets locked in! Brad is able to move his body and put all of his weight on top of Evan and his shoulders. One....Two....Thre.... Evan is forced to release the hold to keep the match alive. Both men get to their feet and wonder what the hell is this going to take. Both men have the same idea in mind, hitting a backfist on one another at the exact same moment! Neither go down. BK Backfist, Evan hits a backfist. It's an all out backfist war!}
Willy Carter: They're gonna break each other's jaws!
Eric Hardy: I can hear the impact and it's so sickening.
{Neither of them are backing down until Brad is able to put more weight into one and knock Evan out on his feet. Brad does a cut throat and pumphandles Evan. Here comes the Impending Doom but Evan is able to drop down! Brad doesn't know it until he gets rolled up into a prawn hold! One....Two...Thre... THE BELL RINGS! The crowd cheers as Evan hops up to his feet celebrating.}
Eric Hardy: EVAN WON AGAIN!
Willy Carter: Wait, I think the bell went off before the hand went down the third time...
{The ref doesn't raise the arm though as Amber Ashe's voice booms through the arena.}
Amber Ashe: This match has reached the thirty minute time limit there for it's a draw!
{The crowd kinda boos but most of them cheer for the match that was just given to them for no reason. Brad holds his head as Evan leans against the ropes. Evan helps Brad up to his feet as the two men hug in the middle of the ring. Megan and Natalie both enter the ring and hug their respective husbands as the crowd gives the two a standing ovation. Their music hits as they head out of the ring, tired and ready to head to the back and relax.}
Willy Carter: Wow, they went thirty minutes and neither of them could beat the other. This is what they wanted to show the entire time. How great they are.
Eric Hardy: I think so. Hats off to Total Eclipse for proving why they got a spot on the show against one another.
{A video plays showing Adam and Jack Manson's recent encounters and when it's over we got back to the announce table where Eric and Willy are ready to call the action along with Kelly who looks a little raggid, but here she is ready to call the action as well.}
Willy Carter: How you feeling Kelly?
Kelly Knite: I'll be fine Willy. I'll still do my job.
Eric Hardy: Great match Kelly... you were right there.
Kelly Knite: Thanks Hardy.. but lets do our job shall we?
Eric hardy: If that's what you want. This next match was originally scheduled as a street fight, but due to time constraints and insurance concerns with these two wrestlers, it's been changed to your standard one fall contest.
Grudge Fight
One Fall Match
Adam Knite vs. Jack Manson
Jack Manson made his return to NCW with much fanfare, which apparently Adam took offense to. Declaring that he was recliaming him throne, Adam Knite instigated a savage attack on the returning star and two have been at each other's throats since. Will this match be the end of this little war?
{The lights in the arena go out as the only glimmer of light is from the nCw-tron flashing the name of Adam Knite as "Faithless" by All That Remains begins to play. Adam steps out and the strobe lights begin flashing on and off as the fans begin to boo wildly.}
Amber Ashe: “The following match is scheduled for one fall….Introducing first….Hailing from Dallas, Texas….Weighing in at two hundred and sixty pounds……Adam Knite!”
{Adam makes his way to the ring as the lights come back on playing to the fans the entire way, he slides under the bottom rope and after playing to the crowd some more waits for the start of the match.}
Willy Carter: “Strap yourselves in grown folk. This one is going to get nasty.”
Eric Hardy: “No doubt about that. Adam Knite has made it his own personal mission to be the biggest dick in nCw, and I think he’s succeeding.”
Kelly Knite: “Hey! That’s the love of my life you’re talking about. You people just don’t understand genius.”
Willy Carter: “The dude has been doing some messed up stuff lately. Here’s hoping Jack Manson can get some retribution.”
{The lights in the arena dim as Marilyn Manson's "The Fight Song" plays over the arena's PA system. Red lights flicker on and off as a dark figure walks out slowly onto the top of the ramp. The tron shows images of Manson's nCw career, including his two reigns as National champion.}
Amber Ashe: “And his opponent…..From Sunderland, England……Weighing in tonight at two hundred and forty pounds…….Jack Manson!”
Manson slowly walks down the ramp, taking in the adoration of his fans. The lights are still off and only the red flashing and flickering of the light system are visible. He climbs onto the ring apron, turns round and raises his arms out.}
"FIGHT"
"FIGHT"
"FIGHT"
"FIGHT"
"FIGHT"
{With each ‘fight a red fire work shoots up from the ring posts into the air. Manson climbs under the middle rope and jogs slowly around the ring before taking oss his coat. He climbs a turnbuckle and looks around the arena, before jumping down.}
Kelly Knite: “Poor Jack Manson. He doesn’t know what he’s in for.”
Eric Hardy: “I’m sure he knows who he is stepping into the ring with and is more than prepared for the fight.”
Willy Carter: “I actually wonder if Adam is ready for Manson. He’s pissed off beyond belief. Jack is going to be super dangerous out there tonight.”
Kelly Knite: “Adam can beat anybody on any day, but this is going to be a good match nonetheless.”
{Both men converge on the center of the ring and come nose to nose. A war of words erupts in the center of the ring and referee Norman Dafoe starts the match before either can get in a cheap shot. Manson immediately fires in with a strong right hand, knocking Adam for a loop for a moment. He connects with a series of shots backing Adam into the ropes. He fires one more huge shot but Adam is able to duck it and move out from the ropes. Manson then turns around and is hit by a Clothesline from Adam, which sends him over the top rope and landing onto the apron. Manson stands up holding onto the ropes and Knite hooks him by the head in an effort to Suplex him back into the ring. Manson takes hold of the ropes and blocks the attempt before kneeing Adam in the gut, breaking the grip. Knite puts a hand on his stomach, allowing Manson to grab him by the head and walk him to the corner where he smashes his head into the top turnbuckle. Manson hops over the top rope and positions himself sitting on the top rope. Knite charges in haphazardly and is met by a boot to the face. Jack then hooks him around the head and leaps off the second rope, spinning and planting Adam with a Tornado DDT.}
Eric Hardy: “Did you hear that thud? Yowza.”
Kelly Knite: “Yowza? Are you serious? It wasn’t that great of a move.”
Eric Hardy: “It’s moves like that that cause concussions.”
Willy Carter: “Thankfully we’ve got a great medical staff to take care of our wrestlers each and every week. Leon Wesker is my homeboy.”
{Manson approaches Adam as he sits up and grasps around his face, applying a Chin Lock to the former World Champion. He tweaks at the jaw and chin, trying to wear down Knite. Adam starts to recover from the Tornado DDT and works his way to his feet as Jack still applies the hold. In an effort to break the move, Adam drops down to his backside, causing Manson’s jaw to crash into the top of his head in an inverted Jawbreaker. Jack stumbles backwards, momentarily stunned, and Knite comes forth and drills him into the mat with an Earth-shattering Spinebuster. He proceeds to put the boots to Jack, stomping all over him as he tries to recover. Knite rips the opponent off the mat and kicks him squarely in the solarplexes before hooking his leg and delivering a beautiful Perfect-Plex. He bridges the move looking for the pin. 1.…2...Jack breaks free, stopping the count. Adam isn’t deterred as he guides Manson to his feet and whips him into the turnbuckles. He follows in quickly with a running big boot, dropping Manson to the mat and nearly taking his head off in the process. Adam then bounces off the ropes and comes in viciously with another boot to the skull of the sitting Manson with the Face Wash maneuver. Jack falls over and Adam rolls out of the ring. He pulls Manson around and positions him around the ringpost and slams Manson’s knee into it. He repeats this move again before locking the legs and slapping on a Figure Four around the post!}
Willy Carter: “Look at Adam showing that nasty streak.”
Eric Hardy: “Now this is just uncalled for.”
Kelly Knite: “Adam isn’t just looking to win here. He’s trying to cripple Manson.”
Eric Hardy: “What a jerk.”
{After what seems like an eternity, Adam finally releases the hold and Jack clutches at his knee. He then grabs Jack’s legs yet again and pulls him crotch-first into the ring post. Knite slides back into the ring and pulls his opponent out of the corner and starts to rain down with closed-fisted punches. He then takes a step back and cups a hand to his ear listening to the crowd boos before bouncing off the ropes and delivering a Running Leg Drop across the throat. He senses victory is right around the corner when he hoists Manson up on his shoulders and spins him around, connecting with his signature Silent Knite maneuver. Manson writhes on the mat in pain as Adam drags him closer to the corner before heading to the apron and climbing to the top rope. He takes a moment to prepare himself before leaping off with Screaming From the Sky! Unfortunately for Kelly Knite’s favorite wrestler, Manson is able to roll out harm’s way and avoid the Swanton Bomb. Knite crashes to the ground with a hard thud and pain instantly begins to shoot through his back. Both men are up slowly with Manson getting the first strike with a jab to the chin. Adam swings wildly with a punch of his own but it’s ducked and Jack connects with another jab. He nails Adam with a cross punch and then completes his Muay Thai Combo with a strong kick to the outside of Adam’s leg, dropping him to a knee. Manson hooks Adam’s head and he lifts Adam over his head with a Stalling Vertical Suplex. Suddenly mid-Suplex, Manson’s knee can’t handle the extra weight and they collapse to the canvas. This gives Adam a chance to recover as Manson favors his knee which is still feeling the effects of the earlier assault on the ring post. Adam slowly moves over and guides Manson to his feet. He taunts the near-crippled opponent for just a moment too long, as Manson pushes him back and hits a Whiplash Roundhouse Kick out of nowhere! Adam falls to the mat and Jack falls on top of him looking for the unintentional pin. 1.….2.…..Adam gets the shoulder up!}
Kelly Knite: “Damn it. That kick nearly took his head off!”
Willy Carter: “Ha-ha. That’s what he gets for getting too cocky.”
Eric Hardy: “He’s just lucky he kicked out of that one. I thought it was over.”
Kelly Knite: “Shut up douchebags.”
{Manson, feeling the desperation, crawls quickly back on the pin. 1.….2...Knite gets the shoulder up again. Manson pounds away with forearm shots to the sternum and back as he tries to get away. Jack pulls Adam to his feet and positions himself behind. He shoots his arms up under Knite’s and looks to hooks the head in a Full Nelson. Knite slips out and behind Manson, grappling his waist and sending him through the air with a Release German Suplex. Manson manages to turn in mid-air and land on his feet, but the force of landing, buckles his knee yet again and he loses his balance. Adam turns around and drills him in the mush with a Perfect Dark Superkick! Jack falls to the mat from the knockout blow and lies motionless on the canvas. Knite pulls Manson to his knees in a Gutwrench. He powers the opponent up and looks for the Gutwrench Powerbomb. As the Powerbomb takes place, Jack has the presence of mind to turn it into a Hurricanrana through the ropes! Adam hits the ring apron and falls to the arena floor. The crowd goes bonkers as both men slowly recover. Jack is up first and he steadies himself using the ropes, while keeping an eye on Knite. As Adam gets to his feet, Jack uses the top rope to propel himself over with a High Cross Body, taking him down.}
Eric Hardy: “Jack Manson risking life and limb for the victory.”
Willy Carter: “These two guys flat out don’t like each other. This is about more than a win.”
Kelly Knite: “That’s right. Manson wants to hurt my husband. What a dick.”
Eric Hardy: “He wants to hurt Adam as much as Adam wants to hurt him.”
{The audience is stomping and clapping, trying to get Manson fired up and back to a vertical base. He finally does and helps Adam to his feet, pulling him over to the ringside steps. He slams Adam’s head into the steps before rolling him back into the ring. Manson pulls himself up onto the apron using the ropes. His busted knee is really affecting his movements, and that crash on the floor didn’t help any. He waits as Adam gets to his feet and then tries to springboard onto him. Knite ducks out of the way Manson lands on his feet in a painful way. Knite dives in with a Chop Block to the back of the injured knee, taking him down to the mat. He has a disturbed look in his eye as he grabs Manson by the leg and looks for A Restless Knite! Jack tries to kick him away with the free leg, but Adam is relentless as he attempts to turn him over. Manson drags himself to the ropes, trying to avoid the hold. The referee counts to 4 and Adam has to let go, but he moves quickly back to the leg. Manson kicks him in the shin, fending him off long enough to get up. Jack pulls himself up and kicks Knite in the shin again before managing to lift him up….Reverse Tiger Driver! The crowd nearly takes the roof off of the building as Manson slowly crawls into the cover. 1.……2.…..Adam gets the shoulder up!}
Kelly Knite: “Phew.”
Eric Hardy: “I thought he had the win there! He was so close.”
Willy Carter: “Adam is a fighter. There was no way he was going down that easily.”
Kelly Knite: “You’ve got that right Willy.”
{Jack is beside himself for a moment, shocked that he has to continue fighting, but he quickly regains his composure. He takes the point of his boot and drives it in the small of Knite’s back with a big kick. Manson then grabs Adam’s arm and brings him to his feet, where Adam shocks him with Knites of the Round! Adam’s arm is draped over Manson and Norman Dafoe counts the pin. 1.…..2.…..Manson throws the shoulder up! Knite gets to his feet and begins screaming at the referee that it was a three count but the ref won't here any of it. The fans begin booing as... DDK comes running out from the back!?}
Eric Hardy: What in the hell is he doing out here?!
{DDK slides into the ring, Adam decks the referee and as Manson is standing back up DDK charges him with clothesline from hell!}
Kelly Knite: What the....
Willy Carter: I can't believe this... come on.
{Adam smiles as the fans are booing wildly around ringside. He pulls Manson up off his feet and lifts him into the electric chair, DDK climbs the turnbuckles and stands on the top rope, Adam throws Manson up as DDK leaps off and Mid air BANG!}
Eric Hardy: That is disgusting they just broke Jack manson in half and I'm pretty sure you can count this as a DQ for Knite as soon as the referee regains consciousness!
Willy Carter: What a sick move....
Kelly Knite: I guess you could call that... the Mile High Club....
Eric Hardy: Oh good grief.... there were in on this the whole time.. random attacks....
Willy Carter: Told you from the beginning Hardy.
{Adam and DDK look down at the fallen Manson and hold up each other's arms, victorious in their little game.}
Eric Hardy: I can't stand looking at these two right now.. lets get to the next match video and forget this for a while.
{Video plays and shows the Nightmare cage pieces being lowered from the rafters and being assembled together by the ring crew.}
Eric Hardy: Now.. we come to an event that can make anyone's heart race, palms sweat, and skin pale..
Kelly Knite: And that's just Eric when Emma Danielson walks into the room...
Eric Hardy: Hey!
Willy Carter: Don't deny it, Hardy.
Eric Hardy: We all know I have a thing for the Cat...
Kelly Knite: Uhhh what was that Eric?
Eric Hardy: Nothing...
Kelly Knite: Let's just get to the ring.
Nightmare Cage Match
Grudge Match
Gabriel Karras vs. Maniac vs. Joe Everyman vs. Lex Sense
This huge match between these four men will take place in this demonic structore.. "The Nightmare Cage", where the winner might just be the only man left standing.
{Nightmare by Avenged Sevenfold starts blasting over the PA system. Pyros are going off on the stage all over the place. Joe Everyman and Maria Williams then comes out onto the stage. Joe walks down the ramp while holding his arms up towards the crowd. Joe then comes to the end of the ramp and does a standing jump onto the apron. Joe then climbs into the ring through the ropes and looks around in the crowd and hold up his arm. Then loud blue pyros shoot from the ring posts. Joe then stands and waits.}
Eric Hardy: And to think.. if Everyman had just been a better husband, he might not be here now.
Kelly Knite: We all can't have the gems..
Willy Carter: Nice of you to point that out for the twentieth time tonight, Kelly.
Kelly Knite: My pleasure Willy.
{"Purity" by Slipknot breaks the silence of the crowd and plunges them into total darkness. They go straight to booing as a single strobe light lights up the stage where Maniac now stands. He looks from side to side before taking that first step forward which is followed by arches of flames and pyro erupting out of either side of the ramp as he walks down the center, flames all around him. He reaches the ring and the flames stop as he grabs the ropes and pulls himself up onto the apron then steps over the top rope. He stands in the center of the ring and looks around the arena, taking in the scene as the fans just continue booing him.}
You all stare, but you'll never see
There is something inside me
You all stare, but you'll never see
There is something inside me
You all stare, but you'll never see
There is something inside me
You all stare, but you'll never see
There is something in you I DESPISE!
{The music fades, the house lights return and Maniac slowly takes his corner and waits.}
Eric Hardy: There's the nutzo former general manager..
Willy Carter: And you've offended the entire nutzo community by using the word nutzo.
Eric Hardy: Pot. Kettle. Black.
{The opening riff to Lamb of God's "Walk with me in Hell" plays. Karras makes his way out to the ramp, without Desiree at his side. He kneels down, and prays as the song bridges, then when it explodes into the main act he's on his feet, walking to the ring. He sets the bible down on the ringsteps and climbs in. He kneels in the ring corner, placing the bible down, then slamming his fist into it as he mouths more words of prayer. Then he stands, and turns to face the center of the ring.}
Eric Hardy: There's the crazy priest..
Kelly Knite: Geez, this match is chock full of basket cases, isn't it?
Eric Hardy: For this match, it kinda has to be.
{The lights go out and in a deep, menacing British accent the audience hears, "I am the future". Black lights then illuminate the scene to reveal the fog that has covered the arena as Tool's "Vicarious" begins to play. The song's intro is accompanied by images of war, destruction and death being shown on the big screen. Slowly on the platform, a man wearing a grimy, gray black duster coat with a white soiled hooded sweater underneath, is raised from underground. As the intro dies out, Sense is revealed, with his head hooded and arms in the shape of an x across his chest holding his belt. He then raises his arms with the belt in hand as pillars of fire sprout from the floor, one following the other, across the stage. As Tool's "Vicarious" explodes with guitar riffs, bass note and drums, Sense slowly heads to the ring. Dragging the belt.}
"Eye on the TV
Cause tragedy thrills me
Whatever flavor
It happens to be"
{His head down and walking with a purpose as some of the audience boos and others cheer, he strips off his coat and sweater.}
"Like:
"Killed by the husband"
"Drowned by the ocean"
"Shot by his own son"
"She used a poison in his tea
And kissed him goodbye"
That's my kind of story.
It's no fun 'til someone dies"
{All are in shock as they see the face of a man that is here to lay waste to all that confront him. As Tool's front man Maynard sings on, Sense enters the ring, foot over rope style, and the size of this behemoth is made perfectly clear as all the lights then come on.}
"Don't look at me like
I am a monster
Frown out your one face
But with the other
Stare like a junkie
Into the TV
Stare like a zombie
While the mother holds her child,
Watches him die
Hands to the sky crying,
"Why, oh why!"
{He stands still in silence in the middle of the ring raising both arms, showing off the championship belt to the audience, mouthing the words to the chorus of Vicarious. }
"Cause I need to watch things die
From a distance
Vicariously, I
Live while the whole world dies
You all need it too - don't lie.
Eric Hardy: Well, everybody is in the ring, and they haven't managed to start fighting yet.. time to lower the cage.
{The Nightmare Cage slowly lowers down over the ring, the four men just staring at one another, waiting for the chance to begin.}
Eric Hardy: The cell itself is wrapped in barbed wire and broken glass.. the walls are covered with all manners of weapons from simple steel chairs to I think that's a shovel in there...
Kelly Knite: Not your average everyday party items.
Willy Carter: Depends on your type of party.
Kelly Knite: Pretending you didn't say that.
{The Cell is lowered and the bell rings. Everyman breaks the stalemate, running at Karras and unloading all his pent up rage in the form of rights and lefts. Karras is backed into the corner, trying to fend off Everyman. Maniac grabs Everyman and throws him back with a release German Suplex, only to grab Karras himself and wrap both hands around his neck, pressing him further into the corner with a choke. Everyman is up, running across the ring and driving a dropkick into the back of Maniac. Maniac breaks his hold on Karras, but only to slowly turn and face Everyman. Joe motions for Maniac to stand aside, but Maniac's hand shoots out and grabs Joe by his throat. Everyman attacks Maniac, trying to break his iron grip. Karras recovers, hopping onto the second rope and leaping off, grabbing both men on the way down to nail a dual facebuster.}
Eric Hardy: I didn't expect much actual mat wrestling, just a slugfest, and on that score it hasn't disapointed.
Willy Carter: Lex has been waiting with a patient smile, what do you think the strategy is?
Kelly Knite: Wait for the chance to get in there and cause as much mayhem as possible.
{Lex charges forward, driving a boot into the head of Karras as he stands up. Karras drops to one knee, dazed, and Sense picks him up in a gutwrench and drops him in a powerbomb on top of Everyman. Maniac is up, and he and Lex begin exchanging right hands, neither giving at inch. Everyman is up, clubbing Maniac in the back, sending both he and Lex against the ropes. Maniac stumbles back and Joe grabs him to nail a side russian leg sweep. Lex held the ropes to stop himself, and now charges forward sending Everyman spinning around with a lariat. Lex continues across the ring, aiming for Maniac this time, but Karras meets him halfway with a spinebuster.}
Eric Hardy: This is getting brutal.. and nobodys even touched a weapon yet.
Kelly Knite: When that happens, look out.
Willy Carter: I, for one, can't wait...
Eric Hardy: You would...
{Karras is up, only to be grabbed by Maniac and thrown violently into the side of the cage. Karras bounces off the cage, his hands getting cut on the broken glass and barbed wire, but he has little time to think about that when Maniac grabs him and nails a hard backbreaker. He holds Karras over the knee, and Everyman comes over and nails a diving leg drop onto Karras as well. Everyman goes to pick up Karras, but Maniac nails an axehandle and he stops. Maniac grabs Everyman and sets up to nail a russian leg sweep, but Lex has a chair from the wall, and plants it across the back of Maniac. Maniac releases the hold, and Everyman turns to take a chair shot right to the face. Everyman falls over, and Lex drops the chair on the mat, and slams Maniac down on it with a reverse DDT right onto the chair.}
Eric Hardy: Now the weapons come into play...
Kelly Knite: And things only go downhill from here..
{Lex turns to Karras, who's getting to his feet. Lex charges, but Karras side steps, assisting Lex into slamming into the cell wall. The wire and glass cut into him, but he doesn't seem to care one bit. Karras grabs him around the waist, but Everyman is up, getting into the fray. But Karras moves and Everyman slams into Lex, and then Karras grabs both men and in a surge of inhuman strength German suplexes them both. Karras is up, but Maniac is right there, trading right hands with the priest. Karras gets the upper hand, nailing a kick to the gut, then scoop slamming Maniac. Karras reaches up, and takes a trash can lid off the wall, then stepping up on the second rope, leaping off and driving the lid onto the chest of Maniac with a knee drop.}
Eric Hardy: The more time passes, the worse this gets..
Kelly Knite: Listen to this crowd.. they can't get enough.
{Karras stands up, holding the can lid, only to turn and have it blast back into his face from an Everyman dropkick. Everyman takes the chair, and slides it under Karras, then takes a second chair down from the wall and places it on top of him. He then runs for a diving senton, but Lex meets him halfway, picking him up instead and planting him down on top of Karras with a high rise spinebuster. Lex turns and walks over to Maniac, picking him up and walking him toward the wall. He slams Maniac face first into the wall, then again, and again. The scalpline over Maniac's mask has begun to bleed. Lex goes to slam Maniac again, but Maniac places a hand on the wall to stop it, cutting his hand in the process. Maniac elbows Lex in the face, then grabs him by the legs, and catapults him face first into the wall, also cutting him open.}
Eric Hardy: Seems like nearly everyone is bleeding..
Kelly Knite: Someone get a mop, this is getting messy..
Willy Carter: ....Why are you looking at me?
Eric Hardy: No reason.
{Lex stumbles, right into the arms of Maniac, who picks him up and hurls him against the wall with a Sudden Impact F-5! Everyman is up, ducking a Maniac clothesline, and shoving him hard against the wall. Maniac's arm slides into the hole, cutting him deeply, and getting him stuck. Maniac is trying to free his arm, while Everyman grabs Karras, kicks him in the gut, gives him a middle finger, then nails a beautiful twist of fate, right onto a chair on the mat.}
Eric Hardy: Everyman showing exactly what he thinks of the priest.
Kelly Knite: You have your wife stolen and see how you feel.
Eric Hardy: ...Right.. stolen.. sure..
{Everyman climbs the ropes, ready to come down with a swanton on Karras. Maniac manages to pull his arm free, his arm a sleeve of blood and torn flesh. Everyman leaps off, but right into the waiting arms of Maniac, who throws him chest first into the wall. Everyman rolls away, holding his bleeding chest. Maniac reaches down, grabbing Karras by his neck, and hauling him to his feet. He stares him dead in the face, then hoists him into the air, slamming him down on the steel chair. He places a boot over the priests chest. 1.....2....3!!!}
Eric Hardy: Maniac wins! He survived the cage of nightmares against three of the most violent men in the business!
Kelly Knite: But.. at what cost..? He's bleeding really bad...
Willy Carter: And what of Rayne.. I don't think this is over...
{The cage raises, and everybody in one way or another walks away. Everyman shrugging off medical attention. Lex Sense pushing them away as well. Maniac has Gabriel's bible in hand, and is ripping pages from it, letting them fall onto the priest.}
Eric Hardy: Well, he won out.. I guess he can show his displeasure with God and his followers..
Kelly Knite: Something to be said about victor and spoils...
Eric Hardy: We'll be back after we clean this up...
{A short break and promo video later.}
Eric Hardy: Well folks this next match is nothing but bad blood.
Kelly Knite: Steve Awesome is a piece of trash.
Willy Carter: Maybe Andrew should have just left him and his show alone. Steve didn’t want to have sex with his mom but Andrew forced him too.
Kelly Knite: How!? Did Andrew grab his penis and shove it up in there for him?
Willy Carter: That’s just nasty. This is just the way Steve does revenge.
Eric Hardy: Why couldn’t he just beat him in this match?
Willy Carter: How would that be funny?

With Steve Awesome's new reality show, came the revelation that "Andrea" was really "Andrea Jacobsen." Which obviously did not set will with the young Andrew Jacobsen who has requested Steve take her off the show and in Steve's casual "F U" you manner he's made it clear that he will not. Now Jacobsen gets his chance to fight Steve Awesome one on one for what he's doing.
An air raid siren splits the air, followed by the pounding opening riff of Disturbed's "Indestructible". Andrew Jacobsen strides out onto the stage. He looks around at the fans, absorbing the atmosphere. Andrew begins walking down the ramp, pyro flares going off on either side of him as he makes his way to the ring. He slides in, jumping onto the second turnbuckle. He poses for the crowd, a broad smile on his face. Andrew jumps down and awaits the bell.
Eric Hardy: Andrew Jacobsen looks like a man possessed right now.
Kelly Knite: How would you feel if someone like Steve had sex with your mother?
Willy Carter: Honored….
*All the lights in the arena suddenly go dark. The fans work themselves into a frenzy because they know who it is. They know who is coming. They begin to boo like crazy as a recorded voice over begins to play.
“AWE-SOME! AWE-SOME! AWE-SOME!”
A guitar riff begins to wail over the speakers. The bassline kicks in as the lights in the arena begin to strobe blue and green. As soon as the drums kick in Steve Awesome comes walking out from the back. Only thing is….he’s in street gear…and he appears to be walking with a bit of a limp. He stops on the ramp and motions for them to cut his music.
Eric Hardy: Steve isn’t dressed to compete?
Kelly Knite: What is this idiot planning now?
Willy Carter: Im at the edge of my seat!
Andrew Jacobsen is holding the ropes open for Steve to get in but Steve stays on the ramp and shakes his head as the music fades. He pulls a microphone from his pocket.
Steve Awesome: Now I know everybody bought tickets to this pay per view just to see me but…..”
He sighs.
Steve Awesome: I regretfully have to inform you guys that I won’t be able to compete tonight. See I developed an injury this weekend. What injury you ask?”
He looks up and smiles.
Steve Awesome: “I pulled my groin sleeping with Andrew’s mother! HA!”
The crowd boo.
Eric Hardy: Just look at Steve laugh at his own joke.
Kelly Knite: Steve Awesome has always been a classy guy….
Willy Carter: Glad to see you’ve finally come around.
Kelly Knite: I was being sarcastic.
Andrew shakes his head and starts heading up the ramp.
Steve Awesome: Where are you going Andrew? You still have a match. I took the liberty of finding a replacement for you.”
Awesome steps to the side.
The opening riff of Green Days "When I Come Around" starts up over the P.A system as Chuck comes stepping out onto the stage. The crowd cheer the man who will never quit trying and he gets pumped up and takes off down to the ring in a sprint. Pyro shoot from the sides of the ramp as Chuck runs past only to fall flat on his face in front of the ring. His music fades out and he embarrassingly climbs into the ring.
Eric Hardy: Bad Luck Chuck!?
Kelly Knite: Wow…..Steve went a little light on the replacement.
Willy Carter: Give Chuck a chance guys…I’m sure Steve knew what he was doing.
Andrew and Chuck circle around the ring for a few moments before Chuck shoots in but trips and Andrew instantly locks in the Lock & Dam (Anaconda Vice), Chuck taps out like a mad man!
Eric Hardy: Well…..um….that went quick.
Kelly Knite: Chuck’s luck will never change.
Amber Ashe: Here is your winner And-
Steve interrupts.
Steve Awesome: WAIT! Are you kidding me? You couldn’t even last a minute Chuck? Gah….I should have saw that coming. Good thing I got another replacement in case this happened. Get ready to lose Andrew!”
{Spilled milk fills the television screen as Cat Scratch Fever kicks up and begins playing. Tommy the Cat steps out and pretends to lick himself clean before sprinting to the ring and sliding in. He gets on all fours and poses before waiting for his opponent.}
Eric Hardy: Are you kidding?
Kelly Knite: Tommy the Cat is in action live on pay per view….never thought I’d say that.
Willy Carter: I uh…..yeah I don’t get this one.
Tommy the Cat shoots in with a collar an elbow tie up and then wraps Andrew’s arm around with a hammer lock. Andrew slaps his shoulder in frustration then reaches down between his legs and pulls Tommy’s legs out from under him. Jacobsen goes for an elbow but Tommy rolls away before he does so. Tommy gets up and hit’s a double leg but Andrew sprawls back, flips Tommy over and makes his tap out with the Lock & Dam!”
Amber Ashe: Here is your winner T-
Steve Awesome: SUN OF A…..okay fine…..I should have just done this from the start.
He starts walking toward the ring then stops.
Steve Awesome: Here is your real replacement!
An ambiance of digital sound plays over the PA system.
“Now I’m Really Pissed Off”
Guitar Riff!
“ Let’s Rock”
Guitar Riff!
“No Going Back Now”
Guitar Riff!
“Dance For Me Baby”
Guitar Riff!
“Crouching Mutant, Hidden Pipe Bomb!”
Then suddenly the rocking riffs of the Duke Nukem Theme by Megatron blast through the PA system as the young and energetic Jayson Matthews makes his appearance from behind the black curtain to a cheering crowd! Jayson throws his arms in the air and then beats on his chest to pump himself up as he runs down to the ring!
Andrew and Jayson look each other up and down before locking up. Andrew tosses the guy with an arm drag and Jayson gets back up and Andrew gets him again with a hip toss. Jayson clutches his back and gets up and goes for a clothesline but Andrew ducks behind it and goes for a full nelson face buster. Jayson’s face bounces off the mat and he rolls out of the ring to regain his bearings.
Eric Hardy: So far, none of Steve’s replacements have been able to beat Andrew.
Kelly Knite: Jayson isn’t going to be able to either.
Willy Carter: Give the fro-hawk warrior a chance!
Jayson climbs back in the ring and he lands a hard chop to the chest of Jacobsen. Andrew steps back in pain as Jayson continues his assault. Jayson hooks Andrew up and drops him with a snap suplex and then rolls through with a pin. 1...kick out from Andrew. As Jacobsen climbs to his feet Jayson hits him in the shoulder and ribs with hard kicks. Jayson runs to the ropes and comes back and goes for a Tornado DDT! He spins around a couple of times before dropping Andrew right on his head!
Eric Hardy: He calls that The Cyclone DDT.
Kelly Knite: I have to admit…Jayson is doing well against The North Star.
Willy Carter: he’s trained by Awesome. It makes perfect sense.
Jayson hooks the leg. 1.…2.….Andrew kicks out again. Jayson gets up as does Andrew, he’s a little dizzy but he has enough wherewithal to block a punch from Jayson and then punches him in the gut. Jayson hunches over and Andrew starts setting up for the Ice Breaker. He lifts him up but Jayson frantically battles out and dives out of the ring before Andrew could catch him.
Eric Hardy: Matthews running like a scolded dog.
Kelly Knite: The kid just isn’t ready for Jacobsen that’s for sure.
Willy Carter: Awesome is coming down to help him out. It will be okay.
Indeed Steve comes down to the ring and whispers something to Jayson. Matthews nods and then climbs back into the ring. Jayson gets into the ring and Andrew is instantly on top of him. Jayson covers up and Andrew puts him in a headlock. Jayson backs out of it and ducks a punch from Andrew. Jayson irish whips Andrew toward the rope but Andrew hit’s the breaks when he spots Steve Awesome holding the top rope down. Awesome stares into the audience with that arrogant smirk of his but when he realizes Andrew didn’t fall out of the ring he turns around and notices Andrew just glaring at him. Andrew NAILS Steve with a huge right hand that knocks the Face of the Franchise right off the apron. As the crowd cheer! Andrew goes after Steve but the groggy hall of famer jumps over the barricade and heads through the crowd!
Eric Hardy: Now Steve Awesome runs like a scolded dog! Now I see what Steve teaches Jayson.
Kelly Knite: Did you see that right hand? The people in the nose bleeds herd that!
Willy Carter: Steve isn’t even in the match! He can’t do that!
Andrew shakes his head and turns around and just BARELY dodges The Jayson Matthews Experience! Jayson turns around and BOOM! Ice Breaker power bomb! Andrew pins. 1.…2.….3!!!!
Eric Hardy: He did it! Anymore replacements Steve?
Kelly Knite: Andrew isn’t happy even though he won…..that punch was just the beginning for Steve.
Willy Carter: If Steve was in the ring, there’s no way Andrew would have won tonight. Remember that!
Andrew begs Steve to get in the ring as the Face of the Franchise glares at him and holds the side of his face.
Eric Hardy: And here we are at the National Title Match. A tag match to determine a singles title no less.
Willy Carter: Here comes Falcon.
NCW National Championship Match
Tag Team Match
Jason Blair* and Freakke vs. Falcon and Chuck Moss
Jason Blair refused to defend his National title against Freakke in a rematch, now after a month of shenanigans and dirty tactics to escape defending his National title, he'll be denfending it not against Freakke, but with Freakke in this tag team match where the person who makes the pin, becomes the National champion.
{Smoke filters up from the exit to the back. The song begins, blasting right out of the gate. Falcon emerges from the smoke as the dual guitars blast sonic waves into the arena. He runs to the left on the stage, throwing his hands up, urging the crowd to their feet.}
Underneath the surface, he's bound to be back for more.
Keep your eye on the trigger man
His hands are shaky, trying to find the score
{He runs back to the right, feeling the energy and feeding off it. More gestures, the crowd is near frenzied by this point.}
Well, I see you have another friend to drag down the hole
Watch him bleed on this freakshow Monday
Watch him Crank the Sirens tearing up his soul
{He runs back to the center, then down the ramp. Sliding nimbly into the ring, moving to the corner and leaping from the canvas to the top turnbuckle.}
And there he goes, So close to a Remedy
A Painful loss of his time, Loses his nights on the tour
And he'll never show to the world how his life's supposed to be
Drenched by the dark in his mind
{He drops down, moving to the ropes on no particular side, and standing on them, half on the bottom, half on the middle, arm raised in the devil horns.}
He Believes in Silence
He Believes that this is the end
He Can't Hear the Sirens
Silence is the greatest Sleep of them All.
{He turns from the ropes, getting ready for the match.}
Eric Hardy: And his partner, Chuck Moss.
Willy Carter: Wow, Gib really knows how to pick teams doesn't he?
Kelly Knite: Sarcasm? From Willy?!?
Willy Carter: Shut up.
{The lights go dark and a yellow spotlight shines in the audience. Chuck slowly walks out through the crowd and jumps the barricade. He rushes towards the ring and slides under the ropes, sits in the corner, and stares at the entrance while the spotlight is on him.}
Eric Hardy: I don't know how these men are going to survive their own team mates let alone their opponents.
{Freakke steps out from behind the curtains and takes a spot on the ramp just before the slope begins. His head bobbing with the music, he looks around to his 'Cretins' and smirks wildly. As Wayne Static shouts Go, green confetti and pyros shoot up on the stage and he leaps to action, making his way along the sides of the ramp to get in touch with the fans. As he passes by, he slaps hands with those reaching out and then makes his way to ring apron. He reaches up and grabs the ropes to hoist himself into the ring, leaping up and onto the bottom rope to propel himself into a flip over the top. Landing inside he spins around holding his arms outstretched. He climbs the furthest ring post and points to the fans trying to syke them up. He does so on the other turnbuckle and jumps down. The Clown King then removes his jacket and shakes his head. He smirks to the fans one more time before turning to face the match ahead.}
{The arena goes black and the opening drum pattern for Nonpoint's “In the Air Tonight” starts up. A chorus of boos erupt from the crowd. They know who's coming, and they don't like it. The suspense builds as spotlights circle the otherwise dark ramp.
I can feel it coming in the air tonight, oh lord
I've been waiting for this moment for all my life, oh lord ..oh lord
Pyro erupts, momentarily drowning out the loud, rabid fans. Jason Blair emerges from the smoke, an angry, cocky smirk pursed on his lips. His eyes are focused on nothing but the ring. He walks slowly to ringside, reaching it as the second chorus hits. He steps through the ropes methodically, before looking out into the crowd in disgust. He leans on the turnbuckle, awaiting the start of the match.}
Eric Hardy: Freakke and Moss are entering the ring first. Blair seeming slightly disinterested.
{Freakke and Moss start off by locking up immediately after the bell. Moss takes advantage early, wrenching Freakke down but Freakke responds by shoving Moss back and hitting a Gut Kick and following it with a straight Roundhouse. Moss is staggered but stays vertical. Freakke goes for the ropes and comes back for a Cross Body Chop but as he springs off the ropes, Blair swiftly kicks him in the back, but isn't close enough to the corner for it to be a tag. Freakke falls to the his hands and knees just in front of Moss who comes out of his stupor and stomps on the clown's shoulder, dropping him all the way to the mat.}
Eric Hardy: Blair is already starting work on Freakke. He really hates that clown.
Willy Carter: Don't you think it's early in the match for that?
Eric Hardy: He Really Hates that Clown.
{Moss stomps several more times and then lifts Freakke to his feet. Moss rears back to deliver a Lariat to the Clown but Freakke comes back to life and ducks it. Moss turns just to have Freakke grab his nose and swat his hand away Three Stooges style. Chuck pulls back and the ref doesn't know how to call that but Freakke wastes no time and leaps as high as he can and then delivers a Dropkick to Moss' face.}
Willy Carter: Curly, Larry, and Mo would be proud.
Eric Hardy: What about Shemp?
Willy Carter: Who?
Kelly Knite: Really?
Willy Carter: Who the Hell is Shemp?
Kelly Knite: Really?!?
{Freakke is up and looking at Blair. The thought to tag his partner crossed hi mind but instead he turned back to Moss. Freakke goes to help Moss up but gets a shot to the eye. Freakke reels back as Moss gets up slowly. Moss grabs the clown by the hair and despite warnings from the ref starts to punch him numerous times in the head. Just before being disqualified, he lets go and Suplexes Freakke. Moss goes for the cover but Blair breaks it up at an early 2. Despite the refs warnings, Blair pummels Moss and then stomps at Freakke before leaving the ring. Both men are down and the ref starts the count. 1...2...3...4...Freakke makes it to a knee and Moss is stirring.}
Eric Hardy: Both men need to tag out but neither can afford to at the same time.
Kelly Knite: Do you think Freakke will even tag Blair in? He really seems intent on screwing Blair like Blair has been screwing everyone else.
Eric Hardy: He's going for the corner so I'm guessing yes.
Willy Carter: WHO THE HELL IS SHEMP?!?
{Freakke makes it to his corner to tag Blair in but is slapped in the face instead. The already tired clown drops over and rolls out of the ring as Blair gets in and after Moss. Moss goes to take a swing but misses horribly and Jason lifts him up for the Extra Ordinary. As the two collide with the mat, Blair goes for the cover. 1...2...3..No! Falcon with the break up. Blair rolls off of Moss as Falcon rolls out of the ring. Blair doesn't stay down long. He connects eyes with the man outside of the ring and lifts Moss up once more. This time he picks him up for the Devotion. Chuck Moss is fading fast but has one last spurt of power, breaking Blair's Devotion.}
Willy Carter: Holy SHEMP! Moss broke free of the Devotion!
{Blair is stunned as Moss gets to a knee. He doesn't stay that way as he stalks Moss again and lays into him with his fists. After a few moments pounding on his opponent, Blair then whips Moss into the ropes. Blair sets up to grab Chuck into a Slam but instead gets Toe Kicked by Moss. Moss takes advantage running to the ropes behind Blair and comes back for to hit a Reputation Shot!}
Eric Hardy: This could be it!
{Moss covers Blair. 1...Neither Freakke nor Falcon move to stop the pin...2...The ref's hand comes down and Blair tries to kickout but is too late..3!}
Eric Hardy: Thats it its over! Chuck Moss is our new National Champion.
Willy Carter: Wow, Blair never saw that coming.
Kelly Knite: No one did, but I think we all see this coming.
{Blair is livid. After arguing furiously that the count should have only been two, the ref gets the Extra Ordinary and the Security squad begins to rush to the ring. Moss is handed the belt but not before Blair can get to him and stomp at him. He doesn't have time to take the belt away though as Freakke flies in and Carnie Kicks him into Falcon who hits the Aerial Spike. The two men nod to each other before leaving the ring. Moss is helped up by several trainers as others check out the referee and Jason Blair.}
Eric: Well that wasn't entirely unexpected but we have the main event coming up so we're gonna cut to a commercial while this is cleaned up and taken care of.
Eric Hardy: Here it is ladies and gentlemen, the main event of the evening.
Kelly Knite: I've gotta say, this is huge.
Eric Hardy: It's bigger than huge. This is possibly the biggest main event of the year.
Willy Carter: I wouldn't go that far.
Eric Hardy: I would.
Kelly Knite: Charlie Velez has been on the cusp of greatness since the day he arrived, and yes, I did vomit in my mouth a little when I said that.
Eric Hardy: Zelda Knite was the first to reach 75 points in Chris Diamond's old power ranking system, and she abdicated her title shot to Charlie Velez. Tonight, he cashes in.
Willy Carter: I still say it's not that big of a main event.
NCW World Championship Match
Singles Match
Charlie Velez vs. Dave Holland*
The Young Guns have made it their mission to take the World title off of Dave Holland and bring it to their group, even going as far as attacking Leonard Fox's daughter, Kelly. In the end it was Velez who got the shot and at Breaking Away we get to a see a rematch from the Road to the Gold finals. Will Dave Holland continue his hot streak, or will Velez get his revenger in this rematch?
{ The lights in the arena shut off, leaving the crowd in anticipation for what's coming next. "Power" by Kanye West hits, and a large pyro explodes in front of the entranceway while lights begin to flicker around the arena. A few moments pass until Charlie Velez finally emerges from the back with a spotlight shining on him. Charlie stares around at the arena before walking down the ramp and heading towards the ring. Before he walks in, Charlie stops at the bottom of the ramp and throws his arms up in the air, as more pyros begin to explode in front of the titantron, lighting up the arena. Charlie slowly lowers his arms, still glaring at the fans before slowly walking up the steps and then heading towards the ring. He walks over to the corner across from him and climbs up to the second turnbuckle, holding his arms up in the air once more. He is unfazed by the boos and the pyros, staring straight into the camera trying to send a message towards his opponent. Charlie finally walks down the second turnbuckle and turns towards the entranceway, waiting for his opponent. }
Eric Hardy: Velez is looking to lay his claim to the throne of nCw, could tonight be his night?
Kelly Knite: Dave Holland would say 'no' and so would I. Diamond Dave is going to win out tonight, because he, unlike Charlie, fights with a passion like some of nCw's greatest former World Champions. Such as Falcon, Adam Knite and Angel.
Willy Carter: Had to plug Adam, right?
Kelly Knite: Of course.
Eric Hardy: Well I don't disagree with that, but I do think Velez will be giving this match everything he has, and that may be more than Dave Holland can handle.
{The crowd is tense. They know who's coming out but they can't stand the tension of when he'll appear. And then it happens. The stage lights all turn yellow as the guitars kick in. They're playing 'Follow' by Breaking Benjamin which can only mean one thing. As the guitars begin to reach the end of the opening riff the lights in the whole arena start to get gradually brighter, almost blinding the entire audience at their height, exploding sparks on the stage as the final three guitar hits come in. Then as the drums come in the tron starts warming up it's video. A series of numbers start to fall down the screen like the Matrix Code. They glow red for half the screen and silver for the other. And then the man appears on the titantron just as he leaps out onto the stage amidst the shrieks and cheers of the crowd is none other than Dave Holland! As soon as he's out on the stage he's shouting at the crowd hyping them up and generally being a nuisance for the security staff trying to keep them calm. He charges to one side of the stage and hypes them up. Once satisfied with the noise level he goes right to the other side and does the same thing. Only when he's happy with the crowd participation does he turn his attention to the ramp and the dozens of hands stretched out to him as the lyrics begin. }
I'm losing sight, don't count on me.....................
I chase the sun, it chases me.....................
You know my name,
You know my face,
You'd know my heart,
If you knew my place,
I'll walk straight down,
As far as I can go
{ Dave has made it down to ringside, hitting damn near every hand he could on the way. He now stares up at the ring, fully comprehending the task ahead of him. Is he anxious, No. Is he scared? Hell no. He charges at the ring and slides under neath the bottom rope. }
I follow you,
You follow me
I don't know why
You lie so clean
I'll break right through the irony
{ Dave jumps to his feet and looks around for his special group of people. Sure enough they're as close to the ring as possible. The group of veteran wrestling fans known only as the Die Hard Holland Fans. The ones that have stuck with Dave and Milo Holland through every Heel turn, every tragic moment, every federation, every championship, every victory and every loss. He leaps to the turnbuckle and points right at them, actually cheering for them! It's almost as if fan and wrestler are in unison hyping each other up here. Dave jumps back down and returns to the middle of the crowd, just soaking up the cheers for him, taking in all that energy as he prepares for the match that lies ahead. }
Eric Hardy: It took us a little longer than usual to find out who would be getting this shot, but we're here, we're ready and so our the champion and his challenger. This match will be one for the ages.
Kelly Knite: Dave Holland followed through on a long forgotten destiny, as the first winner of the Coliseum, it was only a matter of time before he won the big belt.
Willy Carter: Yeah well, as good as he may or may not be, Charlie Velez has Venom and Zelda in his corner... I don't see anyone in Dave's.
Eric Hardy: Good point, maybe Charlie and the Young Guns will play fair tonight?
Kelly Knite: They better.
{ DING-DING! Charlie and Dave half nod at each other as they begin the slow circle around the ring, watching one another to see who will make the first more, or the first mistake. Dave shots for Charlie's leg, but he moves. Charlie retaliates and goes for Dave's waist but Holland moves out of the way. The two of them circle again, this time Dave comes in fast and he manages a knee strike that doubles Velez over, he grabs him about the waist for a pump handle back breaker. Velez rolls off and Dave stays right on him with a rear choke hold. Charlie reaches for the ropes and gets them, breaking the hold. }
Eric Hardy: Their trying to feel each other out, but it looks like Dave has got a good handle on Velez early in this match.
Willy Carter: Dave's a smart guy, he probably did some research. But Velez is like a freaking Cobra, he'll wait, and when Dave thinks he's got this match, Velez will strike.
Kelly Knite: Cobra?
Willy Carter: What? Viper and Rattlesnake are taken.
{ Charlie is back up, Dave is waiting for him. Velez smiles a little, giving Dave the golf clap before making his way around Holland again. Dave watches as Velez backs his way around the ring, getting some distance. Charlie raises his right hand, asking Dave to test his strength. Holland walks forward and reaches up for Velez's hand but Charlie strikes with a swift kick to the mid section. With Holland doubled over, Velez hits a swinging neck breaker. Velez gets right back up and grabs Holland before he has a chance with a roll over neck breaker, only this time he doesn't let go and instead rolls to his side and locks in a crossface. }
Kelly Knite: Velez tricked Dave there with that test of strength and now has him on the mat in the crossface.
Willy Carter: Just like a King Cobra.
Kelly Knite: Yes Willy, very clever, shut up now.
Eric Hardy: Dave is in the center of the ring, lets see what he's able to do here.
{ Velez wrenches back hard on Holland, but Holland is refusing to give in, instead he plants both his hands and begins to push himself and Velez up. Charlie tries to force him back down to the mat but Dave has powered his way up to his feet, he sends Velez flying with a big shove, Charlie rebounds off the ropes and looks for a shoulder block, so does Dave, and the two bounce off each other. Dave and Charlie look at each other before they both go flying into the ropes and once again both bounce off each other with shoulder blocks. Charlie and Dave go to the ropes once more and come at each other again, only this time their both looking for clothes lines and they both connect and go down. }
Eric Hardy: Both men had the same idea there.
Kelly Knite: Great minds think alike?
Willy Carter: Or great Cobras...
Eric Hardy:... Ok.... Charlie Velez and Dave Holland seem to be pretty evenly matched here, I think this whole match will hinge on who makes the first mistake.
{ The two of them both get to their feet pretty quickly. Charlie grabs Dave from behind with a full nelson slam. With Dave on his back, Charlie begins to stomp his chest hard with the heel of his boot. Velez reaches down and helps Holland to his feet, sending him into the corner, Velez follows him in with a knee lift to the stomach. Charlie backs up a little then rams into him again with another hard knee. Dave stumbles out of the corner and Velez picks him up for a Fire man's carry into a double knee gut buster! }
Eric Hardy: Ouch, Holland is down after that sick looking gut buster.
Kelly Knite: This is the opening Velez has been waiting for.
Willy Carter: Just like...
Kelly Knite: Shut up Willy!
Eric Hardy: He's got to make a cover before Dave regains his composure.
{ Velez is quick to the cover, he hooks the leg. One.. Two.. KICK OUT! A close call but Holland got the shoulder up. Charlie is not phased as he pulls Holland up to his feet and locks him around the waist for the first German suplex! He picks him up for a second! Velez still has him locked in and nails a third German Suplex! }
Kelly Knite: Three German suplex's?
{ Velez twists him around and brings him to his feet for a fourth, then a fifth! }
Eric Hardy: Velez is trying to wear down the mid section of Dave Holland.
Willy Carter: Which is something a King Cobra does with it's venom. It wears it's prey down before it devours it.
Kelly Knite: If it wasn't a hate crime, I'd kill you.
{ Velez hits Dave with a sixth then seventh German suplex. Holland looks pretty out of it when Charlie stands him up for number eight, then number nine and finally number Ten! }
Eric Hardy: Ten German suplexs in total, Dave Holland's back must feel like Jello after that.
Kelly Knite: It's going to be an amazing feat to see him walk out of that ring tonight.
Eric Hardy: Tonight? What about tomorrow? A single German suplex is back breaking enough. Imagine ten!
{ But Velez isn't done. He in fact picks Holland up for one more German suplex, only this last one becomes a very devastating BACK BREAKER! }
Willy Carter: The King Cobra has done it! All Hail the new World Champion!
{ Velez hooks the leg and... One... Two... Three! }
Willy Carter: YES!
Eric Hardy: NO! Foot on the ropes!
Kelly Knite: What?
Eric Hardy: The ref says 'no' his foot was on the ropes.
{ Velez is up and his arms are raised high as he parades around the ring like he's just beaten Mike Tyson in "Mike Tyson's Punch Out." The ref is trying to stop him to tell him that Dave's foot was on the ropes, but he's ignoring him, or choosing not to hear him. In the mean time Dave has found his way back to his feet, holding his back in a great deal of pain, he finds his way to a corner. }
Eric Hardy: Look at Velez, it's like he doesn't even hear the ref.
Kelly Knite: He thinks he just won the world title, would you want to hear otherwise?
Eric Hardy: Probably not, but he better get focused before Holland makes his next move.
Willy Carter: The hell does Holland think he's doing? He's the prey dammit, he can't make a come back.
{ Dave Holland climbs to the top rope as Charlie makes another circle of the ring with the ref at his ear. Finally Charlie stops to listen to what the ref says. Once he hears the new he grabs the ref by the shirt and begins to scream in his face that he had the three count, but the ref says other wise. Infuriated, Charlie pushes the ref down and begins to look for Holland. He looks left, then right, then he turns around just in time to see Dave Holland come flying off the top rope with DIAMOND FLIGHT!!!! }
Eric Hardy: DIAMOND FLIGHT!!!!
{ Holland is quick to cover Charlie Velez. ONE! TWO! KICK OUT! }
Kelly Knite: He almost had him!
{ Both men are right up, Dave with a renewed vigor. Charlie rushes at him and Dave knocks him down with a clothes line. Velez is up again and this time Holland hits a shoulder block. Velez is up a third time and Dave goes for a kick but Charlie catches it and Holland turns, hitting a step over kick that levels Charlie Velez and sends him reeling to the outside! }
Willy Carter: Oh no, he's got Velez against the proverbial ropes!
Eric Hardy: That he does, Holland is on a roll now and he doesn't look to be slowing down.
{ Dave runs full bore toward the ropes and sentons over the top and crashes on top of Charlie Velez on the out side! }
Kelly Knite: HOLY CRAP!
Crowd: HOLY SHHH! HOLY SHHH! HOLY SHHH!
Eric Hardy: I agree with out fans, that was awesome.
Willy Carter: That's not what they said.
Eric Hardy: I know that, I'm just giving my version of what they said.
Willy Carter: Then you don't really agree with what they said.
Eric Hardy:... Touche...
Kelly Knite: Guys, can you believe the height our world champion just got after all the punishment his back took?
Eric Hardy: It was pretty impressive.
{ Dave Holland gets to his feet, much to the joy of his fans. Holland rolls back into the ring and starts to climb the ropes in the corner. Charlie Velez stands up and stumbles against the barricade as Holland makes it to the top rope. Dave Holland takes a picture with his hands before flying off the top and Velez springs back to life nailing the CLOSURE IN MID AIR!!! }
Eric Hardy: CLOSURE!
Kelly Knite: ON THE OUTSIDE!
Willy Carter: LIKE A FRIGGIN KING COBRA!
{ Charlie Velez gets up and throws his arms out to both sides drawing in the fans hatred and boos. Charlie rolls in under the bottom rope and begins to climb the very same corner that Holland flew off of. Charlie gets to the top rope and looks down on his fallen opponent and champion on the outside. Velez salutes the crowd with a middle finger before coming off the top with a head butt on the fallen Holland on the arena floor! }
Crowd: NC DUB! NC DUB!
Eric Hardy: The both of them are nuts.
Kelly Knite: And stupid, they should be going for pin falls, not one up man ship.
{ Velez staggers to his feet, dragging Holland up with him and he rolls him into the ring. Charlie quickly climbs under the ropes and covers Holland. One.. Two.. KICK OUT! }
Kelly Knite: YES! Holland with a kick out!
Willy Carter: KELLY! With biased commentating!
Kelly Knite: Are you seriously giving me crap about having a favorite in this match?
Willy Carter: A little.
{ Velez is up and he's pissed with the ref for not counting fast enough, but the ref says he can only count so fast. Velez is infuriated and shoves the ref again, he gets his final warning. Charlie turns his attention back to Dave who is trying to get up but Charlie punt kicks him in the side of the head, sending him onto his back. Charlie drops to his knees and covers again. One.. Two.. KICK OUT! Velez is livid now and begins to pound Dave's head against the mat over and over again, just slamming the back of Dave's skull into the mat. }
Eric Hardy: I think he snapped.
Willy Carter: Word.
{ Velez gets to his feet and begins to walk around the ring, hands on his hips, watching Dave roll over on the mat, trying to get back up again. }
Kelly Knite: Dave Holland will not give in.
Eric Hardy: It's not in him.
Kelly Knite: And that is only making Charlie angrier.
Willy Carter: You don't wanna poke the King Cobra.
Kelly Knite: You do wanna shut the hell up now.
{ Dave is on his hands and knees, Velez lines up another shot and runs in for a kick but Dave grabs his foot and twists his ankle around, sending Charlie face first to the mat. Holland is up and he's got Charlie in an ankle lock! }
Kelly Knite: THIS IS IT!
{ Velez is struggling desperately to reach the ropes. Holland is just twisting that ankle for all it's worth. Velez is dragging himself across the ring. Dave pulls him back to the center of the ring. Charlie pushes himself up and tries to roll under Dave and break the hold. HE DOES! Charlie is up, but he's limping, he comes at Dave who picks him up with a vicious spin buster! Holland locks int he Epitome of Excellence sharpshooter! }
Kelly Knite: Epitome of Excellence in the center of the ring! It's all over! ITS ALL OVER!
{ Dave pretty much sits down on top of Charlie Velez and doubles him over in the sharpshooter submission. Charlie has no where to go, no ropes in sight, he's in the center of the ring and he cannot escape. }
Eric Hardy: Holland has it locked in, Charlie is stuck where he's at, so much for being the King Cobra of nCw.
Willy Carter: You'll see...
{ Holland wrenches back as far as he can possibly go without snapping Velez like a twig. Charlie's hand hovers over the mat, he raises it then pulls it back, only to hold it over the mat again. }
Kelly Knite: It's been nearly a minute, how long can Velez hold out!?
Eric Hardy: As long as it takes the cavalry to get here!
{ Venom, Blair and Zelda come running down the ramp. }
Kelly Knite: NO! DAMMIT NO!
Willy Carter: YES! And here comes his Snake Pack.
Kelly Knite: Snake Pack? Are you an idiot? This is bull.... Total BULL!
{ Blair jumps up onto the apron and gets the ref's attention who immediately stands up and tries to stop Blair from entering the ring, turning his back on Dave and Charlie. }
Eric Hardy: NO! This is all a part of their plan. Dammit. The Young Guns are going to steal this.
{ Charlie begins to pound the mat but the ref can't see it. Venom and Zelda slide into the ring and are about to kick the crap out of Dave Holland when the fans begin to go crazy. }
Eric Hardy: What's going on?
{ Milo Holland, Falcon, Angel and Alex Jones all come running through the crowd, the four of them jumping out at a different side of the ring. }
Kelly Knite: Is this Dave's back up?
{ Alex Jones and Angel pull Blair off the apron and throw him down onto his back. Milo Holland slides into the ring and spears Venom through the ropes, taking him to the outside. Falcon gets in, Zelda's foot hovering over Dave. She looks worried for a second, then shots her boy friend a smile before going to kick the world champion in the head, but Falcon's hand flashes and he lays a punch right into her sternum, taking all the breath from her chest. He leans down and whispers into her ear, then picks her up over his shoulder, and places her sitting against the turnbuckle. }
Kelly Knite: YES!!! TAKE THAT YOU SLUT!
Eric Hardy: Oh my god, I don't believe it. Falcon just took out Zelda... And why are Blood Ties down here?
Kelly Knite: Because their just as sick of the Young Guns as everyone else.
Willy Carter: Total crap... Absolute. Total. Crap.
{ The ref turns back around, once again focused on the match. He sees Zelda down and Falcon exiting the ring, then looks to Dave Holland who still has Charlie in the Epitome of Excellence, however, by this time, Charlie has passed out. The ref calls for the bell! }
