Standard Matches:

One Fall Match
A one fall match takes place between two competitors. It is the standard wrestling match where both competitors try tot win the match by either pin fall, submission, count out, knockout, or by referee's decision. If a wrestler leaves the ring during a standard nCw match he has until the referee's count of ten to get back into the ring. The referee also withholds the right to call the match any time he feels the wrestler's well being is in serious jeopardy. Use of weapons is prohibited in a standard one fall match. In nCw if no specific rules are stated then the match is considered to be fought under standard nCw match rules.

Three Way Match
In a three way match, three competitors attempt to win the match, where the first pinfall or submission declares the winner. The only way to be "eleminated" from a three match is by either countout or disqualification, then the offending wrestler must leave ringside and the match basically turns into a standard one fall match.

Three Way Dance
A Three way dance is the same as the three way match except that it is fought under elemination rules. Every pinfall, submission, countout, DQ, and/or knockout eleminates the recieving wrestler until only one person is left who hasn't been defeated. So the person who gets the last pinfall wins the match.

Four Way Match
In a four way match, four competitors attempt to win the match, where the first pinfall or submission declares the winner. The only way to be "eleminated" from a four match is by either countout or disqualification, then the offending wrestler must leave ringside and the match basically turns into a standard three way match.

Four Way Dance
A Four way dance is the same as the four way match except that it is fought under elemination rules. Every pinfall, submission, countout, DQ, and/or knockout eleminates the recieving wrestler until only one person is left who hasn't been defeated. So the person who gets the last pinfall wins the match. Even if the last wrestler pinned has made gotten multiple pinfalls, the last pinfall is what really counts.

Team Matches:

Tag Team Match
A match where two teams of two wrestlers square off against each other. Only one wrestler from each team is allowed in the ring at the same time. The same standard rule set applies to the matches with the exception that at any time one member of the team can tag his partner into the ring, he then has five seconds to the leave the ring before the ref forces him out, if he refuses to leave the referee may disqualify the team if he sees fit. Only the legal man (last person tagged into the ring) can pick up the win for his team.

Tornado Tag Team Match
A variant of the tag team match. The rules in this match are different in that both members of both teams start out the match and no tags ever have to be made. Both men on a team are considered legal at all times, therefore either man can pick up the win.

Six Man Tag Team Match
A standard tag team match except each team is made up of 3 wrestlers instead of 2. An eight man tag team match is with two teams of 4 and so on. Everything else is exactly the same.

Team Elemination Match
A tag team match where if one person from the team is beat then he is eleminated from the match and the remaining team members keep wrestling until one team is completely void of wrestlers. The surviving team is declared the winner.

Special Rules Matches:

Multiple Falls Rules
A multiple falls match is a match where a wrestler must gain more then one pinfall in the same match. Usually the best 2 out of 3 but this can be extended for an even lengthier match if desired.

Ironman Rules
Ironman matches are fought under standard rules and have a time limit. However, pinfalls are tallied and at the end of the time alloted the person with the most pinfalls is declared the winner. nCw rules state that if at the end of the alloted time there is a tie in pinfalls, then the match is declared a draw.

Xtreme Rules
In a match is a no DQ match. Weapons may be used and a wrestler can not be Disqualified for any action. There are also no countouts, however under nCw rules an Xtreme match's finish must take place inside the ring. This is to encourage a speedier more fast actioned match.

Hardcore Rules
A hardcore match is anything goes, pinfalls count anywhere. Weapons are legal, and there is no time limit. A match fought under these rules is extremly hectic as it doesn't matter where the wrestlers end up, because the pinfall could happen right there.

I Quit Rules
These matches are fought under hardcore rules, the main difference between the two being that in an "I Quit Match" one wrestler must make the other say the phrase "I Quit"... meaning that they quit the match and the other competitor wins. I quit matches are intense because no body wants to stand up in front of thousands of people and puplically announce the can't take anymore. A special variant of this match was invented by Adam Knite and Knucker called the Who's your daddy match? where one wrestler must ask the other "Who's you daddy?" until the competitor finally says "you are" or "_____ is my daddy."

Last Man Standing Rules
A last man standing match is also the umbrella of hardcore rules. This time however the only way to win the match is by knockout. If a wrestler can't answer the referee's ten count after being put on the ground then they are declared the loser.

nCw Death Match Rules
A death match is very similier to a last man standing match. The rules are different in that a wrestler must pin his opponant and get a three count before the referee will begin the 10 count.

Weapon Variation Matches:

Ladder Match
A ladder match is fought under the rules that the first competitor to grab and take an item (usually a title belt) hanging from the ceiling is the winner. The only object that can be used to reach the belt is the ladder, likewise it's the only weapon that can be used in the match to attack your oponant.

No Limits Ladder Match
Just like a basic ladder match except this time tables and chairs are also legal weapons. The match is still won by climbing the ladder and retrieving the item.

Leather Strap Match
Strap matches are designed to keep both competitors close at all times. This is accomplished by by tieing both competitors together at the wrist with a leather strap. The leather strap is the only weapon that can be used in the match. The winner of the match is the first person to consecutively touch all four corners of the ring uninterupted. Sometimes the strap can be replaced with a chain if the wrestlers so choose. Another variation is a Dog Collar Match, where both wrestlers are chained at the neck like a dog collar.

"Item" on a Pole Match
In one or more corners of the ring a long metal pole will be positioned on the ring post(s). Hanging from the pole will be a chosen weapon or item. The match is fought under standard rules and the only legal weapons are the original weapons hanging from the pole(s). To win the match one must pin or make their opponant submit.

Weapon of Choice Match
Before the match starts(usually days before) both competitors agree on a comman weapon that can be used during the match. Use of any other weapon is illegal. The rules of a standard nCw match apply in all other areas of the match. If both competitors choose a Pool cue as the weapon of choice then the match is called a "Pool Cue Match", if a bat then it's called a "Bat Match" so on and so forth.

Ring Altering Matches:

Assault X Match
At all four corners of the ring there will be tall metal rigging. The rigging will be connected diagnally to the rigging accross from it, in the middle of this rigging an item(usually championship belt) will be hanging. The first person to pull down the belt is declared the winner, however the catch is that Ladders are not allowed in the match, a wrestler must use every ounce of his cunning to reach the item.

Cage Match
A Cage match is where a cage made of chain linking is placed around the ring, resting on the aprons. In nCw the only way to win a cage match is climb up and over the top, and be the first person to escape the enclosure.

Cell Match
A Cell match is similier to a cage match except a few differences. A cell is made of steel mesh and features a top that effectively locks the wrestlers inside the enclosure, no one can get in and no one is supposed to get out. Also a cell encases the entire ring, therefore the action can be taken to the floor.

Featured nCw Matches:
