Don't Question My Heart by Saliva starts blasting over the PA system. Pyros are going off on the stage all over the place. Joe Everyman then comes out onto the stage. He looks into the crowd, holding his arm up with belt in hand. Maria Williams walks out from behind Joe and looks into the crowd too. Joe gives Maria a kiss on the cheek as they both start to walk down the ramp. Joe Everyman and Maria Williams continue walking down the ramp looking into the crowd. Joe then comes to the end of the ramp and does a Brock Lesnar esk jump. Joe Everyman walks up the steps and climbs into the ring. He looks around in the crowd and hold up his arm. Then loud blue pyros shoot from the ring posts. Joe then stands and waits.

"People think it's an obsession. A compulsion. As if there were an irresistible impulse to act. It's never been like that. I chose this life. I know what I'm doing. And on any given day, I could stop doing it. Today, however, isn't that day. And tomorrow won't be either."

The lights dim down as the gentle sounds of rain and the piano of "Silver and Cold" begins. Once the song breaks through after thirty seconds or so, the lights come back on as Brad Kane appears from the back now as he stands in the middle of the entry way, standing in front of a cheering crowd here tonight. Looking out into the crowd, seeing all the fans, he inhales and exhales before starting to walk down to the ring. He slaps a few hands that stick out from the crowd, not really paying attention to who it is. Once Brad gets to ringside, he stops near the front row and gives his wife Megan a kiss. He then runs and slides into the ring. Hopping back up to his feet, he jogs to the nearest turnbuckle and climbs to the top rope, looking out into the crowd once more. Jumping off, he does the same thing on the opposite side of the ring. After jumping from there, Brad Kane then gets checked out by the ref for any contraband as his music fades off. Going into the corner, he leans against the turnbuckles and waits for whatever challenge might await him.

Eric Hardy: Team number one. Ironically, I think this is only the second or third time they've tagged together despite being in two incarnations of No Warning Shot(s).

Willy Carter: A little interesting but tonight, they have a common goal, kind of. And look, Brad's wife is in the front row!

Forsaken comes on with the lights dimming.

"I'm over it
You see I'm falling in a vast abyss"

White strobes begin to flicker, Davey Ortega comes out on to the stage, standing in the center. He looks around as the people jeer. He lets out a smile, and begins to walk down the rampway

"You see I can not be forsaken
Because I'm not the only one"

Davey stops dead center of the ramp way, and raises his hands to another round of boos from the fans. He smiles again, almost basking in the jeers. He then begins to walk again, leaning towards the right side of the fans, letting them touch his arm, occasionally slapping their hands. He walks up the stairs, and into the ring. He runs to the opposite turnbuckle and gets on top, raising his hands as the cameras go off and the fans scream. he hops down and waits.

~*~*~The lights in the arena go pitch black so that nothing can be seen but a few asinine fans flLanceing their cameras into the darkness. Suddenly the sounds of murmuring peons is interrupted by “Hate me Now” by Nas hitting the PA System. The crowd immediately starts to boo loudly and clearly, So loud that the first words are almost indiscernible. Lance Ryan walks out onto the stage in all of his glory. He is wearing a very dressy shirt that is open to show off his physique. He simply stands at the top of the stage staring out at the ravenous fans. The only light in the arena is the spotlight that is shining on him. The spotlight turns off and the arena is lit up by pyro falling like rain onto Lance as he spreads his arms out straight to the sides and the boos, as if possible, get even louder. Lance lowers his arms and starts walking down the ramp. He stops and jaws at a few fans along the way. he will make more money for this one match than they will make in their entire lives on welfare. Lance calmly walks over the to the ring steps and walks up onto the apron. He then stands on the apron leaning on the ropes and staring into the crowd with his arms again out to his sides. Some fans are throwing things in his general direction but he ignores it and moves to each side of the ring and strikes the same pose. He then enters the ring and then yells "I have it all. You all have nothing.”~*~*~

Willy Carter: Well, here we have Egos and Icons or is it Icons and Egos? I simply can't remember right now.

Eric Hardy: Either way these two men aren't hugely liked by this crowd or their opponents for tonight.

Brad stares a hole at Lance Ryan as he's held back by the referee. Joe tells him he'll start as Lance smirks, staying in the ring himself. Joe and Lance lock up. Lance fires off a couple of kicks to Everyman's leg which forces him to release the grapple. Everyman goes as he holds his left leg a little bit while Lance moves his arm around, trying to work out any early kinks. The two lock up again and as Everyman tries to force Lance into his corner again, Lance grabs the left leg of Everyman and throws it out from underneath him. Everyman lands on his back as Lance keeps hold of the leg. However, Brad is able to reach out and tag the foot of Everyman. Lance lets the leg go as Everyman rolls onto the ring apron.

Eric Hardy: Looks like Brad's gonna get his wish early on in this one.

Willy Carter: Oh man... last time these two were in the ring, they produced a great match that no one talks about.

Brad and Lance talk to each other a little bit, still remembering that incident a couple of weeks ago. Lance starts to unload the kicks to the leg as does Brad. It's not too long before they start to exchange elbow strikes. Brad gets the best of things and quickly wrenches the left arm of Lance as he heads back to the corner, tagging in an unsuspecting Everyman. Everyman shrugs his shoulders as he comes into the ring. He brings an elbow down on the arm of Lance as Lance grips at it. Everyman tells Lance to tag in Davey and Lance does. Everyman tries to blind tag Brad in but Brad ducks out of the way before Everyman can tag him in. This distraction allows Davey to dropkick the knee of Joe Everyman, the left one. Everyman goes down to a knee as Davey lifts him all the way back up to a vertical base. Davey kicks Everyman in the stomach before sending him into the ropes. Everyman bounces back as Davey leaps up and tries for a rana. Everyman catches him in mid air and holds onto him, going for a powerbomb to counter. Davey is able flip off the shoulders of Everyman before landing on his feet. The crowd cheers as Brad calls in for a tag. Everyman tags out as the two faster men in this match are in the ring.

Willy Carter: Nice action between both time as the hate hasn't spilled out yet.

Eric Hardy: It will.

Brad rushes Davey right away as Davey side steps him. Brad bounces off the ropes and ducks a clothesline. He comes off the ropes a second time and slides through Davey's legs. Brad takes Davey's legs out from underneath him before leaping over him and locking in a headlock. Davey fights his way up to his feet and pushes Brad back towards the ropes. Once Brad comes back this time, Davey hits an arm drag on him. Davey scrambles back up to his feet first as Jack follows suit. Davey tries for another arm drag but Brad blocks it and hits one of his own. Both men get back up to their feet as the crowd cheers the both of them. They lock up for the first time themselves. Davey grabs the arm of Brad Kane and gets him in a hammer lock. Brad plants his foot down and reverses to his own. Davey uses his free arm to elbow the head of Brad Kane. Davey then stomps on one of Brad's feet as Brad then releases the hold. He hops around as Davey dropkicks him to the mat. Brad rolls toward his corner and tags Everyman back into the match as Davey stays in the ring.

Eric Hardy: These two men have a lot of history from the former promotion WCF as well as here in nCw, Brad and Davey that is.

Willy Carter: Thanks for the update.

Everyman and Davey go to the center of the ring and engage a greco roman knuckle lock. Everyman uses his size advantage to force Davey down onto his back. Davey is able to use his legs to flip Everyman over and onto his back. Both David and Davey on their backs with the knucklelock still intact. Davey rolls over on top of Everyman but Everyman flips him back over. Both men current have their shoulders on the mat.

One!

Two!!

They release the hold and get back up to their feet. Both men stare at each other before tagging in their partners once more. Brad jumps over the rope and into the ring while Lance enters through the middle rope. It's clear that these two just plain don't like each other. They start to attack one another again right from the start with elbows. Lance nearly takes Brad's head off as Brad staggers back into the ropes. He comes back though with a straight kick to Lance's face. Lance staggers into the ropes as Brad spits at him. This infurates Lance who comes back with a face kick of his own. Brad doesn't move as he kicks Lance in the leg. Lance fires back with his own. Lance then kicks Brad in the face again which causes Brad to fall out of the ring. He rolls back up to his feet and starts to yell at Lance while Lance yells back at him. Both tag team partners realize this and try to calm them down.

Willy Carter: There's the hate!

Eric Hardy: I told you

Brad gets back into the ring now that things have settled down a little bit. We notice that Brad has a cut above his eye from that last kick by Lance. Brad notices the bleeding and isn't concerned by it. Instead he and Lance go right back to simply fighting with each other. Brad grabs the midsection of Lance Ryan and takes him down to the mat. Brad is in the mounted position as he grabs the left arm of Lance and goes to a cross armbreaker. Lance keeps his hands clasped together to keep the full effect of the move from taking place. While Lance is blocking it, he is also inching towards the ropes and gets his bottom foot on it. Brad releases the hold and gets back to his feet. Lance gets back up to his feet as well while the crowd claps for the effort thus far here tonight. They both tag out to their partners again as Everyman and Ortega get back into the ring.

Eric Hardy: There's the grounded junior heavyweight style that no one else in this promotion employs.

Willy Carter: Well, it bores everyone. Thank God for Lance.

Davey Ortega and Joe Everyman circle around each other, wanting to lock up like before. However, Ortega fakes out Everyman by shooting in for a grapple but hits a european uppercut. Everyman staggers back as Davey hits a chop to the chest of the former National Champion. Everyman fires back with one of his own though as Ortega holds onto his chest before hitting a second one. This forces Everyman back into the corner as Ortega starts to hit repeated chops until Everyman reverses out of the corner and tosses Davey in. Now Everyman starts to hit the rapid fire machine gun chops in the corner as Davey's chest is turning a bright red. Davey puts a stop to it though by kicking Alatair's left knee again, like he did earlier in the match tonight. Everyman holds onto it as Davey dropkicks it. Everyman goes down to a knee once more as Ortega hops up onto the second rope and jumps off with a double axe handle. Everyman isn't able to block the move as he gets hit right between the eyes and falls over. Davey quickly rolls over to his corner and tags in Lance.

Willy Carter: This isn't going to bode well for Joe.

Eric Hardy: Not in the least bit. Lance and Davey are two very smart men.

Lance re-enters the ring with a clear focus of picking apart the knee of Joe Everyman. Lance begins to stomp on it as Everyman begs him to stay off it. He doesn't as he puts the left leg of Everyman's on the bottom rope. Lance kicks at it before dropping an elbow. Everyman yells out in pain as he tries to drag himself towards his corner. Brad has his hand extended but Lance quickly drags him off towards the corner. Lance tags in Davey. While Lance continues to hold onto Everyman's leg, Davey springboards into the ring with a senton that lands right on the left leg of Joe Everyman. In some pain, Everyman makes a fist and smacks the canvas with it as Davey grabs the leg and kicks on the back side of it before leaping over Everyman's body, snapping the leg. Davey gets back up and tags Lance back in. Lance has a sadistic smile on his face as he grabs the leg of Everyman and wraps it behind his head, locking him in a horsecollar. Everyman is yelling in pain but refuses to give up. Brad enters the ring and kicks Lance, forcing him to release the hold.

Eric Hardy: I don't think I've ever seen Lance use that move before.

Willy Carter: First time for everything.

It doesn't matter though as Lance tags Davey back in while the ref gets Brad back onto the ring apron. Lance stays in the ring as he places Everyman's leg on the middle rope while holding the rest of him up. Davey jumps up to the second buckle before jumping back off, driving his elbow into the left knee of Everyman. Lance drops the rest of him and leaves the ring while Davey drops another elbow on the leg. Everyman tries reaching Brad Kane again but Davey cuts him off right before the contact could be made. Davey drags him back towards his corner and turns him over, putting Everyman in a single leg crab. Everyman is reaching out for the ropes but can't quite reach them as looks to be hurting. With one final effort, Everyman lunges for the ropes and grabs onto the bottom one as Davey releases the crab and tags Lance Ryan back into this match with a very wounded Joe Everyman still in his sights.

Willy Carter: I wonder if we're ever gonna see a tag between Joe and Brad again.

Eric Hardy: No kidding.

Ryan keeps on Everyman with more stomps to the leg before turning him over and putting him in a figure four leglock! The crowd starts to "Wooooooo" of course as Everyman is screaming in pain. Everyman tries to pull himself towards the ropes but can't as Lance tells him to give it up. Brad jumps into the ring and breaks up the hold as Everyman clutches his knee. Lance gets back up to his feet and tries to lock Everyman back in the figure four but Everyman has enough wits to roll him up into an inside cradle.

One!

Two!!

Lance kicks out in time. Everyman starts to mad dLance towards his corner where Brad is waiting for a tag in. He nearly makes it there again but Lance puts a stop to it. He drags Everyman back to the Egos and Icons corner and grapevines the leg before tagging Davey back in. Once Davey is in the ring, Lance lets the leg go and exits onto the apron. Davey flips Everyman onto his stomach and grips onto the left leg, wanting some sort of hold. Everyman is able to kick away with his good leg until Davey releases his limb and falls backs into Lance, who falls to the floor. Everyman then starts to crawl towards his corner. Davey jumps to try to stop the tag from being made but it's too late!

Eric Hardy: THERE IT IS!

Willy Carter: Here we go!

Brad hops into the ring and hits a leg lariat on Davey Ortega. Ortega gets back up as Brad dropkicks him down to the mat. Lance is in the ring again as he runs towards Brad Kane, only to get stopped with a tilt a whirl backbreaker! Brad is all fired up as he sees both members of Egos and Icons on the outside of the ring. He bounces off the ropes and flies out of the ring with a tope that connects on both of them! The crowd cheers as Brad Kane gets back to his feet. He goes back into the ring and checks on the condition of Joe Everyman as Davey and Lance both get back up and into the squared circle themselves. With Everyman still recovering, Brad takes it to both of them with well placed kicks to the chest. Bam, a kick for Lance. Bam, a kick a Davey. This only fends them off for a few moments though as the number start to catch up with Brad. Lance catches one of the kicks and holds him in place while Davey superkicks him.

Willy Carter: Did you hear the impact on that Superkick? Wow!

Eric Hardy: I'm amazed there is a head left.

Brad doesn't go down as Lance spins him around and hits a backdrop driver that sees Brad land on his head. The crowd cringes as Brad holds his head. The team work of the Egos and Icons is starting to show as they start to stomp on Brad before picking him back up. Lance whips Brad into the ropes and once he bounces back, Lance catches him in a spinebuster position as Davey comes from behind and grabs Brad's shoulders. Davey hits and elevated lung blower as Lance makes sure Brad doesn't fall to the mat. Lance then hits a spinebuster on Brad Kane. Davey covers, hooking the leg.

One!

Two!!

NOOOOOO! Everyman comes out of nowhere to break the pin fall up. The crowd cheers as Lance picks up Everyman and tosses him out of the ring. He goes to the ring apron himself towards his corner and tells Davey to tag him in. Davey does as Lance is the legal man now. Davey sees Everyman getting up on the outside of the ring so he slingshots himself over the top rope, looking for a hurrcanrana to the floor. Everyman blocks the move and powerbombs Davey on the ring apron! The crowd goes insane again as Davey holds onto his back while Everyman is still walking gingerly on his knee.

Eric Hardy: Joe coming back out of nowhere here.

Willy Carter: I don't mind it.

Back in the ring, Lance has Brad up in an argentine hold. Before anything can come of it, Brad reverses and hits a crucifix bomb on Lance Ryan! Both men are down as they both roll out of the ring and land on the floor. Joe gets into the ring and looks at the fallen two on the outside. The ref starts his count as Ortega is back in the ring and has a chair in his hand. Joe turns right around into the chair meeting his skull! The crowd boos but the ref is completely distracted with counting both Lance and Brad who are brawling around ringside. Everything has broke down as Davey is going insane on the already worked up knee of Joe Everyman, slamming the chair repeatedly onto that knee! The crowd boos as Davey opens the chair and puts Joe's leg in it Ortega then stomps on the chair, repeatedly, trying to break the leg of Joe Everyman! Lance and Brad both have chairs themselves now on the outside of the ring as they start to duel each other. The ref has had enough as he falls for the bell. This draws more jeers from the crowd.

Willy Carter: Looks like this match has been thrown out!

Eric Hardy: The hate explodes.

Lance notices his positioning at ring side as he throws down his chair and begs for Brad to nail him right in the head. The crowd cheers as Brad raises the chair up and brings it down but Lance ducks out of the way... AND THE CHAIR HITS MEGAN KANE! Brad drops the chair as Megan falls into ringside, knocked out. Brad stares at the huge accident as Lance nails him in the back of the head as he falls down, right next to Megan. Lance smirks as a whole mess of referees come down to stop Davey from completely destroying the knee of Joe Everyman. The crowd is on their feet, booing Egos and Icons after the carnage they've produced here tonight. Feeling content with himself, Lance kneels down and starts laughing in the head of Brad Kane. Davey stares at Joe with disgust as they start to leave the ring/ringside.

Eric Hardy: Good lord. Joe Everyman might have a broken leg. Brad AND Megan Kane might both have concussions.

Willy Carter: Egos and Icons are dangerous, oh so dangerous and they've certainly backed it up here tonight.

EMTs rush down to tend to all three fallen as Davey and Lance high five each other.
